The place is really nice and the foods also. Everything was going well and we were enjoying surrounded by a good crowd, until there was some inconvenience caused by the cafe.We ordered sizzler and they said it will take 30 minutes to be prepared and we were cool with that.. After an hour, they said the chef forgot to prepare our order. And the most irritating part was they said that after asking so many times.After this one hour, they took another 15-20 minutes to get is prepared and then served.Except this blunder, all the other mocktails and foods were good, staffs were polite. Ambiance is pretty good to hang out with friends.

Good ambiance but the food is quite average.We ordered Peri peri fries, Schezwan noodles, White sauce pasta and Lemon Chicken..The fries where good, lemon chicken was good too.Schezwan noodles was too spicy. But the pasta was absolutely awful.Staffs are well behaved which is a good point.

Seeing the ambience, expectation was high. On the contrary, the food was an utter disappointment. I ordered hot chocolate, french fries, crispy chicken and garlic bread. The hot chocolate looked and tasted like a diluted coffee. The garlic bread consisted of plain hard bread which was served with sprinkled chopped garlic. The bread tasted like the bakery biscuits. The French fries were hard and burnt and in crispy chicken, from the taste and hardness of the chicken, it appeared to be stale. Have given a feedback on their feedback form accordingly; I dont know about the dine-out menu and the quality of taste, but snacks section disappointed me very much. Wont think of visiting this place again.P.S.- Sorry for lack of convenience as I couldnt provide the pictures of the French fries and crispy chicken

This restaurant is something unexpected... but thats in a good way! With its decoration, pool tables, nifty touches all over the place makes you want to come back again. But what makes it unique, is the quality of food and the vibe along with the pricing of the food! You can spend an hour or two with a plate of chicken momos with ice-cream as sweet dish and just have to pay around 110 rupees! Thats a bargain price right there! 🙌🙌

Food served quickly and tastes good. We mainly took chinese that was up to the mark. For the billiard table, they take 200/- for playing/photoshoot with the pool table. Enjoyed the mocktail specifically. Tables were relatively small so it is better to avoid for large groups. Best for couples.

1st February 2021Its a plush new cafe with billiard tables, spread on two floors. The first floor gave the vibes of a hangout place and not a family dine-in.They maintain safety protocol of the ongoing pandemic. The serving stuff was wearing mask, head cover and gloves. Only bottled water was being served.We ordered mixed fried rice and chilli chicken. As it was my first visit, I stuck to the basic dishes. The fried rice portion size was smaller than average and it was suitable for one person. So it wasnt adequate to share in 2:3 even with children (including a teenager). This didnt go well with me. The portion of a staple dish in Chinese cuisine should be good enough to share.The taste of both dishes was on point. The chilli chicken had eight medium-sized children cubes with no cornflour coating, which I liked. It was too hot for my young child though. The price of chilli chicken seemed a bit on the higher side.They also made a civil but undesired argument over the bottled water billed. We consumed only a half litre bottle but they billed the one litre bottle on our table as well because its seal was open (which happened before we sat). It was on my insistence that the bill was revised. They should check the bottles before a table is occupied.

Food tastes good. Great ambiance but they LACK management. We had to wait 50 minutes for our order, meanwhile the table upfront, who ordered a serving of icecream had to wait more than an hour. Could be a better place if the management was a bit more stable, and I guess a post for manager can solve this issue.

Never going to visit this place again after this incident. Was a regular visitor, visited around 4 - 5 times in last 6 months or so. Even did 4-5 zomato orders as well. If anyone tied thier big mac burger it was unique, had a juicy patty, tasted delicious. Today 4 of us went there, one of us was new to this place. Had high hope. Ordered a chicken dish, awesome as expected Then Ordered our favorite burger. I gave a bite, came out to be something else entirely, dry patty, which is undercooked in the inside and black bunt on the outside, chewy and disgusting. Would stick to your teeth and palate after you give a bite. Old patty. We know because we loved the actual dish. And have tried it almost every time we visited. 3 of us who knew the dish agreed the patty is not fresh. As if they used a old frozen-dried out patty. The fourth one didnt touch the burger hearing out complaints. And since wed ask to replace. Called the waiter and the manager, after some words manager agrees to replace the order, we even say is you dont have good patty we can order something else. Manager tells us, this will take some time but we are making it. We waited for good 10-15 mins, thought since it was taking long we decided to take the order home and asked the manager to pack the order. They had just packed the same half eaten burger. Bun and patty both half eaten. And we each took others half eaten burger. We found that later tonight. One of us already called the manager and the manager told he need to check on this. When I called the same manager straight up denied, and straight up told they have packed a new burger. I told him that let me reach you back with some proof that this is old burger and patty. Called again, told I want to speak to the manager again, phone was disconnected. Next few calls were never answered. Later we spoke with ourselves and could figure out from the bite size which belonged to whom originally in the restaurant. Dear owner, We never wanted refund, we just wanted good food, food that we loved, and was very eager to have, food which we knew how it shouldve tasted like. Not a sub quality, old, dry, chewy patty with just a fresh bun. Somewhere somehow someone made a mistake, admit it. Thats all. We just wanted you to take the accountability that this happened and wanted an assurance that this would not have happened again. In your effort to save just mere few hundred Rupes You just lost 3 very loyal customers and One new one. Who just paid you ₹1200. And also a string of people who have already visited or wouldve visited because our recommendation Believe me, It makes me very sad writing this review. But alas, we had to share our experience since you didnt take any accountability. I hope you take corrective policies against this and have necessary checks in-place to prevent this. No customers should experience this.

Totally in love with this place. Amazing dishes and the ambience is top notch.Wont feel bored sitting and eating food.Croceries and cutleries are of top quality and good varities of food they have.Loved it

It is an awesome cafe with 2 floors, with games, large 4k tv, snooker n pool board and my god the variety of food they have.So many different type of cuisines to choose from and also the croceries n cutleries they use are of top quality.safety is also ensured at highest level which I liked. Definitely gonna visit again soon. Loved it.

The ambience and food quality is mind-blowing here. Been here during the permittable opening hours during lockdown yesterday and my satisfaction level was fulfilled.They follow all safety protocols and temperature checks, sanitizer, hand wash and proper cleaning of tables.About the food:We had chicken Malai Kebab, Chicken Fajita Salad, Pink Lady mocktail, and finally Tiramisu Ice cream. Definitely recommended

We ordered Drums of Heaven. Hardly there was any meat except the spicy dough! Totally unexpected ! The Crispy baby corn was quite ok. The hot chocolate was meh! was very frothy.. Decor is also not upto the mark. doesnt go well with the billiards. If quality us good, people wont hesitate to pay more. To make the pricing competitive, you are compromising the quality. Pls work on the quality, hike the price if needed.
