First of very big thanks to all the staff for helping me in buying my second spectacle ..when I thought to buy a spectacle, I called to the store and enquired . The store manager Tinku is very keen and addressed me so friendly, allotteds a time slot to visit the store for flexibility and to avoid gathering of people as this is of utmost concern considering the COVID situation .I went to the store and was welcomed warmly. They had provided sanitizer at the entrance and took me for eye testing.And when I was confused to select my frame, tinku helped me well so that I could easily select within no time because he guided me about the frame shape which was suits myself.Got my glasses on time, the workforce is very supportive. The thing I liked the most is that they have maintained a very hygienic ambiance in the store , every frame is sanitized each time any customer uses it . I must say we find many stores maintaining such hygiene during COVID.I shared this because after purchased the spects my main journey was started because first impression is the last impression and due to tinku it is awesome, why i am saying this after using this spects i felt problem in my vision not only single time twice and i am very upset for that but tinku continuesly talk to me and informed he follow up to higher authority about it and try to solve as soon as possible and he did it, after few days later he called me and said senior optometrist personally come to check his problme and as he said i visited to the store they weare very kind and did everrything so professionaly, this is only possible in titan, after that i was came back to home tinku said he waitng for their reply whenever he get it he will inform me, but after almost a month gone i do not get any update but tinku called every week and give me update, suddenly he called and said sir we got approval to change your lenses, so you will get it within 4days and tinku did it, he was given my spects with changing new lenses, he also said he called me after 2days later for feedback how i am feeling but before he called me i was call and said it is perfectly ok and without his dedication and eficiency it was not happned. Kudus to Tinku and Titan eye for the kind of efficient people they have... For him (Tinku) I came and bought my sons spects.Thanks a lot team Titan eye plus. Keep up the work same wayI would definitely suggest all my friends and relatives visit your store once . And I am sure everyone would be the permanent customer for your store.

The first thing which i found interesting is the brand cz too some extent i m brandconscious and for that now i prefer TITAN EYE PLUS (dumdum branch). The price of frames and glass are reasonable and they provide good quality of lense..The collections of frames are awesome...So i would recommend everyone to do visit this shop once.

Titan Eye+ showroom at 87, Dum Dum Road is a very degraded store collection of eyeglasses. They are too expensive to buy for anyone. The qualities are also very down graded. They are just money seekers. My message to all is that please dont go there even by mistake. I got thoroughly cheated.
