Two admission counters. 1st counter on the left is Mr. Dutta who will not process admission for General public even though the counter he is sitting in is the Admission counter. All admissions is done on the second counter on the right. Each admission takes approx 10 minutes to process. With just 1 counter on any given day, imagine the time you will have to be in queue just for admission.Yes its a hospital and not a five star hotel. But if you going to charge your room beds more than the cost of a 5 star hotel. We expect some kind of a service to be given to the patient.
Am giving a mixed review here, had admitted my father in May when he was Covid positive and they have treated him very well all the way from the Emergency to Icu to the General ward, all staffs were excellent and doctors was also first class! Today I admitted myself for a small procedure, the admission counters are bad! There was 2 counter open and we had queued in one of them and after waiting for about 20mins in the queue till our turn came they said admission procedure is in counter 2!! We had to queue again and wait.. This guy just won’t process any admission while there are so many people waiting. Just a waste of time standing and waiting.. finally got the admission work done in 1 hour 15 mins!! Can you imagine taking an hour per customer?? And this is a Pvt hospital in the city! I think they can do better job here and this is the first impression of the hospital’s service for the customers.Have rated 4 stars for the doctors and nurses.
Writing this review straight from Room no 1613.If youre thinking of admission for your babys delivery, I wouldnt recommend. Why ? Please hear me out...1. We have opted for one of their premium package (Single occupancy room)where everything sould be included. Long story short its not. Starting from surgical gloves, drinking water to dietician charges would be included as extra. I dont understand what is the point of taking all inclusive package !2. They are operating with inadequate stuffs. My wife had to wait hours in the nersery (3rd floor) because no one to attend the call in the 6th floor. That time my wife was in severe pain due to surgery. I have asked several sisters in the 6th floor whether they are overburden with their work. They all confirmed the same and requested me to submit formal complaint to the floor manager.3. Absolute zero covid protocol is being followed. In the visiting hours, only one person is allowed to visit patient due to covid risks where there is no one at the entry gate is available for thermal check and basic sanitization, their both the lifts are allowed to carry more than 20 people each at a time even people without masks.P.S - on a positive note, my wife had a very good experience in OT. All doctors were very good. Foods are healthy and delicious although lack in options.I have nothing against any stuffs or sisters. They were doing there job.
Would recommend the hospital for orthopedic procedures to anyone as it really is just brilliant! I have been looked after so well by everybody after surgery and feel incredibly lucky to be treated under such supportive staff. Amazing infrastructure, quality care and what not!
Terrible experience. The night staff is horrible and rude, admission counters are lost and dont know what is to be done. The insurance offices are slow most of the staff are always coming out and drinking tea during their shift. As a patient you have to ask them 5-6 times for your requests to be fulfilled. The discharge procedure also took almost 12 hours. Exorbitantly priced for the services given. Hospital ceiling are broken and almost falling the walls are horribly dirty. Would definitely not recommended my family or friends to this hospital.
I have been visiting this hospital for the last five years since my wife was operated on for breast cancer. With every visit I find improvement in all the areas, the diagnostic facilities got better and much advanced. What we loved about the facility is that our oncologist helps you overcome your fear of cancer and the related angst! The team of Dr Rahul Roy is prompt in delivering the best of their services!
Behaviour wise each staff is good.Clean place.Issue is doctor & ward nurses are not in sync. Faced lots of issues for the same till discharge date.
All the doctors, nursing staff and personnel are doing their best & deserve special appreciation for unconditional dedication towards their duty. I was pleasantly surprised with the prompt consultation and services, it was worth visiting. Keep it up team AMRI! You guys are doing a great job!
After a long wait, my daughter had a scoliosis corrective surgery done at AMRI Hospital, Mukundapur. A friendly, homely and modern facility with highly qualified, experienced medical professionals and caring staff especially the paediatrics team. The care & treatment is definitely excellent!
It is a hospital of highly priced no service practice. They delay to start treatment and added bills, took longer time like 1-2 days to do tests which can be done within 5-6 hours. And the treatment process is also very different to keep you in hold so that they can add more and more components to your bill. Immediately within one day we did Lama discharge and it costs around 63K for 22 hours, as if they declined Mediclaim, so that they can charge a huge chunk from patient side. So just a little suggestion think thoroughly and be determined. If you have reference or inside channel, then it is very recommended place to have treatment. Else it is not.
Doctors, nurses, and management all are diligent towards providing prompt treatment facilities. Their follow-up system for the next appointment is amazing, they just remind you a day in advance. No doubt treating patients with great care is their priority. I only rely on AMRI for any kind of medical emergency!
One of prime nursing homes in the south kolkata region along side of r n tagore and medica. In terms cleanliness, emergency, doc quality and staff behaviour I should rank this amri well above the other. The things to be improved are the promptness in the reception, tpo activities in claim settlement and the food varieties in the canteen.
Staffs have no idea about the test they conduct in hopsital or not, Front-end staffs are completely no-technical. Didnt expected from such a big chain. Even receptionist have no Idea.
Well cleaned, cooperative staff along with RMOs and nurses.. Also thanks to Dr shilpita banerjee throughout the journey.. Lots of thanks to her..All the services are excellent but its too expensive.
I liked the hospitality at AMRI Mukundapur, the services are provided as promised! The neurologist we met was so amazing he guided me to make lifestyle changes accordingly to improve cluster headaches. Some therapeutic treatment & a few consultations made a huge difference. I am pleased to visit the centre & recommend it to everyone.
No complaints at all. Excellent service. Behaviour of all staff is really exemplary. For all who can afford it or have Mediclaim, you just need to come and relish their treatment.Only blemish - Insurance process takes ages. Can be great if the people in charge can be increased.
As a first-time patient, I could not be any more pleased! Went there to consult for gastric reflux issues, the doctor was so experienced that he diagnosed the condition just by listening to the symptoms. The medications prescribed by him were so appropriate and gave so much relief within a week. I would definitely recommend the hospital & doctor both to my close friends & family.
My experience at AMRI Mukundapur is quite life-changing. I lost hope in finding a hospital to admit my daughter after her oxygen level dropped. It took some time, but the management helped us allocate the bed for her. Eventually, after 3-4 days she started showing some progress and recovered well under the supervision of their pulmonologist. He is wonderful at explaining everything related to her condition. He is certainly one of the best paediatricians on the hospitals’ panel.
AMRI has a calm and sterile atmosphere. The hospital’s ambience has positive vibes! From the patient’s perspective, the services offered are efficient, modern, and the friendliness of staff was superb. Grateful for the way they cared for me during hospitalization.
Many thanks for the facilities offered by the AMRI Hospitals, the team is highly trained to provide patient-centric services at any cost. A state-of-the-art unit maintains strict covid protocols and delivers quality care & treatment facilities to their patients. Totally impressed!
From the 1st day when I admitted my patient and till now when my patient discharged. They all do theres best. Very good behavior from all the staff. There take care nature. Thanks to the staff, members, doctors for the cooperation.. Thank you.
Efficient & Effective treatment facilities. Quite a well-managed healthcare unit, treatment was done as per the requirement. Doctors, nurses, and all the other unit members were extremely courteous, reassuring and helpful. However, the cost of treatment is a bit expensive as compared to other centers around the region.
Took my five-year-old after she complained of severe jaw pain, the ENT specialist was highly experienced, he just diagnosed the alignment issues without conducting any imaging tests. It was a smooth & pleasant experience! Must consider the centre for its amazing paediatrics team & care.
If you want to get infected with Covid before you get the vaccine then visit this vaccine center.Minimum 4 times you have to stand in a crowded queue with no distancing, the area where payment and vaccination happening is packed with people with no social distance.More over i have slot @11:30Am , i went there at 11:15Am and finished the whole thing @2:30.So i have to spent 3 hours with a packed crowd and no social distance in a covid hospital.Few days back i went into Apollo clinic 700006 for my wife vaccine , it took just 5 min , went into alloted time slot shown the documents , provided secret code, paid money and they asked to go to vaccine room , done.
My aunt and I got admitted in AMRI Mukundapur recently. Doctor is good but the hospital is utterly unorganised with probably the lowest patient-nurse ratio amongst the private hospitals in India. Very bad service with no co-ordination amongst staffs. Pathetic experience. It is recommended to avoid this hospital.
I feel totally at ease and have the ultimate confidence in the doctors and the whole staff of this hospital. I wish I could have visited it earlier. There is no doubt that AMRI Hospital has earned such goodwill in this region. Hats off to the management & team.
Worst experience of doing USG Whole Abdomen at AMRI Mukundapur. The staff helping the doctor inside the USG room was very rude and ill-behaved and when i was clearing some doubts and having conservation with the doctor regarding the same, the staff simply asked me to finish the test and leave the room. Although it wasnt that crowded. Please think twice before doing tests at AMRI Mukundapur with your hard earned money. The toilet was really dirty and badly maintained.Very bad experience.Date of Visit:- 14.08.2021
There is a Frank Ross Pharmacy attached to the hospital. Patients are told to purchase the materials/medicines before any procedure. Thus practically no other options. The pharmacy gives ZERO discount. The injection which I could have bought from any online seller for 17,000, costed me 21,000. Both AMRI and Frank Ross belong to same group. My advice is - always ask the doctors (who are just small partners in this nasty buisness) before on which medicines will be required. Then get those from outside.
Worst experience.. these peps may have very high treatment facilities but as far as management goes it gets worse than most government hospitals. To discharge a patient we had to go through 4+ hrs.I am not that kind of person who writes reviews that often but this time I cant help myself. Please dont trust anyone blindly I think review like mine will be out there. Dont just go through those appealing positive ratings and reviews.
Very Very Bad ExperienceI have been visited this hospital on 14/08/21 for my son (age 1 month). Socking that the baby weight machine was defective.Nurse use the mind and weighted my wife with baby and then again weighted my wife after that they substrate and got the weight of my child. After the Dr. swasti archarya prescribed test and suggest to do these test at AMRI and i do the same, costing around Rs10230.They said that you got the report within one week. I didnt get all the report yet after 8 days i called at the AMRI Lab and customer care also but they wait for Monday. But still report was not ready. They didnt care about the emergency patients. They only think about business and earnings. Today 10 days over God knows when i will get the report and visit to Dr.If i do these test from out side it will 50% cheaper and i will get the report on time. Also visit to Dr and treatment will start according to reports.
The vaccination process was smooth; didnt have to wait for long. The staff were professional. My only concern: the waiting area was crowded and social distancing norms were not being followed. It would be great if they make further arrangements for seating.
Every department is excellent. Only TPA/ Insurance department needs to be equally soft spoken, more coperative , more fast in action.Rest all are excellent.RegardsBed no 1612
The hospitals infrastructure is in a bad condition. The administration is very poor. The doctors & The managements doesnt care about informing the condition of the patient to their guardian. each & every staff in the hospital even the doctors and the nurses are very rude.Their main motive is eanring rather than the health of the patient. I request if your situation is not that critical go for any other hospital. Never take this as your 1st option !!!
One of the best hospital in Kolkata. When we entered there for first time, we thought its a five star hotel and charges will be extremely high and they wont even admit without mediclaim just like other big hospitals. But they agreed to admit, charges were reasonable and they provide excellent treatment. Excellent transparency as well, you can see the reports for all tests done directly on your phone using AMRI App.My uncle got a brain stroke and most of the hospitals said that he cant be saved. But AMRI improved his condition significantly and improvements were visible.Since completely recovery would have taken 3-6 months, so we shifted him to a hospital in his hometown after he was out of danger and that was our biggest mistake. He didnt get proper treatment there and passed away. And that hospital was TMH Jamshedpur, so never ever go there by mistake as well. But as far AMRI is concerned, it deserves 5/5 for its facilities, ambience, transparency and behaviour and doctors.
Very pathetic services, I strongly recommend people to avoid AMRI, Mukundapur. My 1.5 yr old baby is currently getting treated very badly by staffs. Worst bed management team, huge communication gap, not adhering to commitments. In the name of rules they harras patients & their families
Good services but some nurses or trainee nurses behavior are really pathetic, and no response from them.Except that rest are very good.
It was a good experience. Very seemless process even after following all the mandatory practices.Thank you AMRI Mukundapur
I had my surgery done here. Hospital has a very nice ambience and lovely environment where patient feels cared and loved.
Very good service... Well coordinated..... On time..... Excellent care..... Staffs are well behaved......
Behaviour of all staff is good. Fully neat and clean.Everything is well maintained.
One of most third class hospital.... The RMO doctor are most third class , My mother was a cardiac patient and they killed my mother Excessive fluid over lord , the patient was known diagnosis i special request to everyone be careful about AMRI
1. The interior decoration and ambience is very good which will give impression to ordinary person that the hospital is excellent. The truth is they are working with very less staffs to save operational cost.2. Medicines of Franross & Emami are given instead of big brands like Cipla, Sunpharma, Lupin etc. Since Emami is one of the shareholder it increases the profitability of Emami group. Such comprise with patients health should not be done as small company like Emami can not match the quality of giants like Cipla, Sunpharma3. Doctors are forced to give tests not related to the treatment. In my case the hospital gave infection marker reports and it came negative. Inspite of that given bacteria culture which does not make sense. The patient was discharged but the repots did not came. So what is the point of doing test if during the stay report is not available?4.Served only non-veg food. India is a very beatutiful country of diverse culture and food habit. We all should be proud of our Unity in diversity. The Constitution of India does not allow AMRI to force patients on Veg diet especially in a city where most patients are non-Veg. Personally I feel this as anti-national act.5. The online report system is very buggy and pretty much useless. Dont know which 3rd class company designed their software.6. The patient has the right to know about why aspect of treatment treatment. It is showcased on their CEO Mr. Baruas page. Here no body obeys that. Dontt know if their CEO Barua is useless , puppet or the local management is callous.7. Dont be fooled by good reviews as most of them could be paid ones which is common marketing strategy nowadays.8. This hospital has history of severe medical negligence where even the Supreme court of India slapped them with US$1.86 million penalty in 2013 in Anuradha Saha case telling the hospital as abysmal.
Infraestructure is quite good but very expensive. The management is worst.Due to the management the reputation of this hospital is going to be very bad in coming years..They only care of Money and nothing else. The securities are very harsh and badly behaved. Some securities are seen playing games on their mobile phone while they are on duty.Thought it would be a great hospital but its pathetic and nothing else. However the nursing staff is good but they arent doing their work on time. This hospital has only goodwill.Which helps it to run smoothly...But in the current time the hospital is becoming from bad to worse.I would like to say the management of certain nursing homes in kolkata are much better than this big hospital.
Very bad experience we had here. Doctor asked for money without any receipt. This was disgusting.
Service is very good. All staff are very cooperative. Only drawback is the food they serve and their discharge procedure is very very slow
My father was admitted under Dr.U.K.Saha for PTCA.The whole process was very seamless , doctor is very experienced and well natured person. He explained everything to us at each steps.I would like to extend my gratitude to Ms.Arpita too,she helped us with all necessary information. Also the whole staff at CCU made my fathers stay here comfortable.I am extremely happy with the service provided.
It is the best place for harassment and humiliation. If you want to get yourself humiliated its the best place to be. Pathetic management and unprofessional attitude of the staffs. They behave as if they are providing treatment for free. The staff is lazy and incompetent. The entire process of admission and discharge is tedious. This is not expected from a brand name like this. And worst, if you complain or escalate any matter their duty manager would quietly take you to their room only to humiliate you more.Pathetic!
The management and doctors are killer Ill not recommended to any one to go for any treatments.I have experience they killed my Father just after bypass surgery.Name of the doctor: Arijit Datta
AMRI Hospital, Mukundapur, a state-of-the-art facility, is situated barely 300 metres off the Eastern Metropolitan By-pass. With a roster of top experts from various fields of clinical and surgical treatment, the hospital boasts of a well-trained support and paramedical staff, working seamlessly in a technology-driven facility.
My wife was admitted for a surgery, the staffs are extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor had written the discharge at 5pm and they generated the bill after 24hours and charged extra. The process of discharge is pathetic. They could not even generate a proper bill, said that they will send a soft copy of the bill but I never received a bill. I can understand that the hospital is least bothered with such reviews and is least concerned. Its a nightmare for Senior citizens.Dont be fooled with good reviews about the hospital they are all fake and are paid reviews. In a nutshell the whole process was a torture. They close the counters at 7pm and the patient party is left helpless, running here and there for the discharge. They behave like they are providing free treatment. It is an extremely expensive hospital compared to the services.Stay away from this hospital. Stay safe.
Best hospital indeed.Dr Sandip Sardar and Dr Parijat Deb Chowdhury was our doctor. They are like God to us. Thank you.

Very Cooperative staffs and i am fully satisfied with the treatment hospital environment is very soothing and really hugenic
Booked Covaxin through Cowin app. As scheduled went on Sunday & they refused to give vaccine as camp is going on at Acropolis Mall & said I can give vaccine there. I visited that mall and they said only Covishield is available. Thoroughly unprofessional & playing with peoples life.
Very bad experience...Went for my moms vaccination by booking online and the slot was 3-5pm when i went there @4 they said that you have to come tommorow morning because we provide only 100 dozes. When i came next day around 10pm they said that you have to register your name in the book and you have to come for that at 5am and when i asked why are u accepting online they are like all things are offline we cant do anything. Kindly choose a different vaccination center and also there was no sign of social distancing every one was standing close to each other.Worse management of the hospital. Total harassment to the normal people.
I would like to thank the total operation team of AMRI Mukundapur for the excellent service on a my grandmothers treatment..Thanks a lot..
Worst and pathetic Experience!! Dr. Manideepa dutta (Pediatrician)very unprofessional and rude behavior!!They only thing about money. No value for patient life and emotions.Dont go there. Think twice before you go to save your patient and money.Maximum positive reviews are paid here.
Very good hospital with experienced doctors. Doctors as well as nursess behavior is excellent. In the extreme covid situation they are offering tremendous service. Salute to the medical team of AMRI, Mukundapur.
My wife and I got our first shot of the COVID-19 Vaccine at AMRI Mukundapur. The entire process was well-organized, from screening at the entrance to proper sanitization. The team assigned for the vaccination drive is sincere towards taking all precautions and safety of the people.
GOOD DOCTORS , GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENT PARTY .BUT QUALITY OF NURSING STAFF IS AVERAGE . PARTICULARLY IN COVID UNIT SOME NURSES ARE RUDE AND NON CO-OPERATING ( THOUGH ALL ARE NOT SAME).
Today I went there to get vaccinated for covid 19 with coviesheild vaccine.. They are giving vaccine through cowin app.. The price of the vaccine is 850/-But the system of social distancing and serial and slot wise vaccination is not good at all.. People without followinh proper procedure are also taking vaccines there.Anyways good hospital with private facilities..
I visit last week , one of the best hospital in kolkata. best service , super high class of hygiene , best operating management for handling patient,. The companys head office is in Kolkata, West Bengal, with 3 units in Kolkata (Dhakuria, Salt Lake, and Mukundapur), 1 clinic at Southern Avenue, and 1 unit Bhubaneshwar in the Indian State of Odisha. my niece , she will have surgery on 21st may. i hope best service from here. AMRI Mukundpur is having the best surgeon with them.Dr. Kalyan Kar is simply the best surgeon in Kolkata. Not only is he an expert surgeon whose surgery hands are God gifted he is also a true human being absolutely dedicated to the service of mankind. I started having sudden and severe lower abdominal pain and the usg revealed that my appendix had ruptured and pus formation started heavily at the tip of it. Dr. Kar understood the seriousness of the emergency and immediately took his own initiative to perform all the required tests and got me admitted with the ot done within few hours. This was unbelievable as prior to his kind initiative no hospital was granting me admission due to the covid scenario. Dr. Kar performed a miracle with the surgery where he had to detangle bit by bit all pus formations before reaching to the appendix. This was surely a case of macrosurgery but it was Kalyan Sir who stunned all of us by performing it microsurgically. I was released after just one day stay in the hospital and I am fit fine and back to normal life now. Dr. Kalyan Kar is like God to me who came as an angel and brought me back from the mouth of death.
Best in class facilities with pre-eminent staffs.
Had good experience. Staff members were very helpful.
I wish I could give 0 star...(Even they don’t even deserve a 0)PATHETIC & WORST HOSPITAL among all...If you want to get HARASSED this is the best Place to be...!!!
Good hospital , but if you have health insurance , then try to avoid this hospital.i request to management please deliver well behave to your customer.and provide more staff in your tpa .
Excellent hospital for getting doctor consultations, admissions, and investigations. Has a very large complex with high tech maintenance
Amri Mukundapur is the worst hospital of Kolkata. They do not care about peoples lives. They only care about money. Their only aim is to Loot, loot and loot. They force patients into ventilators and start dialysis. They have a doctor named Kundan Chaurasiya who is the worst doctor of Kolkata. He is very arrogant and a disgusting person. He does wrong treatment for Covid patients and has no proper knowledge on medicine. Even healthy patients admitted under him end up being dead.
Nice overall experience, the wait time is a little high apart to all, the doctor experience was all great.
What a state of the are hospitals, they take only 7-8 hrs to give patients report to the family, very cooperative staff that has only one dialog memorised: pleas wait for some time.Loved it definitely visit if you want to be harassed and go back home with headache and bad mood.
Harasses people. There is a token system for some doctor for some you need to stand in long Queue in counter 8.
Administrative process is pathetic. discharge takes so long... in case of insurance. The staff doesnt do their job timely. You go for a single day procedure, they will keep patient for 3 days.
Excellent arrangements for vaccine. Well spaced out waiting area..Not very long waiting time.
I had a recent experience with my father and let me share here. I had trusted the google review rating 4.4 and that was a mistake. I dont want others to do the same mistake. My father was tested covid positive and I called the the hospital and they gave me a number. When I called that number I asked if bed was available and he confirmed Yes. Then I asked them to provide an ambulance, they gave another number.I called the ambulance and it was agreed for INR 5000 and he said bill will be provided.Ambulance arrived on time - It was a Maruti OMNI converted into ambulance and not from AMRI (Which I realized later). The driver did not provide any bill and I was in hurry to admit in hospital --- Be careful to get a receipt and ask them if ambulance is from AMRIEven though I had covid report and reached hospital at 3:45 PM, they kept us waiting until 7:45 PM to get admitted. -- Be careful, in the hospital dashboard it is always written the 10/10 beds are full. It is always first come first serve. There is no guarantee of getting a bed even though they will confirm over phone.I had waited long near the emergency. However they have 2 separate rooms one for covid and another for non covid patients but that is for eyewash. I have seen two covid patients entered in non covid rooms unknowingly because there is no display board or instructions. It is pathetic. A normal person will be covid positive if he visits the emergency room. -- be careful this is a serious issueThere are 4 cash counters but if you visit after 5:00 PM, one 1 or 2 will be operational. They dont allow to keep mobiles with patient and official virtual visiting hours is 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. During that time you can talk to patient over phone. If you need to see them, you will have to visit hospital and they are having video conference. -- I thought great and next day when visited, there was a network issue and they were trying to connect from a laptop. gave a number and I was able to dial in thru whatsapp. I still do not understand the funda behind not allowing mobile phone with patient.Remember - This is a vegetarian hospital. I was not aware until my father told me after having the food. The staff at the cash counter are not cooperative enough and for a simple 1 minute work you have to wait for 30 minutes. If you have TPA, they will ask you to come next day. They cannot finish paperwork on same day.The bed charges for twin sharing room is INR 8000, however TV and Geyser did not work. My father stayed for 6 days. Geyser issue was not resolved for 2 days. Geyser is is necessity for covid patients having cold and cough.I got good feedback from nurses and most of them are from different states but they take care. But it is totally opposite for local staffs.Lastly, there is an isolation guest house(they call it satellite room) where they admit mild covid patients who dont have separate rooms/bathroom for the patients at home. The trick here is - even if you opt for transferring the patient without discharge to satellite ward, they will not agree. They will discharge the patient and give you another number.Remember - once the patient is discharged, TPAs role ends there. All expenses afterward you will have to carry by yourself.Even if you have insurance, the admission will happen only without TPA. They person in admission counter will take advance and then only take admission. --- If you choose this option, remember that all expenses you have to carry from your pocket and you will not get reimbursements. This is a grey process and you will not get any update to floor manager on bills incurred. When my father got discharged from that satellite ward, they only provided the soft copy of the bill. The discharge report did not have Doctor signature in it. I could not claim it later. In summary it was my mistake to choose this hospital. Probably it is more or less with other hospitals as well. This hospital simply exploit the covid situation. The google rating was probably provided by hospital staffs only and do not trust.Stay away, stay safe
This hospital is pathetic for the treatment of severe COVID patients. The diagnosis done by the doctors here is Pathetic. They do not have any clarity on how to treat a patient with severe Co-morbidity. They will inject and make the patient take multiple number of medicines which would harm his internal organs and once the kidney stops functioning because of such several medicines they will suggest to do a Dialysis treatment which will turn severe for the patient. Trust me do not admit your patient in this hospital. They do not have any strict measures for COVID ward they allow whom so ever to enter the COVID floor. I would rather suggest you to admit your patient in AMRI Dhakuria under Dr. S.K.Todi he is the best doctor we have got in Calcutta.

Wonderful experience with CoVID vaccination and kudos to the team in AMRI.
I was admitted here in November 2020 after being diagnosed positive for COVID-19. During the stay, I was scared, but gradually the care and treatment received here put my fears to rest. Every staff member is highly professional and efficient. Even the nutritionists take excellent care of all patients and serve the best diet.
Horrible experience. Insensitive hospital management and workforce.
Vaccination procedure was the worst of all. We had booked a slot for 1PM and when we reached there we came to know that no system of slot booking is being followed there. There is no management system at all.
Worst hospital & its service. Not recommend. Rubbish
Best Brain and Spine Surgery facility at AMRI Hospital, Mukundapur, Kolkata.Dr Rajan Kumar,MBBS, MS (General Surgery), MCh (Neurosurgery)Trained at SGPGI, LucknowEx-SR - GTB Hospital, New Delhi
Good hospital and good manegement, but costly
Very good facilities and services
I visited a paediatric neurologist at AMRI for my child’s treatment. The doctor was very friendly with my boy and he explained the treatment procedure calmly and answered all our queries patiently during every visit. I am really impressed with the entire team of doctors and staff members of the hospital.
Frud hospital.please do not believe on this type of hospital. They experiment on patients.Worlds most lier and killer hospital.Specially Dr Kalyan Kar.And if you already traped here then please listen to your patient.Do not believe on doctors.
The hospital administration is pathetic with absolutely no preparedness and timeliness. The staff is equally rude and stubborn and the patient and their family have to suffer on behalf of the staffs callousness and recklessness. My mother in law was supposed to discharged on 18 Apr and that was approved by the doctor on 17 Apr. These nincompoops couldnt prepare a simple bill on time in the span of 24 hours and the bill was sent for insurance approval late evening on 18 Apr after 4pm. We have to keep running from one desk to the other and finally the discharge happened after 10pm. Despite knowing and accepting its the hospitals fault, the duty manager named Abhijit kept arguing that theses things happen as its a big hospital. This is an extremely worthless hospital with no system in place and patients are simply taken for granted and treated as helpless just because they chose this highly unprofessional place for thier treatment. The hospital staff has absolutely no accountibility and admitting your family to this place for treatment will be same as booking a trip to hell for them. Strongly reccommend eveyone to avoid this hospital at any cost.
Pathetic experience, Unhelpful Helpdesk staff who has no clue how to talk to customers and patients. Some attitude they carry for god knows what. Its completely chaotic.
Poorest hospital Ive ever been. I booked semi deluxe room for my moms surgery. But the service in return me or my mom got is just like as if general ward. Only one or two nurses are incharge of the entire 6th floor. So patients get minimalistic support from them. Even sisters are less experienced, interns. They messed up in doing a simple channel in my moms vain before or post surgery.OPD is another big mess. Most of the doctors have their private assistants. So booking a doctor is messy. Doctors dont maintain time. I remember waiting 4 hours just for 1 doctor. And the doctor just wasted 1000 rs prescribing nothing but referring to another doctor. And the other doctor said its only the prior doctors case. So I was in a loop ultimately.Money laundering machine...
Worst experience.....few weeks ago i admit my mother with an issue of breathing trouble....she was admitted for 4 days...one day in ICU and then in General bed.within this short period they billed 1.5 lakhs....unnecessary testings they have done....for all tests they charged xtremely high...2 to 4 times higher than market value...poor nursing services....even after repeated calling nurses hardly attain patient....worst food services...even in any Govt hospital anybody will get better treatment and servicesthan AMRI Mukundapur at free of cost...Even they not accept Sastha Sathi card...Worst hospital...this hospital just a business place...blood sucker in terms of money...Worst TPA and TPA doctor....they tried with their all effort so that patient party not get mediclaim...same thing happened with me...End of the day they provide all wrong reports to me after spending so much of money..I request everybody to avoid this AMRI hospital
Pthetic behaviour of staff. No coordination between the floors. They literally harrass people
