Most unprofessional in sense of Appointment. At the time of Appointment they always ask for the last treatment prescription and moreover they dont like to send you a confirmation mail for some unseen reason. I decided to consult with their Doctor and got appointment on my convenient date but when I requested them to send me a confirmation mail about my Appointment giving a tentative time period for the total treatment including Therapy( If required) they denied to do that. I am eligible to claim Medical leave from my company on this medical ground. I work outside of India and I am Zilaxos old patient too. I got temporary relief for my Lower Back pain in the year 2016 and after that when ever I visited India I went for further consultation to keep me feet. Last I visited in the uear 2017. Unfortunately this time they refused to send me mail and which is very much insulting.Thats why I have decided not to visit again their any Branches and will start my anti campaign against their un-professionalism and back dated mentality. There are so many Back pain consultancy already set up in Kolkata whuch are better than Zilaxo and all are cheap compare to them. They never push you to purchase medicine which is completely not requre for you. Zilaxo has some common medicine what they always prescribe for all patient.
