Akra railway station is situated in sealdah budge budge Route, between Santoshpur and Nungi railway station. Only Two platform is available here. 1 no platform use for towards sealdah and 2 no platform use for towards budge budge. Pay and use toilet is situated front of ticket counter. Auto stand is situated also in front of ticket counter.

Akra station is very crowdy since the main road of dakghar and akra fatak is very narrow for that reason people stuck in jam taking sometimes around 10-14 min in jam to reach on the other side .

Very crowdy place . Maximum time main road from dakghar to akra fatak is very narrow and each side of entire road lots of variety shop room. In budge budge sealdah rail route akra railway station is 3 rd station from budge budge. 10/15 minutes time take to reach station from dakghar. Well connected by bus, train, auto , ola uber cab to go different area of kolkata

And also Up Budge Budge Naihati, Budge Budge Barrackpore local passing through this station. There are many passengers traveling through this station. Maximum number of travelers of the localities surrounded by the station are dependent train for daily travel.

It is good platform but There are lots of people in the crowd ,in office time many people are go in the train ,There very early admission to the dirty ,Akra-Sealdha train tickets rs -5Here are two platformsThe number 1 platform goes to the sealdha and the number two platform goes to Kolagatamaru Budge BudgeCurrently the clothes store has started to sit on this platformThere are no TTE in this platform

I guess Shubham Mandal is a bit wayward. The hawker menace is not too prominent in akra. But train frequency needs to be increased.
