I have bought a Suzuki Gixxer SF from here. The people are very good. The finance and registration procedure is smooth. Interaction of the staffs are very good indeed. It will be great in service canter if the Suzuki recommended engine oils like MOTUL7100 is available.

I purchased a suzuki burgman street from this store..It was really not a very good and professional experience from them..They will not send mails of the receipts on time..They cannot get the parts of vehicle on time..u need to keep following up for an update..The helmets they provided were also of very bad quality. There is a delay in everything. And post sale its even worse.

1st visit experience is very good... Now looking forward to same experience in future...

Small Place, staffs not interactive. You enter & you keep standing. No one will approach you. You have to from one person to another for query. They keep on sending you from one person to another. It is irritating.

The showroom is nicely decorated with bikes and scooters. The staff are good and cooperative. The Manager of the showroom is also very heartly. They also seem to have a good stock of different bikes and scooters.

Worst customer service experience. The guy who handles the HDFC loan is arrogant and has alot of attitude as if we are begger. I paid half as advance and half as loan at Ramlal Suzuki after this guy behaved badly, didnt wanted to visit it again thats why got from Ramlal Suzuki.

By far the best vehicle purchase i have had. Better treetment than i got while purchasing a 12 lakh rs car frm a german brand. The owner is a gentleman and takes care of evrything frm the test ride to the sale and delivery. Excellent exchange given for my old vehicle. The owner and specially the service manager mr. manoj are true guys. They take very good care of ur needs. Provide ammple long test rides. I was purchasing a scooter and wanted to test ride the bikes just for the heck of it they still obliged. Post sales the service experience was very good. Got call reminders and was updated on the process and the work going on hourly. The mechanics too take a good listn and reaolve all issues. Impeccably trained by suzuki and the owners. Very happy owner.
