I purchased my Honda Grazia from this showroom. Every staff members and including the owner are very well behaved. Also, I am doing my two-wheeler servicing from here for last 2 years. Every time they do the detailed service. I am very satisfied. Thanks to them!

Very disappointing service.I purchased a motorbike from this store on 6th of May with full payment at the time of purchase. After uncountable numbers of calling Ive been fortunate to get the registration number. Still havent received the user manual and number plate.Very few knowledgeable staffs present, the owners behavior is anything but amicable. My colleague bought a scooter from another Honda showroom during the complete lock down still she has been received everything related to her scooter purchase.My question is why do I have to wait for such a long time just for the number plate and user manual??I would strongly suggest not to buy anything from this store. Much better option is the Honda showroom opposite south city mall. Ive made a mistake and now suffering.

Staff are polite, and the reliable. The location is a bit odd, but theyll get your job done without fleecing you, so thumbs up. Definitely recommended.

I have visited in this showroom for the query of SP125 as I want to purchase it in finance. The showroom people says that as I dont have permanent address and bank account in nationalized bank so it is not possible to give finance. Also they said that , as I dont have permanent address in Kolkata so bike registration is also not possible. Unfortunately the I have loose hope to buy a new bike. After that I have contacted to a Suzuki dealer in Kolkata and discuss about finance and registration. Suzuki showroom people (C J Suzuki, Hazra Road) have done smooth finance and registration of their Suzuki bike. So I have bought a Suzuki Gixxer SF which is a great bike and I am happy with that bike. I have not understood why Roy Honda people misguided me in such way. Such thinks are really unfortunate.

The best part of about this place the humble attitude of the owner. I felt very comfortable dealing with him . Also they have a wide range to choose from. Only con is the showroom is a bit inside but that can be ignored seeing the professional service here.

The worst Honda Service Centre of in South Kolkata. They dont have most of the spare parts if you go for servicing your two-wheeler. They dont check your bike thoroughly, all they do is change the engine oil and wash your bike; which you can do yourself easily. Most of the staffs have very little knowledge of bike servicing. I too had some doubts earlier, but after visiting thrice, all I can suggest is either go to other Honda Service Centres or visit some local mechanic. The people in this Service Centre cheat people often as they dont provide any computer generated bill and most of the spare parts they provide are third-party products. I will never ever visit this worthless place.

Dont even think of buying a two wheeler from here! They will be very polite and behave very well at first and after the vehicle is sold, the customer is the one who suffers. Not getting my RC and number plate for the past 1 month ! AND THEY RUN AS A SUB-DEALER OF LEADERS HONDA.

I would suggest everyone nearby this store. If you are opting to buy a Honda Two Wheeler, May it be bike or Scooty. Any model. Just visit them. They are too helpful. You may have to wait a bit for the delivery as the current condition if COVID-19 is affecting the Automobile Industry a lot. But you can be rest assured, that you get your bike or scooty in an excellent condition also the after sales service is excellent. They have an adjoining Honda Certfied Service on their Complex where you can get your vehicles serviced as well. They also have a Finance Team there, if you are looking to purchase the product using Finance option.I am pretty happy with their service, their ability to take customer needs as priority. The best thing I could add on is, once you bought or booked the vehicle. You need not to worry anymore, rest will be taken care of by them. You dont need to call them as well for the documents they will get back to you as soon as your documents are ready. Which is pretty fast in comparison with other stores in the area. Even in this Tough Condition.Thanks to all of the members in the store, for helping me in every way you could. I will be coming back for getting the services done periodically. Till then Adios!!!

Great behaviour of the staff. You dont go to buy motorcycle everyday, but if you want to buy it, please make sure to visit this place, the people are really nice and they treat the customers with care.

Scotty, and bikes are in the showroom, the location of the showroom is in the prime area of the south Kolkata, the service center is also along with showroom. Descent people with good knowledge and behaviour. The stock is limited but you can book your requirement.

I had a very bad experience here. I came here to avail my free servicing of activa 125 bs6. The service men literally did nothing but jst cleaning and washing it only. If this is what servicing means then i m not cmng here and will recommend others not to cm here. They jst took 5min on my scooty in the name of serviceing and 15mins of washing. Deeply unsatisfied service. They didnt even lubricated the wheel or check the suspension or check the battery situation. Worst service centre ever. People dont come here.

This Honda Service Centre is the worst service centre in South Kolkata. The workers have no knowledge about the servicing part. Spare parts, coolant, shocker oil, and many more are not available in this service centre.You will waste your whole day in this service centre and you will be not satisfied by the servicing. Just like today I wasted my sunday by giving them the bike. From morning 8.30 to evening 4 pm. They have just done 3 works in my bike that are Engine oil change, chain spocket change and air filter change. For this they took the entire day. Pathetic service. I would suggest go to another service centre. This service centre is worst service centre.

The staffs are very good and they always focuses on what customer needs and give them and tells them the right product to buy and the workshop is well maintained and all the works in workshop can be invigilated by the customer

Polite behavior towards customers. They will give you each details related to your purchase and all paperwork including insurance. 👍

If its a free servicing then its ok but if its a paid service then please avoid this place.

Place is very bad.Smell of the rotten water and waste is comming in the showroom.Also I am getting my delivery of SP125 and activa 125 very late.They are telling me that in 10 days but the whole 2 months has passed away from my booking still I am not getting my delivery.
