The staff here are very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. The showroom is beautiful and if the motorcycles are available and if ur lucky you can test ride the motorcycle available.Id like to add here that although the Pan America 1250 is officially launched in kolkata the showroom still wont allow youtubers such as myself to make videos which is quite saddening. How is one supposed to publicize a product if one wont allow the product to be publicized.I hope Bengal Harley Davidson allow youtubers and publicist to make videos otherwise how is Harley Davidson supposed to sell their motorcycles staying quiet and with no or very little publicity what so ever.

Beautiful showroom spread across a large furnished floor with amazing Harley motorcycles on display. A variety of HD merchandise ranging from tshirts and jackets to leather boots and helmets are available to choose from. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Beaware before any purchase of Harley Davidson Bike they do false commitments all waste extended warranty etc My bike is in under warranty & battery is weak I called them they said I have to send bike to them & they will change it instantly when my staff reached there they said I have to leave bike there for 2 days he handed over the bike to them they did not provided any receipt or job card after 2 days they said it will take 12 days now its approx 2 months & they also demanding money but no solution there aim is to only loot you

Not where one would expect to find a HD store... off the highway, down a beaten track. Drive too fast and youll miss it.Small store. A few bikes. Only 7 months old. Found some nice T Shirts. Nice colours. Not the usual blacks and greys. Friendly and helpful service.

Store is very good but the Service is very poor. Push sales and after sale poor service in delivering the products and take very long processing time.

It may be costly but they offer a superb lifestyle along with the bike

I am generally a bike lover and my favourite bike is HARLEY DAVIDSON IRON STREET 750 which costs around ₹8.9 lakh, although the price is comparatively high than other bikes, but then also its awesome.......... I am thinking to purchase this bike..... Bengal Harley Davidson sells bikes as well as its accessories like seat, handle, tyres and even matching clothes like jackets, etc............I would like to suggest everyone to visit this place atleast once.........
