I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my husband. So this review is from both of us. We both loved the cleanliness and decor of the hotel. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is well connect to the entire Kolkata with easy access to buses,auto,uber and even trams.The staff here is very helpful,polite and hard working. They go out of the way to help you and make you comfortable. Whenever we live in a budget hotel most of us have the concern wether the cleanliness of the room would be as shown in the pictures in the internet. Trust me in reality the rooms are even more clean and aesthetically appealing than shown in the pictures.F and B staff is also excellent.Keep up the good work and all the best guys!!.

Well furnished, very good staff, well communicated, nice food, hygienic, at very very affordable rate.

Ambiance and rooms and wash rooms are very nice. Staff and their behaviour is very bad. They are good as long as you are throwing good money to them. They ask for your mobile at the check in and do something with your app to get the referral amount for themselves. Don’t give the phone to them. Oyo people never asks for the phone they just ask the booking id. The professionalism of the staffs is worst in my experience. At the check in desk one lady is there. She only knows how to talk much, rest of the things unhe aati nehi hain.

Nice and courteous staff. I stayed here for one night. The rooms are good. Its slightly different than what is shown on the hotel booking websites. Its offers affordable stay and great comfort. The only complain i had was the breakfast. It was worse than expected. There was hardly anything in tbe buffet. Whaterver 2 or 3 items were served that was also pathetic. So if breakfast is taken out of consideration, the hotel is good.

We didnt stayed here but attended a function in the banquet hall. The hall was great and spacious. It could easily accommodate 50 ppl or so. The ambience of the hotel was good. Maybe the location might be an issue as it could be difficult to locate.

Everything was perfect. But 4 star because the food service takes a hell lot of time, the TV had very limited channels(Though I dont watch TV that much) and the worst part is the walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear to outside world as well as the outside people can hear you, this thing is very awkward for couples. Ambience and room service are awesome for this price range. Highly recommend place.

Attended a party organised in their 5th floor hall. The quality of the food was not so good, just about ok. But what I disliked was the total unprofessional manner they were serving the buffet. There were no spoon or forks kept, although there were food which needed at least a spoon even in an indian buffet. When asked for a spoon for dinner, the waiters directed towards the sweet counter, where they kept the small dessert spoons. The dining space was so cramped, and so little seating arranged, that people were finding extremely difficult even to stand and eat. The hotel management must improve on these areas if they intend to get repeat or reference customers .

Dosent accept local ID but is enlisted in that option. Also it doesnt refund any money even if u cancel due to their mistakes. Worse Hotel ever seen

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Kolkata. When I booked this hotel, I did it through makemytrip, but now it shows sold out in makemytrip, so you need to book through oyo app only, it was listed in fabhotel also but now its removed from there too. Its sometimes costly in oyo but the rooms are worth the price.

I can give this hotel 2 star for its location and interior. But the food service was very bad. Foods quality and quantity both are extremely pathetic. And dont book their breakfast service with extra cost. This hotel doesnt allow outside food so plan your stay accordingly. Otherwise you will regret their horrible food.

Rooms are good. Dont rely much upon complimentary breakfast, as the taste was not very good. Room service was not up to the mark. No response after repeated complaints.

We hired their banquet hall for my daughter’s birthday party on 22nd dec. The catering was terrible. The service was not upto the mark. The food was ok but not as per the price we spent.Overall it was a very bad experience as they are very money minded people.
