The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone

Worst hotel I have visited ever. First of all, hotel is just over a bar. So, can not be concluded as a family friendly one. Secondly, the rooms, bedsheets and the pillow covers were too much dirty. There was a old aged TV and a set top box, which barely works. The bathroom was not clean and the taps didnt work fine. Apart from the staying, I ordered my dinner and breakfast. The quality of the food was below average but they charged a massive amount for it. Honestly, I would not recommend anyone to go for this hotel. This hotel doesnt deserve a single star. Still giving 1 star for the behaviour of the staffs.The entire arrangement.

It is an affordable Hotel cum bar & resturant located near Chadni Chwak Metro(Gate 6) station.Clean rooms, well decorated but blankets are probably not washed for decades...Complementary Breakfast is provided here... They dont welcome couples due to SOCIAL PROBLEM(according to Managers own language) but couples can stay there through online bookings.. They dont provide room service, but one can avail food at their resturant(which is at ground floor). Resturant is not generally meant for dining or lunch purpose and a quick drink can be fitted for their bar & restaurant.

Bar Restaurant and hotel located at Ganesh Chandra avenue. Very near to BBD Bag, the heart of Kolkata. Food and wine is good. But it is more like a local pub. A bit crowdy. Not very suitable for family. The good side is that you can smoke here sitting on your table while sipping your drinks. That is a paradise for smokers. The employees are very friendly and well-behaved.

Have lost the old charm....

Price and Location wise its an ideal hotel for Solo and Business traveller but not so much for family travellers. Very near to Chandni Metro. Complementary breakfast is decent one. Dharamtala n Chandni Electronic market nearby. Worth staying.

Located strategically this is suitable for an evening drink. Frequented mostly by officegoers having a quick one after work or having an evening out. Food is reasonbly priced. Try the dry chilli chicken - very nice! Waiters are friendly and bar is stocked with variety. Close to all public transport. Didnt like the interior painted in a drab hospital blue. They are better off just using a simple white to give it life.

L was booking this hotel on dt 29/09/2017 to 02/10/2017 but some problem, I have reached this hotel on dt 30/09/2017 at 8.30 AM ( one day loser) . Futher on dt 01/10/2017 have heavy rain so I dont visited some place and u r decided one day stay this hotle on dt 03/10/2017 and booking this hotel u r side on 02/10/2017.Therefore I would request u to kindly checked u r side and u r interested stay again on dt 04/10/217 due to see the special programs i e attend by Honble CM, West Bengal . Decent Budget hotel. Has own bar n restaurant. Property is quite old one. Bathroom getting need to be upgraded.

The owner was helpful and kept our luggage for few hours even after check out. Quality of rooms can be improved as there was a big fat rat in our room and it took us an hour to make him go out

I went their for a 3 days 3 nights stay rooms in the hotel are very average.. hotel staff is good .. but if you have gone there to Rome around the city make sure you reach the hotel before 12 midnight else the doors may be closed then you need to keep ringing on hotel reception number which you can find on Google..llocation of the hotel is very good .. its near by chandani chowk metro .you get complimentary breakfast with the stay.. suggestions you can book it through Goibibo.. its the most economic app i found for this hotel I got it for 1000 per day

Minerva is a low cost option for business traveler. A non descript building, run down room and food area. Dont expect anything. Maybe thats what one can get in the price they charge. Would recommend to check around before booking. Only advantage is location , right near business district.

Pls dont take tandoori dishes... Tastes very ordinary.. Must try cheese omlette(if u like it)... Rest of the things you can try...!!!

Its fine. Quite friendly. But the only drawback is the hotel contains bar in its ground floor. Not comfortable for family but great for bachelor.

Ill not recommend this hotel to anyone. ...First of all, there was no service, dirty room with cracks in the walls. In the bed I found hairs, which means they are not cleaning up properly. When asked to change the bedsheet, then one person handed me one bedsheet and asked me to change yourself.No water to drink, I have purchased from outside.The location was good and the main reason of the stay was that.One TV was there, which was being turned off automatically.Breakfast was worst as I was eating beg-breakfast.Geyser was not working, I have to took bath in cold water.Alcohol and cigarette smell was coming from everywhere. .,........

Prime location near to Chandni Metro. Price are almost half when you book trough Goibibo than direct booking. Budget hotel, 5 story building relatively older one. But rooms are neat n clean spacious too. Complementary breakfast is decent one with 3/4 choices. Overall its a good budget hotel in prime location. Only u can face problem if you check-in early in the morning when the door is locked.

It was surely just an okay experience with this place. Although its very near to the heart of the city, Esplanade and apart from that being a good location, nothing else seemed to be good. Rooms and amenities provided was not at par with the price paid. Staffs behaviour was mostly good though.

Pathetic place to be.... Poor food poor service and poor ambiance.

Whole hotel has stink of alcohol because of the bar, room was not clean and there was a layer of dust all over tables and floor. chair was also very dirty. On asking for mineral water, they gave a 1L open water bottle and charged 42 rs at checkout for the same. The staff behaviour was rude and on complaining they said complaint at *** and say whatever you want to. Also, we were probably the only guest there, there might be 1-2 more, but hotel was almost empty. Only good thing about this hotel was its location.

I stayed here for one day. Hotel location is very good but it is not a clean hotel. Stinking smell comes in lift and rooms. So hotelier should take care for this.

The best thing is its location. near to Chandni & lal bazar. Rooms are ok for staying 1 or 2 nights.

Service is very bad.the person at reception is very rude,i had booked double bed AC room, first of all they have given me the non-ac room by thinking that as it was winter i will not complain but you know kolkata you will feel heat and mosquito, so i complained them about ac not working after 3 hrs of complaining they shifted me to ac room whose ac was too old and noisy,its better you switch it off,geyser was also not working,there was complimentary breakfast but they did not give it me and on enquiring they told me that breakfast is over.Very bad experience.Also in the double bedroom,the bed was not of king size instead it has two small beds in a room which is not recommended for couple.
