Its very nice place . Location is vey beautiful. All the things are available there . Cleaning is good . I am very satisfied. Hosting is also good

I stayed with Aster Service apartment for month. Divya is great host and took really good care of me with various breakfast choices, small needs like iron or whatever I have asked for. Location is best as everything is just like 2 to 5 mins walk.. I highly recommend Aster for its location and service.CheersAbhishek

It’s a fabulous place in the heart of the city. When I first went to see the IPL match Kolkata Knight Riders vs Rajasthan Royals I stayed here. Its very close to Eden Garden. Starting from that time till 2019 December I stayed here more than couple of times. The one bed room apartment has a bed room for two people with a attached toilet a drawing come dining room where in the sofa one can easily sleep and the best part it has a kitchenette where you can cook your meal. The building has lift which you can use 24/7. Last but not the least the owner of the house both father and daughter are both Gem of a person who tries to help you in any ways. Whenever I visit Kolkatta I will surely stay at this place.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is very good. The apartment is although small but ok type with kitchen facility which is a plus point. Now coming to the minus points. The building is tilted a bit and so is the apartment which makes it uncomfortable. The TV was not working. I had to remind the owner everyday to get my room cleaned. One day I forgot so noone came to clean it or change towels. Creamer and tea bags were given on the first day which did not get refilled till the last day. Little choice of breakfast. Above all the guy (Liftman) is bringing it in a packet and delivering at the apartment door like he is delivering newspaper. The apartment is on the 8th floor. The lift was not working for almost 3 days and I had to climb up 8 stories 5-6 times. The toilet is also very small. Overall experience not that good.

A Home Away From Home- just these words ... definitely one of the best stays I had ever all through the country ... premium hotels are good..but apartments are better... and Aster Service Apartment is among the best that I have stayed before ... right from the first interaction with the youthful owner Mr.Arun Malick (I was shocked to know later on that he was 57)..to the people the guard of the building who would assist you in all your daily chores including fetching your breakfast and other essentials of needed.. everything...more precisely...everyone ...was perfect..Moving over to the APARTMENT...It was as perfect as one would expect their HOME to be...Located on the 8th floor ...you can actually have awesome view with huge windows located in both, the hall as well as the bedroom...the Hall has a Sofa-cum-bed where you can enjoy your evening tea with the windows wide open and a beautiful view and weather outside...The basic necessities were all fulfilled- AC, A separate Desktop PC, TV, Complete Kitchen, Refridgerator, Tea/Coffee Maker, Toiletries etc.There is laundry service available at negligible cost if needed .. you can ask for utensils from the owner if you are fond of cooking for yourself ..if not...you have the famous Hindustan Dhaba situated in the ground floor which can deliver some mouth-watering food to your Flat itself...even till late night...since I am talking about food...the Breakfast is complimentary...and its awesome.. I stayed there for 4 days...and for the first three days I opted for different breakfasts which was happily served to me in my Flat as and when required.. Aloo Ka Paratha, Poori-Aloo & Veg Sandwich (happened to by my favorite)...I tried these...and believe me...there is nothing better that I could have asked for .. also..there is a tea stall at the ground floor of the building and if you are a Tea-Toddler...I am pretty much sure you are gonna be his regular client during your stay...😉One of my major priorities is the cleanliness of any place I am staying at..specially the washrooms... andddd to my surprise...the cleanliness would remind you of your Home... the Decor of the whole place is amazing... beautifully made and designed...Location is obviously a perk...one of the most centrally located and premium ones...very easy to find...Rest...as mentioned earlier...the Hospitality of the Owner is remarkable...Definitely the only place Ill be staying in Kolkata for the future .. 😊

We had an enjoyable stay like a home away from home. Hostess Divya was available at all hours for any assistance. Hope they could uplift the interior a little bit. Very safe place for families although the entrance a bit shabby

Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Location was awesome. There was dining facility. There was complementary breakfast.

Room is good, service is good.. had no problems during one day of stay.. could be a little more cheap..

It was excellent stay in apartment ...we never felt we are out of our home we really liked the stay and surely stay again in my next visit ..
