Very good and cheap hotel to stay near sealdah station.. Manager has very good behavior

It was a great stay at this hotel. Staff gesture was also good. Anyone can get all necessary facilities at this hotel.

Its completely a budget hotel. Though it cant be said that it is maintained well , but the reason for choosing it to stay is its location. The hotel is just at the crossing of Surjo Sen street and Rammohon Sarani. There is no restaurant in the hotel. But room service is available. Lunch/dinner/breakfast/tea may be served by room service. But its better to have lunch/ dinner in the nearby pice hotel Mahal. For breakfast you can have a lot of street food just in the opposite foot of the hotel.Regarding communication, the place is well connected by bus.

We had stayed there for a week. good service by the hotel staff .hotel had a very good hospitality, many markets were there near the hotel and no problem with taxi and bus, it is located near the railway station, clean and hygienic rooms, comfortable stay😊

Have stayed in this hotel multiple times, first time being back in 2005. Compared to 2005 and now, it got a complete makeover both inside and outside. The hotel service is pretty good for being that old and the rooms are okay for the price.

Located at Sealdah. So an easy option for travellers to stay. Adjacent to road and hence easy to locate. No restaurant in the hotel but enough food stalls are available around the corner. The staff bring food on request from the nearby shops. Reasonable tariff. Lift available. Staff is good.

This is not 1 rating but -1. The reason behind this is-1- we have booked n given advance 3 months before. Still when we have entered our room was occupied. They told us that it might have vacant after 9 am. No guarantee sir.2- though we have told them yesterday that out train would be arriving at 5-6 am but when we reached there, the gates were closed n everyone is sleeping.3- after we have awaken sleeping beauties, they were more interested in their bed rolls than attending us. How nice!4- then they have given us the good news about our room. N when we asked the reason behind it they have ARGUED N MISBEHAVED with us. They said “given advance does not mean that your room will be vacant when you are arriving, it just mean whenever it will be vacant u will get the room.”5- then they have offered a single room meanwhile. That again was not clean. Manager asked for the waiter sushantu to clean it. But the chap was sleeping n said won’t be up before 7 am.6- dirty lobby, slums at its footpath, termite laden furniture, no geyser, whatelse you need.7- they have bullied n misbehaved with my senior citizen parents. They are in hospitality business but THEY DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF THE WORD “HOSPITALITY”.

Highly expensive room, bed sheet pillow covers were not clean, kitchen number is provided but theres no one to receive, staffs were quite rude. And most important thing Wash room is too small, a person cannot even take bath properly.. cleaning of room was done only after saying them they themselves didnt took any initiative to clean up regularly along with changing clean bed sheets and covers..

Nice hotel .....

I visited this hotel 3 times till today but this time a big incidence occur.. Some of staff do such things that we feel that we are not safe there... Me and my wife were given a room. But at night when we are sleeping some of there staff was trying to look after us Secretly.. Unfortunately we didnt caught him red handed. He was manged to run away...So for couples it might not safe... Please be sure to choose that hotel...Room quality also not good at all...

Im staying in the hotel more then 30 time. Its good but they need to change the television sets in each room. Those are very small in size and we seen only bangla channels in this. But the manager Mr. Prasenjit saha is very nice person.

Terrible behaviour, accommodation and services. No one even try to tread in here. They are not secured and totally unsafe. No room cleaning or changing bed or pillow cover. No toilet soap, shampoo, brush or tissue. Mind your family security.

Location is near sealdah station, opposite of purbo cinema hall. Rooms were good but we faced problem with shower and flush in the bathroom. Room Charges are a bit higher if I compare with others.I would like to advice to get food urself not to order to its stuffs as they charge at much higher rate. Over all its ok.
