In the extreme western side of this town river Ganges (Bhageerathee) flows to the south. Lots of old temples are there. River banks are the most beautiful spots to spend spare times. It have a municipality which is more than one hundred years old. Rabindranath Tagore, the great poet also stayed for few days here to get himself recovered from a illness. This station is too busy and at the office time trains are packed up and this station provides clean toilet, fresh water. Station is totally shaded and ticket counter is always crowded. Frequently train available here...

A good railway station with well modified connectivity options. In peak time or office hours trains are literally seen to be packed up in this station. Bad things are that some galloping trains do not stop here. Otherwise fully shaded and with toilet and drinking water facility. The ticket counter is crowded most of the time. The B.T. road is very near to it.

Khardha very clean area, In khardha I like Surya Sen Durga Mandir near Khardha Station very nice.

It is small station situated between Titagarh & Sodpur Railway Station. This station is just 10 min walkable distance from B.T Road. Rahara Bazar is just beside the 4 No. Platform. Here people can get Toto, Rikshaw, for B.T Road and towards Rahara Bazar. Very conjested road for 4 wheelers.

Khardaha station .This station is not too far from BT Road .Station is clean and you can see lots of small shop around station.This station has an over bridge for crossing rail line but nobody use the over Bridge.Everybody cross the rail line by walking which is not safety.Rahara Ramkrishna Mission is 1km from the station.You can see Khardaha station market near of the station.

Khardha is a regular basis station in the main line . It is not a junction but most of the trains stop here except the long distance trains at a particular time . It has four platforms from them 1&3 are up and 2& 4 are down train . The worse thing about this place is the position of the railway over bridge . It stands at the end of the platform for that most of the people cross by walking on track . The ticket counter is situated at the end of platform no 1 which is quite efficient . It can support UTS , counters and along with machines.

Station is little bit busy but calm and clean always, i think one of the most developed station of Sealdah route, a rooftop from beginning to end of the station which you cant see even on naihati station.

Platforms is good...but twashrooms(female washroom) in platform no 1 is very very very dirty also has broken door....told them again and again...but no improvement.

Neat and clean platforms with plenty of available seats. There are number of trees too . The announcements of approaching trains are given properly.

Went to Khardah after a couple of decades. Cannot recognise the Khardah 2.0 ver. It has improved for good. But the road conditions Worsened with pot holes and kaccha sadak.

This is famous place for present of Ramkrishna mission, the only better way to go mission to stop the Khardaha station then go. The station surrounding is not so bad,in the platform no 1 there are so many fruits (this are only season fruits like apples,mango,banana,litchi,etc.) shops are present. One more thing there are so many lassi stalls (like pora aum sarboth).

This stations railway platform is clean but the mens toilets and the girls washrooms are very dirty. Most of the girls washroom doors are broken. This matter repeatedly appealed to the railway authorities but to no avail.

It is really a great feel to visit the school where I spent my 12 years of school days. Still the smell is same old , just loved it. The roads are now much cleaner, bigger.

The heart of khardah. Mostly very crowded all day long. Two ticket booking section with 4/6 counter and with e-ticket machine. All most every local train stop here except some galloping train

The announcement system is good. Life saver in fact. It has 4 platforms catering to both up and down trains. Busy market surrounds this railway station. People use railway lines to cross the road which may be very dangerous. It has one public toilet which lacks proper sanitation. Could have been better.

It is very dirty station. A very very dirty station. The platforms are low. It is a huge problem for old people. A smell is always coming out. There is no proper maintenance of the station. Overall i think that 2 star is more than what it deserves. It is a very bad station.

The railway station has ample seating arrangements and roof for protection in bad weathers. But the approach roads towards the station is very congested with traffic. The toilet and drinking water facilities are well enough. The ticket counters are few and most of the ETVM are not working properly.

Khardah railway station is my hometown my home is 5 minutes away from the railway station everyday I go to my college by taking a train from the railway station and railway station is a bit nostalgic from me the crowds which I see while boarding the train is really huge this motivate me for my upcoming events for my life it tells that you have to Grab the opportunity to get into the train otherwise everyone else will force you to to call you back and they will try to not allow you to enter a friend but you have to do your best with all your efforts so that you can get into the trains and reach the destination so its very bad if there is no crowd in the railway station that day is like yes its very easy and who like easy life

Small town

This station has 4 platforms. This has only a single bridge for connecting of those platforms. But at the end of platform pouple usually use lines for crossing that may be very dangerous. This station has only one toilet. For waiting passengers it has lakes of sits. As it a small station thus those problems are usually present but most Important thing that here announcement process is very good.

Khardah is a developing town. The railway station is now much better than it was 10 yrs ago. With extended platforms the station looks much wider. There is less encroachment by vendors on the station space as in other stations.

Good and safe. Markets are very near. The over bridge does not work. Peddlers should be very aware while crossing.

Station is clean.. The premises is for healthy living. Station surrounding areas are not so conjusted.. There are each kind of shops..Announcing system is quite good.. Lights and fans are there for comfort of passengers.

I live in this place. Accommodation and food prices are very good and cheap. Best place for college students as well as working persons. Transportation and communication always available. Finding Cheap food is very easy here. The famous Rahara Ramkrishna Mission is located near this station.

Its a station on Sealdah Main section after Sodepur. No galloping train stops here. Platform cleanliness is good. Pay & Use Toilet is available on platform no. 2 and most importantly there is a different toilet for physically challenged persons.

Probably the most important station due VC college, Ramkrishna Mission, and VC college... Need more attention from Government. Need a flyover and this will never happen due to multiple issues.

A beautiful railway station in eastern railway India . Clear & clean station . Im giving 4 stars because of the over foot bridge to cross the railway tracks which is use less and at the end of platform . It have to be at the middle .

This station is located at the middle of Sodepur & Titagarh. Max local trains are halting on this station but every types of galloping trains are not halting on this. Near by BT ROAD. Rahara mission is near by this railway station. There have 4 plartforms & one foot bridge & this condition is so poor.

Very important and busy station on the Sealdah main line catering to the thick density of population on the either side of the railway track. The station is clean and have toilet for specially abled people also. But there is one mens toilet which requires no fees. It stinks, and authorities should look into it.

Idk this is a normal 4 platform railway station. But I love this place. Even the crazy old lady, who lives in the northern corner of platform no. 4 is kinda a friend of mine.The only thing I hate about this station is the person who announces at the loud speakers, she clearly cant even speak.

It is one of the major stations on the Sealdah main route. If you are travelling from Sealdah towards Krishnanagar, Ranaghat or Gede or vice versa, you should pass this station.The station area is quite clean and there are 4 different platforms, 2 of which are used for Up trains and the other 2 for down trains. However, exceptions of this can be made.

This is a small station of sealdah north zone. There are four platform in the kharaya station. Sealdah to barrackpore,naihati, kalyani simanta, ranaghat, santipurno, krisnanagar, gede etc. Locals and galopins are passing from here.

Both toilets in khardah station are insanely dirty. Smells horrible all the time. You will see broken bended fans hanging. There should be subway or flyover in the middle of platforms

Most train are through...A Year back complains had been launched regarding wrong announcement of through trains. Accidents happen quiet often. Reminiscences of old infrastructure lies at platform no 2 cum 3. Should be improved.

Now a days khrdah is a very developed town .the main cause behind it is RAHARA RAMKRISHNA MISSION BOYS HOME. Many tourists and pilgrims come here and overaall many students with their family come here to study in the mission.as a result many footfalling happens here and it helps to grow up the business market of khardah. Brilliant teachers provide private tutions here in various subjects.one college v.c college of ramkrishna mission also exist here...a famous girls school bhabanath institution also exist here.Special remark:District library.

Number of Ticket counters is inadequate. Private franchisee counters are making good income at the expense of the passengers, charging a minimum of Rs.2 per passenger per ticket above the normal fare.

Too much crowded, no proper way to cross the railway line and everyone has go over the railway track, which is not safe at all.need proper maintenance.

Need to come here once a week😅...its easy to go from one platform to another without climbing stairs of overbrigde if u use the railway crossing....although the washrooms are very unhygienic and its better if u dont use it....
