Worst experience ever!!! First of all the behaviour of the room boys were not good. They were more interested to check who were inside the room and what were they doing. The services were super delay . Furniture were not good. The bed was super noisy .

The hotel is located near the Deshapriya Park & its a new constructed hotel. Most of the part of hotel is under construction & not a good hotel. You can say average type hotel. If you plan to enjoy whole night Durga Puja then Itll be the best place to stay & enjoy the puja vibes. Its too close to Deshapriya Park Durga Pandel. Inside the hotel room Its not worthy what they ask for a single day stay. Room is too small & not hygienic. You can expect king size bed, tea table but no tea maker, average wardrobe, led tv but all channels are not available, no dressing table but you will be provided toothpaste & toothbrush, soap, moisturizer, sanitizer & complementary breakfast. The food quality is good. Receptionist is a professional one but the room services is pathetic. No professional room services are there. Overall if you really wanna to stay near Deshapriya Park then must go for booking but if you have no such restrictions then choose other.

Executive rooms are spacious with all amenities. Staffs were very helping. With 24 hour services. They were available around late 2 am also. Breakfast was good, need to extend with Juice n extra items. Location is also good. Walkable distance from Kalighat mandir. Located in well locatlites. No noise problems. They are improving their facilites as its finishing their touch. Need to improve in providing Coffee at bed site, Sugar free sachet, Toilet roll like small small items. Stay was very comfortable and enjoyed their courtesy.Thank You.

The Staffs are good and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. At present Kitchen is operating. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is available now. No outside food will be allowed.

The overall experience was really good. Well decorated and maintained rooms with really friendly staffs. The food served was good but the same needs to be improved. Only minor issue we had during our stay was with the AC. Little amount of water was spilling out of the AC on some ocassions. Would request the hotel management to take care of this issue , otherwise everyting was perfect.

Nice stay. Nice location. Food is also available. I will recommend my family peoples and friends for this place. BTW, easily reachable also from any corner. Google map will help you to find the place easily.

It was a nice and decent stay. The rooms and toilets are neat,clean and wellgroomed. The staff and room service are all nice. The only thing that was missing is the TV channels. Only Doordarshan was available. Otherwise every thing was excellent.

We feel betrayed after the stay. We are very disappointed. Furthermore, the booking was non-refundable so we were bound to stay for the second night. There is a N number of issues with the hotel. There was a leakage in ac water, the bathroom was dirty at initial check-in, no wifi, no tea bags and coffee sachet, horrible food, continuous disturbance due to drilling sound, terrible experience due to worst quality service and the list goes on. To add more the food was cold and the roti was hard. The potato fries were raw. Third class sabzi. Though I raised this concern in my previous complaint I dont know why it was neglected. We paid 100% food bill and no discount was offered by hotel on account of serving the lowest standard food. As mentioned in the confirmation mai I was supposed to get 20% discount on first-night food bill if there are quality issues. We asked the hotel for the food bill but they have not given the bill. A normal ₹1000 hotel gives better service than this.
