I stayed here in the month of Jan 2019. It was my first visit to Kolkata. Its claimed to be a 3 star property. Staff were really good, they even guided us on how to choose the places to visit nearby as it was a short family trip and we didnt have much time. Food was good. Housekeeping service was decent. Over all a good stay 👍🏻

Rooms are very small. Housekeeping needs to be a bit more responsive. Restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Location is superb. Very good for overnight stay, if one doesnt mind the small rooms.

It works. The hotel has a good location, spacious rooms and satisfactory ambience.But, their staff seems to be severely lacking. The room service sleeps from 10 p.m. to 2 p.m. and the receptionist wants us to find the Ladka Log and talk to them if you want some water bottles to be sent to the room or give clothes for laundry.If they improve their service, these would be a fun place to stay at.

Service was good cheeking was smooth. House keeping was excellent. I do not have food and drink there. So no comment on that. Location was pretty good situated in the mid of the city. Amenities was also good. The best thing about the hotel was its and location and services. Hotel was very neat and clean. No issue regarding any thing.

Hotel Victerrace is a nice place to stay in affordable rates in the heart of the city of joy Kolkata. Room service is very prompt. Room and bathroom are very clean and hygienic. All type of payment facilities are available and reception staff are also very fast, professional and very friendly in nature. It was a nice one day stay. Hope to visit again in my next visit to Kolkata.

This hotel is on a side street and not noticeable from main road. The rooms have lot of cockroaches. I stayed at this place alongwith a friend for one night. We had to change rooms 3 times when we discovered cockroaches in the room. They were is large numbers - big, small and tiny one. The rooms are not value for money. The towels looked a little dirty even though they seemed to be washed. Room service was attentive to request for water and change of room. The pest control person came when asked for.The reception person did not give GST invoice though it was mentioned in the booking voucher that the hotelier will provide GST invoice if asked for in case of business. The booking was done as business trip but they provided only money receipt with their GST no. mentioned in the cash/cheque column. The accountant at reception was very argumentative.

Bathroom doors all in shatters........all electrical wiring.......hanging from the walls.......... dilapidated AC vents.......non working geysers........no water in jugs.......... towels provided only.on special requests.........scary insects crawling in the bathroom on dirty blackened tiles ! Had to stay as my get had booked without my knowledge. One star given only for the central location of park Street ! They deserve to shut down and their license as a hotel needs to be cancelled with immediate effect !! Pathetic experience.........will definitely not repeat this hotel ever...... highly avoidable !

The service is very bad. The wifi does not work. The room 106 was stinking and the overall experience was not pleasant at all.

Please avoid this hotel. Over priced, small rooms, lacking to provide basic facilities. Hotel staffs always quarreling among themselves. Couldnt even provide a towel. There are much better options nearby in much less cost.

We booked a room in this hotel. We got a small room which should worth a price of less than 1000 rupees. All furnitures in this hotel are broken and really in a bad condition.The room service is very poor. No complimentary water is given with the room booking and they can only provide RO water. During the stay at the evening we suddenly got an attack by insects or flies.The flies suddenly entered within the room hundreds in numbers. After repeated calling one stuff came to respond. We became so panicked that we left the hotel immediately. Though the hotel location is good but the experience of staying one evening in this hotel is a nightmare for us.

Silence place and behaviour is very good

This hotel is probably the worst i ever experienced. There are cockroaches in the room. It takes 30 mins to figure out the taps in the washroom cuz they are way too medieval. And the most sarcastically funniest feature of their delux room is that there are interconnecting doors between the rooms through which you can hear the conversation and music going on in the other room.. in short indirect invasion of privacy... when you go to file a complaint in the reception, you will hear the most lame excuses.. interconnecting doors cuz some families prefer that.. god forbid anyone to stay there.. and please dont go through goibibo as the payment is non refundable and u r bound to stay in the worst of hygienic conditions.

I asked over phone two times to the hotel management that Ive already booked for 25th(check.in)-27th (chek out), but my check-in time is 10 PM on 25th & check-out time is 8PM on 26th. So is it okey or will it be 25-26th? They said two times the same yes 25-26th. So I re-scheduled accordingly. But at hotel they asked me leave on 26th by 12 noon, and as I was out, they kept my luggage at clock room. When I returned at evening, they didnt agree about their suggestion, rather accused me. However they provided me a refresh room for the time being.

Worst👎....We booked the deluxe room with breakfast inclusive....Keep in mind they will give you only 1 item and charge for the others in breakfast.... Cleanliness is poor....Food is bad.... Staff is rude. Not recommended at all.

Pros- 1) located at the centre of noida all. Shopping complex , Victoria memorial , Eden garden very near to this hotel2) Hotel reception are very cooperative and nice.3) Food option is limited but testy and little bit cheap as compare to the hotel near by it.Cons- 1) don’t go for standard room size is vey compact.2) deluxe room is okay okay type and also smelly.3) No coffee machine , tv is very small but bathroom is big.4) all the waiters are very cheap and greedy always saw towards you for money for every single services 5) when you check out more then 1 bell boy and gate keeper will come to see off you and will stick to you unless and until you give them tip which is very cheapy.

An average hotel, with decent location . Reasonable place for stay in Calcutta especially considering the central location.Pros:The room service and cleaning staff seems to be persistent with service requests as they would get tips. Location is very good. They will arrange local cabs for city tour in 1200/1500 on 8/10 hour basis. Cons:Small room(go for superdeluxe room) They are charging 1 liter water bottle around Rs40 which you will get at Rs15 just outside hotel. Food rates are high compare to hotel standard.They are charging for two cup tea around 60rs and for coffe around 72rs.Though quanity wise one cup is enough for two,so while ordering you should order for one .

The only plus point of this hotel is its excellent location. Apart from that, other things are normal. And the worst part are the rooms. The standard rooms are rather like cabins or coteries. If you get into a standard room, you dash against the bed. And if you get down from the bed, you automatically come out of the door.

I dont even feel like giving even 1 star as they have no respect for any of the customers and provide broken bed and expect people to sleep on them. The person named Vijay Sharma is a very very rude person and does not have any sense of humanity. I have been highly disappointed with the service and do not recommend any one to stay. It is definitely not preffered for family and when you have your parents with you.

Really bad service. I dont know why people give 5 stars. It could be fake reviews. Hotel is not clean, bad way of treating customers. Absolutely absurd. I thought of staying 3 days, but after one day, I have checked out. Even at the time of checkout, these guys are so irritating.

The hotel rooms are small and not well maintained. Effort is made by housekeeping to keep it clean but perhaps the biggest issue is that the kitchen staff do not know the meaning of courtesy. I doubt I will be ready to stay here again. Its the only place in almost 9 years of traveling in India that I feel reluctant to stay again.

The only pros of the Hotel Victerrace are its location and the cheap budget price. It (may be) ok for visitors that want to spend 1-3 days in Kolkata, near to the city center and/or do some business. I stayed there for two weeks in an extremely small room, my window was facing a garbage pit, which made me think twice before opening the window to get some air. Room was small and the closet could not even fit the clothes I had. Bed sheets were all pretty old and worn out and with many holes. Bathroom should be greatly improved, the wooden door was rotten at the bottom and the wall was full of mold in some parts. Not to mention the wifi connection, which on the 3rd floor did not work half of the days that I was there, and when it did it was extremely slow. The second star I give is solely because of the helpful and friendly staff of the hotel that responded to all my requests immediately and helped me with some tips everytime I asked.

Very low quality hotel. Staffs are ok though. Rooms were dirty. I asked them to change the room they refused first and I wished to book room in another hotel. I was given a room to stay in which was at its worst conditions. Oldest AC with no digital screen and remote controlled, stopped working within 2 hrs. Of stay then told that no rooms very vaccant. After shouting at reception by my dad provided a new room with same AC PROBLEMS, swings broken, socket board hanging in bathroom and rusted shower. Worst stay ever. Worst experience....

Had a good experience but the room which i got was not as per my expectation as i booked the room for the double occupancy but the room which i got was of single occupancy, which was small, as the entire area of the room was under the stairs...but i dont have a complaints to this as what i wanted i got over there....rest everything was fine..service quality and food everything was fine..location was also convenient...wants to rate 3.5 out of 5 ...hotel is good for a middle business class people And for the individuals...

I was ill informed by the IBIBO website that the room booked by me was for three persons as seen in the photograph of the room. The hotel staff initially refused entry stating that the room booked by me was only for a single or maximum of two persons and therefore cannot be accomodated for three persons inspite of my booking for three persons and payment of extra charge. I was also told by the hotel staff that this matter was already informed to the IBIBO. However the hotel staff after constant pursuance had agreed to stay in the small room where we had to squeeze in and had horrible stay in the hotel. This was a pretty bad and horrible experience as such I may think twice before booking a room from IBIBO website in my future trips.

One of worst hotel in kolkata... lots of mosquitoes r der. Ac not working properly.. There is no proper charging socket.. All wirings came out of socket. After check in, hotel people are repairing sockets..
