Worst hotel. Akdom bajay,very dirty and everything is broken. Most faltu Hotel. Bed and Pillow are soo dirty and not clean.

The food was decent, ac worked properly and the bedsheet was clean, Everything else was really bad. Close to the AirportI ordered food and even after repeated reminders they served us 2 hours later. Even it took them half an hour prepare a cup of tea. TV doesnt work, no remotes, less space for this price point. No where near to market or shop decent shops. Entry space is to short, front door not on main roadWhenever i book OYO hotel in normal budget, it turns out to be one of the worst experience.

Room is too small. Hotel is chain hotel of OYO, but the fact not mentioned in Goibibo site. It has no restaurant but have a kitchen. Food provided on order to kitchen. Too much time takes to provide food. Food is very tasty but much higher in price. TV is not found working. After complaining, they took more than an hour to resolve the issue in terms of replacing TV set, Set Top Box etc, but the issue left remain unsolved. Room size is too small. Geyser not found working. Flush of toilet not found working properly. Fan is not working. Its automatically stops after a few minutes.At the time of check out, no one comes to room to carry the luggage. Picked up the luggage by our own capacity. No lift is there. The ladder is very congested. Wheel chair provision is impossible.

Please don’t even think about this hotel. selling a room for INR 1500 which is not eligible for even INR 500. And the support from the staff is very poor. Even though we are checking in (directly) they asked to checkout next day morning 11 am. Complimentary breakfast is horrible. Please please don’t try it even though you are forced to say at railway station or at airport lounges.

This is a budget hotel for individuals to stay for quick airport transfer. Even families can use this for very small duration transit stay. Services are good some time they delay. During my stay rooms were not cleaned but when I told them they do the prompt cleaning. Change the blanket and bedsits. Small toiletries were also provided, but its preferable to carry yours. Towels were nearly clean.Though it looks airport is very near but you need auto or taxi its not walkable. And after 11pm night airport shortcut gate closes so further 1.5km added to it. Normal taxi shouldnt charge you more than 180 INR.Manager and Staff behaviour was good and respectful.

Its amazing location near by dumdum airport. We Stay three nights here.all staff is very well. food also very good. Specially reception staff very nice and helpful. I hope we will coming soon again for stay here.

Standard living hotel.

The rooms are biiig and clean really a good experience at hotel air view ,,,the staff are very cooperative they can provided medicine for my kid.... such like a my permanent stay every time at hotel air view....

I had great experience staying in Hotel Air View. Everything were fabulous. Specially Hotel Manager Mr. Saptershee took great care during my stay in hotel. My special thanks to rest of the staffs for their hospitality. I hope to visit again.

Its located on the main road. I had a wonderful stay here . to be mentioned is there service and attitude . I had my flight @8 and had to leave by 6.30. They served me breakfast with coffee @6.30 in my room which many hotels deny doing . Nice rooms not so spacious . clean washroom and linen . mineral water was provided . Bed is a bit on the harder side. its not a spring bed. but overall this hotel is worth booking if u wanna stay near airport. airport in a cab is 10 mins and usually costs less than 100

Good budget hotel in Dum dum area, walkable distance from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata. Rooms are small but descent. Cleanliness could be better especially bed and linens. Staff is helpful and Cooperative. Recommended for all travel group looking for stay near Airport.

Hotel staffs were polite, food was palatable, near to airport but welcome drink should be there. Bathroom should b more neat nd tidy. Television should be in front of bed it was on one side. But overall good experience thank u air view and team thanks alot.

Its an excellent place to stay if you consider your money. ac room. decorated wall. tv. fan. Queen bed. good mattress. i think you can stay here if you want to spend less.

Its good that its is near to airport.But it was pretty horrible experience as I was stayed on the top floor roadside room, as all the night the noise of Road and vibration of hotel didnt let me sleep, (As I reached to hotel at 2AM and needed a good sleep yo start work from morning).Linens were needed to get change, because pillow cover was stinky and quilt was spotty. Other than packaged water, the bottle provided was very old bottle even having different cap, (surely used multiple times).In breakfast you have only 2 choices either Bread-butter and Tea or corn-flacks & Tea.

I can feel the shaking bed due to weak construction and heavy traffic just outside.Ambulance siren sound coming all the time.the room was good and the location is also nearer to airport. +PROSroom was good WiFi is pretty much faster-CONSlow water pressuresmall room sizecostly kitchenvery tight handle bar of the shower.big noise coming from the ac.if you got this hotel for ... then go for it .

Very reasonable and good especially AC rooms. Staff are very helpful. Specially Saptarishi Maiti.

Rooms are too small to roam around. anyone will come & knock at ur door anytime..& finally when u ll open the door u ll find none.. When I was checking out I asked the manager about this.. He said thats the way how they check if a room is occupied or not.. I mean seriously???Too disappointed

We have stayed here 4 and 5.11.2019. narrow path way and steps. Rooms are good and Clean.

Our room no. Was 204. Very small room. Toilet was not proper clean. Landphone not working. Food quality was not good. Water from AC droping on bed. A very noisy area.

Its was nice stay. out flight was 3 hrs delay so we reached at 2 am. so things was that manager was very helpful in nature. we had early train from Howrah so we leave hotel early in the morning.

Nice hotel with all facilities; food is delicious. Its proximity to terminal 2 of Kolkata airport enable one to go by walk. Booking through goibibo is easy and good hotels are available.

They dont have any tie up with Any omline bookings , so if u have already paid then be ready for refund , u have to pay again.Food quality is not good and bathrooms were not hygenic.

We booked this hotels room on Goibibo, and for the price it was very good, its near airport so theres no connectivity problem, there are buses from the nearby road to Dumdum metro station.

First of all, they denied us to check after requesting for 5 mins they allowed us to check in. Second problem is the bathroom drainage has problem and also very bad smell is coming from bathroom. We told about this problem to manager, they also know the problem is there. They told it will take time to fix the bathroom problem, but the problem is not fixed later. 3rd is bedsheet is little bit dirty. The most big problem is there is no drinking water facility..!!! Every time we have to buy drinking water bottle from the hotel. The MRP is Rs.20 but they charged Rs.30 from us for every bottle. Drinking water should be the minimum amenity of a hotel. One more thing is the reception guy has lots of attitude. At morning 9am also he is sleeping in the reception. We called him 10 times then he wakes up...!!! Hotel staffs are also bad..!! They are not well trained. They dont have the courtesious behavior. Worst experience ever...!!!

Sorry...but I did not like this hotel! Although they did make an effort to resolve an issue raised by me and changed my room, but it was extremely noisy and I could not sleep the entire night. Pillow covers were stained, bookmarks on chair, smelling washroom, no drinking water in the room, layer of dust on wooden furniture....in a nutshell....NOT AT ALL GOOD! They provided me tea in the room and the cup was so unclean that I was looking for a place on the cup to lift it. I had booked it for two nights but checked out after one night due to so many unfavorable conditions!

Overall satisfactory experience . To reach reception there is no side support. Bed is in general clean. Inside room one can hear sound of traffic that could disturb night sleep. Though hotel is very near to the airport but hotel is not cooperative in arranging transport up to airport. Hotel does not provide shuttle service from hotel to airport. Documentation work looks little time consuming before entering the room.

A good place within budget...guys should improve the quality of vaccumness for the rooms, as currently u can easily listen to what others are talking in the other room.also in night u will feel disturbed by the road vehicles noise.
