Accomodation was really good in terms of cleanliness, environment is friendly and the staff was really helpful and courteous. The impressive part is the staying cost and trust me you will not get this much facilities at this price.Great job bubble beds.👍

It is a good place for a solo traveller . Clean , Safe , comfortable . As it is a dormitory set up you should expect in that way . They Provide complimentary breakfast also . They have huge common room at top floor with TV and dining set up . A perfect place for a hosteler .

As the name says,its a backpackers hostel.so staying one or two nights is perfectly ok.its a budget friendly accommodation for those who are traveling alone or with a few friends.manager is customer friendly.wonderful common area is available on the rooftop to relax a bit.but you will have to adjust a little bit to use the bathroom as you are sharing it with almost ten people.or you may use the bathroom on the rooftop.

I had such a good time here in January 2021. All the covid measures were strictly followed. I and my friend had a very comfortable stay here. We faced no issues. It is very safe and the atmosphere here is friendly. And the fare was totally worth it.

I reached the premises on 2nd Dec at around 7:30 in the morning. The due formalities was done by a rather inhospitable manager (I realised later his tone was in itself unfriendly), was adored by him to wait at the common room as the bed would be coached by House keeping and I would be allotted a bed before 12 noon. I kept waiting, as I needed to go out, agree about two hours I enquired if I can be given a bed, he said the house keeping hadnt arrived it (it was 10 am), and asked me to wait. Going to the common room I called the owner (with whom I had spoken before booking the place, who had also sounded quite unfriendly). He told be over the phone that I will have to wait, and can freshen up at the common room if I was in a hurry, quite a inhospitable way. As soon as we were done talking, the manager calls me up and says I told you I will give you a bed and then you called the owner, I said I need to go out therefore need to settle my luggage. He said I can pre-checkin by paying half the price of the bed, I said not required, and waited. Finally after waiting for close to 5 hours I was shown my bed, with much reluctance I went to freshen up, switched on the geyser but no hot water, took bath with cold water and went off for work. All in all the worst hostel that I ever put up at and I have had the opportunity of travelling extensively in India and staying at close to 23 hostel across the length and breath of the county. The place is situated nearby to kalighat metro in walking distance. Breakfast is good, wifi is available.The staff behavior is nice and it have good rooftop area that is for common use. The affordable single room I chose is little small and not comfortable but it gets sanitized prior to check-in. I would request the hostel owner to kindly remove this room from offering.

They provide clean kitchen where whatever you want to make like coffee, shoop,etc. On tarries bubble beds provide common area with TV and sofa if you coming in group this common area is best for nightgames and nighttalksEverything is very good . try to visit again.

Great place to stay. Host is very helpful. They provide very healthy breakfast and it varies each day. Rooms are comfy. Spent most of my time on terrace which is common area to watch TV , play board games or you can just grab book from their shelves.They have kept it elegant and modern. Paid laundry service is available.

Bubble beds is not a well place because here some of the staff members behaviour is very bad and they enter directly in females dormatory without knocking any time. secondly they have no humanity being a old guest and girls we came their 12.50 pm but just before 5 minutes they not allowed us to enter in room. No manner of talking of them with guests. People stay their only due to location. moreover they said daily cleaness but three days we have seen no cleaner came. when said to owner he replied cleaner is not available now. Despite taking money they have care of any other respect...When I said check out even the owner also do badly behaved. the staff speak in rough language with guests even with me being girls. not allow me to use washroom Even before check in time 5 minutes left. other hostels,hostels staff,, owner never behaved such.... I suggest please never go in such a place where we have given our money and rough people talk with mannerless voice.. I think the owner who never stay in hostel regular only coming 2 days in week should teach manner to his staff members and gv respect to guests even girls also. without owner control no one can do any. and people stay due to their forceness because the location is ok.but mostly who visited here never stayed here. I know 100+ who visited this and now they living other places. My experience for this hostel is worsetest. I suggest nobody visit this place. I review this so that others not suffer. here owner is very money mind and except Money he has no care of any. the more bad behaviour is of staff members also.

Finally Ive got a hostel in kolkata which ticks almost all the facilities of being called a decent boho vibe hostel. Washrooms are well equipped with toiletries. The common lounge is the best place for socializing. I have some good acquaintances while staying there. The party mode is always there. They provide good breakfast. The hostel is just around metro gate no. 8. I just love being in this hostel for 5 days.

Stay was nice, Free wifi was a plus along with breakfast, 24hrs hot water is what I liked, which is missing in other places. There is a good collection of books and everything is at walking distance, food, restaurants, post office, atm, medical stores. Overall V.good stay.

I liked the hostel, its clean and you get hot/cold water according to the season. The rooms are a bit small but are good for winters. I dont know how they are in the kolkata heat and moisture. The one who takes up the calls is really is nice guy, he talks politely and offer rooms as per convenience. The one at the reception is a bit less friendly (as far as I saw) Lastly its a comfortable stay and the complimentary breakfast is good.

Bubble Beds is one of the best hostel I have ever visited across Kolkata, or I can say In India also. Being a traveler I have been staying in different hostels across the country since long, but my experience in Bubble Beds Is best in many ways.First the hospitality of the owner and the supporting staff is excellent, all the room has enough space, and the most important thing is there is enough space for natural air and sun light. It has a beautiful common area in the roof top along with library, TV and indoor sports. CC TV camera is available everywhere for best security. And most importantly it Has a. Great connectivity with metro and other transport.. a must visit place for every bagpacker.

The location of the Hostel is quite nice, around one minute away from the Metrostation Kalighat. The staff is mostly frindly but sometimes a litte bit raff. The Wifi is good enought to send messages and surf around in the www. In my oppinion the mattress is a litte bit thin. Overall i would recomend this hostel if you want to stay in Kolkata for cheap.

Our stay at the Bubble Beds hostel was better than we could have asked for. The hosts were very helpful. Thee ambience, rooms were always clean and well maintained. The location is excellent and has a metro station very close by, making it easy to get around. Will recommend to anyone and everyone and would most certainly stay here again.

One of them is also my would business partner. The best in the city and one of the best backpacker hostels in India. And I have been to many of them. From the best of Zostel ie Mumbai one to Moustache, Jaipur to Ok horn please.Ofcourse theres some catching up to do( it is an honest review) but the owner takes suggestions to mind and works on improvement all the time. So I m sure next tym I m here, it will make the list of every reviewers the top hostels in India.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bubble beds. I arrived very late at night without a booking and was welcomed with a bed. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. there is complementary breakfast and fast wifi. The owner Sankho is supper helpful and nice to have a chat with over a chai. I would recommend bubble beds for any traveller looking for a good atmosphere and relaxing stay in Kolkata.

This is very unique. its a beautiful place if you are staying alone. you can cook in the kitchen. You can store your items in the fridge. if you are a student print scan option is also there. but if you visit the place with your family it will be a bit difficult as the bathroom is common and you have to come out of your room if you want to go to the bathroom.the staff is good but can be better and best with little bit of compassion.
