Seemed like a very popular place to stay in a prominent area in Kolkata. Place seemed full of tourists, rooms were pretty decent and clean. It has a restaurant. The staff and security were friendly and nice.

Its more or less like a three star hotel. I was okay with my stay as it was a family function. I wouldnt choose it if I have to pay for it.It has 30-35 fully ac rooms with well equipped furnishings and modern bath cum wash room. However theres no gym or pool. Theres a roof top fully ac space which is okay for 25-35 people gatherings.50% of the staffs are well mannered specially the front desk attendant (mr.) and the securities. Other 50% arent rude but not courteous as they should be.

I stayed there during the recent downpour in the city when the city got flooded. City of Joy, you guessed it right. Casa Broadway was hospitable and nice for a budget hotel. The parking is tricky though because they keep your car keys to accommodate the VIP vehicles who keep coming here for midday breaks and night stays with women escorts. Go women empowerment!!

Absolute zero value for money hotel. Breakfast is similar to one fed to a hungry begger. In fruits all they give is a banana. If you as a guest wish to have respect, kindly avoid booking this hotel as many better options available in kolkatta

The stay was very nice and comfortable.Though the rates were quite high,all other facilities were well provided!The rooms well equipped!!And the food again tho were of quite high rated were good to taste...Overall,It was a happy stay here :)

Not at all a value for money hotel. No words of the management kept by staff. All the have is excuses and apologies but will charge you full. Breakfast has no choices and quantity similar to giving alms to a begger.

Nicely located at Keyatala Lane, near Golpark Ramkrishna Mission, Casa Broadway is 6 storied Mid level hotel with a 50 seater Banquet at the 5th floor and a 20 seater conference hall at the ground floor. Ensuring an adequate hygienic level, this hotel serves decent food with warm hospitality. The service boys are good and amicable. And is always ready to help you out.

Stayed at the Casa Broadway hotel along with family during the last week of February 2021. The Casa Broadway is a small boutique hotel in Golpark, Calcutta. The rooms we were alloted were basic but neat. We were arriving late in the night hence we had requested for a meal (pre selected from their menu) to be kept warm for us. We arrived past 11.00 PM at night and as soon as we had checked in, the warmed dishes protected with cling film were brought to our room. The food was tasty and filling.The buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 till 10:00 AM in the morning. We felt that a little improvement in the number of dishes would add to the guests satisfaction. The food also to be kept warm through the duration of the breakfast. Since we were out on all days during our stay we were not able to have lunch or dinner in the hotel.The staff were very welcoming and attended to all our requirements. Wifi was available in the rooms.
