All the four stars are for the Ambience and interior decor of the hotel. The food was okay for a five star to serve...expected better service. No spoons and tissues/towels were served in spite of several requests. Upon taking out my own tissues from my handbag, the person serving pointed out that tissues were already there...I indeed felt out of place and wondered whether a waiter should talk to me like that...this was at Darjeeling Lounge...very wonderfully decorated, beautiful seating arrangements and decor. The service is horrendous and it seems its about time to revamp the men at work there.

A definition of luxury.. yes, if you want to experience it, this is the place to be. Superb ambiance and the mild aroma throughout the hotel is mesmerizing and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The place takes care of minimum physical contact in common areas, even the elevators are zoro contact. The hotel features all the amenities from rooms, banquets, conference rooms, gym, spa, swimming pool, kids area, restaurants, bars and even ample of parking space. The food is good with all the delicacies you can have and a wide range of drinks options, it has in room dining also available. Rooms are a bit cozy and you should check to upgrade if you are planning to accommodate more than 2 people in a room. Do checkout online offers for your booking to get a steal deal.

Needless to say ITC Sonar befits the term Sonar which means Golden. Sometimes we tell Sonar Bangla! Grand lobbies with beautifully maintained gardens all around sprawling across the entire property. Clean and well maintained areas with stringent measures taken for sanitization of areas to combat the current situation which is prevailing all around. The housekeeping department is prompt and always on their toes ready to serve for all! Great job! Thank you so much

It was a very beautiful stay. The view was great. All the staff were nice, specially the housekeeping guys. Housekeeping was the best service there. They were very quick and polite. And all the rooms were very neat and clean.

Extremely delighted with the memories I snapped. Anyone can have a gala time with the amenities presented there, hospitality they offers, alluring ambience and last but not the least is the food. They actually serves innumerable items, most importantly those are really sumptuous. It would be great if they offer at least one complimentary drink and add a few more items to the starter.

Its a good place to stay and have excellent hygiene and class.Have amazing offers for doctors and armed forces people.Only suggestion is the staff should be a bit more courteous and aware about hotel policies.

This is a great 5 star hotel and restaurant right by the EM Bypass. It has great ambiance and awesome food. It has great parking and very well behaved staff members. There is a buffet for dinner and a seperate cuisine options

Amazing event spent here , Mr.Abhik Ghosh was kind enough to talk through about the history of the property and the multiple art work all around and also have a brilliant walk through.Probably the top 5 of the finest properties I have visited..If you are in Bengal, this has to be on your top 5 things to do :)

The hotel was simply stunning, the location, the amenities, the decor, the service... We loved it. If there was something that didnt exceed our expectations, it was the buffet lunch. Some of the menu items could have been better in comparison. Our room was awesome and the hotel also gave us a free upgrade, so we were more than happy.

Really luxurious with its all types of Delicious foods from all corners in world. Great taste with fabulous interior & exterior design. Royal palace & its Royalty ITC Bengal always maintaining. Staffs behaviour is so professional & good. Also its affordable because the food items they keep in buffet really price worthy. Even they can arrange a complimentary cake for any occasion as your special request. Everything is available. So for me its good to go.

ITC never gives you to complaint regarding anything. Their packed up team is so much efficiently managed. I want to highlight Miss. Jayeta (pardon me for spelling error) at front desk/checkin area, she is so efficient and helped me a lot regarding my any queries. Even Chef and in room-dining department has never give me any chance to complaints. One thing I want to mention that check-in must more swift, seamless and time saving because it takes more than half an hour during rush hours. I must appreciate the lost and found team because I have lost my iPhone charger they put their maximum effort to found it out. I’m really pleased to their support.Quality of food is OK but standards can be more upgraded as I have experienced few dishes better in other Hotels. Portion given is sufficient to every person. Will visit ITC Royal Bengal soon, again waiting to experience your hospitality. Thanks

I came here to have buffet lunch at ITC royal Bengal. And it was a lovely experience I had in here. It has so many delicacies to offer. I love the desserts it has to offer. Also the property has pool and it’s beautiful.

We did not step out of the property as there was so much to do within. Beautiful place for photography. We captured some beautiful moments which will be cherished forever. It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Mall. Marina is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Bell staff was excellent - David made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed. Concierge service was excellent - Susan was very helpful in making several reservations for us. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay.

The ambience of this place is wonderful.This place provides space for multiple purpose ocassions from banquet to marriage hall and various other purposes.The banquet provides more than 30+ dishes for the main course keeping aside starter & desert.I wont discourage anyone but I myself found it too costly for a single to person to eat at such a high price,its not possible for anyone to eat so much to compensate the price.But still had a great experience.Besides all this the hospitality management, cleanliness, behaviour of the staff was very good.

The location was very good, close to the bus station and the old town, but just outside the busiest parts of the city. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the balcony and bathroom were nice, and everything functioned properly and was well organised. Breakfast was nice as well, with plenty of things to choose from. Most of all, the host was incredibly nice and helpful, had nice recommendations for everything, and even helped us make a tour we otherwise wouldnt have made in time. So for their enthusiasm and helpfulness alone, we would recommend this hotel to everyone travelling here

Half the menu isnt available. Hardly any TV channels. (English movies only star movies)Asking for water bottles from room service took an hour.Wont suggest it. Go next door to ITC sonar. Same menu but you can feel the difference.

The place is really well made .rooms are excellent and facilities good though I stayed only for overnight and had a early morning flight. In room dining service and staff at phone calls are pathetic ..any two / three star would be better. The staff service puts ITCs managements ineptitude. The room service does not pick or answer. They send beer bottles without opener. Food choice is sparse and when u say I am off dairy, and wont have paneer only keep suggesting Paneer. Rotis could not be broken with both hands and the second round of rotis came after 45 mins. One hardly picks up the phone for room service.... Hotel is good for stay but avail room service at your peril... Stayed in room 5323 and 5320

Food taste is not good,valet parking also not available and also very less employees jab me apni car le ke itc gaya tha mene apne car ki trunk khol diya tha taki wo luggage nikal le but waha koi tha hi nhi and waha ka guard was like rushing me to go the basement area and my whole car trunk was open until i had gone to basement area and from there i had to carry my luggage with my own very poor service

Everything was absolutely fine and stay was wonderful. I loved the efficiency of the team there. Moreover to say I enjoyed the breakfast with my family!!! Will definitely return back shortly!!!!

Hotel is very well sanitized as expected from ITC Royal.Rooms are spacious and well maintained.View from road facing room is just awesome.Only drawback was , I could not find any kids play area .Overall experience was good.We had opted for Lunch , Dinner and Breakfast buffet.90% of Lunch and Dinner spreads were same .Food was good but the live counter service needs lots of improvement , specially the chinese counter where stuffs are always busy either in mobile or taking to each other rather than serving people.

It is a quality hotel with top notch service quality. I loved the food and their rooms too. The banquet we had was huge but, I found JWs banquet much prettier. That being said, there is no reason for one to not opt for theirs.
