Hotel management and staff are very nice and courteous. Price per day is on higher side but overall its great location and a pleasant stay with my parents,in laws and family. Only vegetarian food available which is very good so that hygiene is maintained at the hotel rooms.

One of the most homely and comfortable stays in Kolkata. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the open terrace adds to the beautiful experience. The staff was kind enough to allow me check-out late than the usual time and even agreed to take care of the luggage as I had a late night flight and wanted to explore the city.Would highly recommend Rushabh Homes. Just awesome and i loved this home! Very good service, location is very lucrative. Food is much better than other homes. Chironjit Mollik, room service manager was very much cooperative. Walking distance of Park street, Russell street, Shakespeare soroni. Metro station is very near by.It takes only 5mins to reach Esplaned by Metro.

I stayed in the cottage single room, located on the terrace. Very nice and clean rooms. Barely 400m from the US Consulate building. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The food is averagely priced, taste is decent too. This hotel is definitely recommended, especially for people visiting Kolkata for US Visa purposes.

These room types have built on Terrace, which gives a fantastic open to sky area. Good to relax in evening on the coffee table.3. Rooms are very clean and staff is very courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Lalit, who was of great help, while checking in late night because of my flight timings.4. Good place to stay

The room and stay was good . However do book this only is u are sure to check out by 11.00am . Hotel staff is very adamant to make u checkout at 11.00am or else asked me to pay for next full day which confirms that there was no next booking done on that room. Even after I requested thrice that I would need to extend an hour and make checkout at 12.00 they said no which was rude. I have stayed in many hotels and everyone extends even 2 to 3 hours if the next booking is not there. This has to be flexible.

Had a good experience and able service at the late hours at the hotel even after the kitchen closed for the night on request made arrangements for some food so that I dont go to bed without food that is rare in my business trips in a hotel.As I need quick service when I am on a business tour because usually I have a busy schedule and less time to cover more business the efficiency of the hotel staff to serve its clients is more important that I found in the Hotel Rushabh home Kolkata

The rooms are one of the better ones at this price point and service is good and prompt plus the food is purely vegetarian, a important factor for a vegetarian like me, but the bathrooms are very average and the hotel doesnot have a restaurant or dining room so ull have to order the food in your room only.Over all a decent deal.

Hotel is in a building on 5 and 9th floor,i stayed in a cottage room situated on terrace of building, room is just amazing,Lloyd ac is perfect,i used it for only 30 mins and room was cold whole night, there is lot of open space outside room where u can sit in evening or morning and feel fresh breath ,location of hotel is also very central and approchable to all important destination s . recommend to all .
