Very bad no communication. once the customers in they grab them for their purpose. u know sales.they do not know this is like a pot.if some water goes then only some water can come. sales need training. i suugest that better u as a customer check 10 times before open a account and run these account. Later u can only say sorry to yourself.operations and sales are in opposite side directions.As i am AVP so corporate hr and admin plz restrict our culture within best suitables.Take care and save yourself
