Very poor service provided. Undercapacity... wait in teller for more than 1 hours. Branch head has no interest to head pay attention to your complaint.

Decent but greedy staff. I wanted to open FD but they tricked me in investing MaxLife policy. Once you have paid the premium, you can not stop it otherwise the policy will lapse.They trick you in investing in MaxLife insurance or other similar houses they have tie-up and the agents earn a heavy commission by making a bad investment portfolio for you. Think 1000 times before investing on the suggestions provided by the bank staffs. Do your own research and ask questions. Whats my goal and when do I need the money? How much returns will I get? Whats the risk I can take? Whats the exit option available to me if this investment doesnt deliver? And then, of course, how tax efficient is this investment? Never mix investment and insurance like axis bank suggested me to do just because they want to earn commission by victimizing you. Buy pure term plans for insurance. For investment think of start SIP (Mutual Fund), FD, Senior Citizens Scheme, Recurring Deposit, NSC etc. For tax saving invest in PPF, ELSS, pure term plan, health insurance. They took more the one month to open a NRE account and were not replying to my emails.
