Very bad experience. Staffs are not supporting.Only concerned about loan, mf, insurance etc.

A good branch for cash submit , rest if you want loan / investment you can ignore this place , the staff mr krishnendu lacks big time regarding knowledge , and fool you with fake knowledges , Am a knowledgeable customer , you cant fool people with wrong information , when you are not only aware of t&c and policy details of your own company ..Point to be noted , if you do not opt a policy you can even get repeated calls from why not from me , you spoke to me and all .Unprofessional to its best ..This branch could have been a gem If there was No Krishnendu ..
