No. of employees are less but they are co-operative. Service is a little slow. Sometimes link is not available. Other days long queue in the money deposit and withdrawal section (only 1 section open). The passbook update machine is not working (nearly 1 year has passed and they do not have any info on whether it will be fixed or not). Overall a good bank branch in the Garfa locality.

Very very bad service. Applied three times for cheque book after take-over PNB. Not yet been received the cheque book….. no one officers have taken responsibility… I don’t know, what I have to do for the same……very very worst bank now…..

Very narrow and old stairs to enter. Service is good.

A very old branch of United Bank of India. Staff of this branch are always helpful which make most of the customers a satisfied banking experience. Though a resent change is observed. For the last few months the number of banking staff reduced to such a level that waiting time has increased miserably. It is to be taken into consideration.
