Its good. Although the position is not that great. But the kind of premium brand Aprilia is considered to be, the experience was not great. You would always expect a premium and nice experience at any premium brand like Aprilia or Vespa store, this one disappoints. Probably the reason behind it is , that they know they are the only one in the city. Hence, they dont care. My experience in Bangalore and Pune at Aprilia store was completely different. They were much more nice and cordial.And yes they knew how to make their customers feel really special.

Probably the only outlet of Aprilia-Vespa in Kolkata. Might feel a bit small compared to other 2 wheeler showroom but its packed with all models and colours.

This is very painful story please read this review I’m requesting everyone !I bought a Vespa Urban club 125cc yellow colour on 24th September 2021 from Speed Auto service pvt ltd; I’m really disappointed after buying this one from the store, I’m facing an issue from today 13th October 2021; the engine of Scotty automatically starts even with the switch off condition;also the abnormal engine starter sound continuously happens. Apart from this, when I try to drive the scooty 40 up speed it vibrates continuously. After spending this amount of money, do not expect this kind of product from Vespa. The store also cut the meter wire. I want a replacement Scotty otherwise I will raise this concern at the consumer forum without any delay! I live in Balurghat which is far away from Kolkata almost 455km , I travelled all the all from Balurghat to Kolkata to bought this Scotty I trusted them through telephonic conversations; but they break all my trust gave a totally defective product. Don’t recommend anyone to buy this store and their after sales behaviours are so rough; this was my first Scotty and they really break my heart too! That’s why they were insisting me to book the Scotty as early as possible because they know very well that the product was defective, also take the distance advantage ! Don’t waste your money friends find a proper and genuine store than that and help what should I do now.

Purchase Eeve Brand Electric Scooter (AHAVA) on 16/04/2021 and had very bad experience. Electric Panel in not working send to service center they are not able to rectify the same, In abeyance of part the Scooter are lying ideal and Showroom persons are not giving proper response.

My experience with speed vespa is really bad as of now.very unprofessional,and disrespectful behaviour of their staff.during purchase they behaved very nicely.once u purchased from them they act like they dnt even bother now.its been 1 mnth i bought my vespa and i did not get my vechile no, registration no , chassis no yet.every time you called them , their answers is its under process.sometimes they will not answer your call.

Dont ever think of buying a product from this dealer. They will tactically give you the damaged products. Even they do not hesitate to force the customer to change their thinking.If youre going to take a two wheeler loan to buy a product from them, make sure to discuss each and every terms and conditions, every charges. Ask them for written proofs. The finance guy is nothing less than a fraudster. He will tell you nothing about charges and all. Please read all conditions.After all this if youre still ready to sacrifice your hard earned money just to get the good service, let me tell you this is the worst part. The service center authority will treat you like no-one. They only understand money. They will not think twice to damage the product (scratches). Services are also below average.Last but not the least. The seller may give you statements like Vespa is a premium scooter, not everyone can afford it. Everyone will stare at you when youll ride. Youll never see many vespas on road because everyone cant afford.Beware of this, they also know the quality of their products. Thats why no one wants to buy their products. Better options are available. Go for them.

Updating again After 2 months. Finally got my smart card... But still my SR160 is having the same problem.. Went to service centre twice.. They changed the fuel pump saying it was the source of problem and handed me the vehicle.. But problem started again after riding it for 300km.. Took it back to service centre, they made me wait for around 20 days for new fuel pump.. Now they are saying it seems the problem is not fuel pump.. What kind of pathetic engineers are at service centre that they cannot find the source of problem for last 6 months ( 3 visits to service center) .. Seems like made a biggest mistake of my life by buying aprila scooter in kolkata where there is only 2 service centre available.. Hence cant depend on them for top notch service like other brands.. Where parts are available and engineers are well qualified to solve the problem within a day.. Be careful and never buy anything from this showroom Or aprila/ vespa brand for if any problem arises in your vehicle, you can say goodbye to your most expensive scooter of india as it will be always laying in their service centre and at there mercy.. Plus they dont care for you or the trouble you are facing...After sales service is very bad.. Havent received my smart card till date.. While I received my vehicle number on January.. Plus my Aprila SR 160 is having a starting problem after riding it for 30- 40 minutes.. It shut downs automatically and doesnt start till engine cools down ( which is roughly around 30-40 minutes).. Service center told me they solved the problem, but it was a total lie as I am facing the same problem.. Totally worse customer service.. Never buy anything from this showroom...

I am a bike enthusiast and own bikes from various brands. I regret buying the scooter from here, regret that I chose Vespa.They do not have any ethics like after sales. The seats locking mechanism broke off within 15days of use, it seems that the lock had broken way before and was glued by the sales people. I wonder how it got past their so called quality checks. And are Vespas so poorly made ?When the concern was taken up to the sales people the blame was completely shifted to the buyer, they dont even know how much it costs for a replacement. Dont trust these guys, even if you do please verify that all the parts are properly in place and not glued.

Take it as a general warning, please dont buy any Aprilia bikes. The after sales service is so beyond pathetic,they will make u wish that you never wouldve bought the infernal thing.The bikes are fine,but the moment u take them for servicing,the service centre is so slow and incompetent that they return it after weeks and if u r really unlucky and submitted ur bike for repair after any accident,then forget ur bike for 3/4 months. It takes bloody quarter of year for them to repair ur motorcycle.So, please do consider the above before buying anything there. Its a humble warning from a man,who has suffered a lot in their hands. Dont buy it.

I had previously bought 2 Vespa from Speed Auto. Later they launched Eeve brand (electric scooter). I bought a red Eeve Xenia for 80k. On the day of purchase I witnessed their poor accounting system. A few days on the road, the vehicle started giving trouble. Firstly, the front bearing of the scooter broke. It has been 2 months since I have raised this issue and the company service center in Topsia is making excuses to avoid fixing the issue. They are not cooperating in this regard. Now after a few weeks of usage, the vehicle automatically shuts down in the middle of the road. In a 20 km journey, the vehicle stops 4-5 times. Also, a few days ago, the speed of the electric scooter automatically increases and decreases without altering the accelerator. The scooter company Eeve is actually buying from somebody else and re-branding it. I do not suggest anyone to buy an electric scooter from Eeve. The service center after receiving the vehicle is not even giving a Receipt that they have my vehicle in custody. Mr. Anubhav (represented himself as Manager) says he will give receipt on a small piece of paper and stamp it. Speed Auto is such a big company and with so many brands under one roof. But the Eeve Segment is a big disappointment.

I had purchased Aprilia SR 150 in December 2018. It was a mistake. Poor Beam Light do not makes road visible during night. Side mirrors do not give proper view in night. Mine scootys rear wheel does not move freely even after service, no blue tooth activated even after 4th service. Poor boot space, short seats. Overall much casual services. Painful !!!!

Hi,I have purchased Aprilia Strom from Speed Auto service Pvt limited on 3.10.19(Invoice attached).From first day I am facing problem in this scooter.Indicator was not working and next day speed auto sent technician to change that but the major problem is auto engine stopped in low speed and almost every time choke required to start the scooter.My friends are having Aprilia and such problem no once have faced.I had Honda Aviator and TVS Jupiter and never faced such problem.In busy road such auto stop of engine may occur accident .Aprilla technician had came three four times again to settle this but not resolved till date.From day one your technician is trying to resolve this issue which is not resolved till date hence required a resolution from Aprilia end to change my defective Strom to good one.This kind of problem may occur accident !!!!
