If you compare with other pumps in the vicinity then BP the so called dhalai bridge pump is much more organized and even the old 45 pump .Here IO patuli one young staff will always ask you politely to avail the next machine to fill even if his dispenser is not with vehicles.I mean the only lazy boy ruining the whole.

We always halt at this petrol pump on our way to a long journey. The service they provide everytime are favourable and not complaint able. They provide all kind of services but due to overcrowding vehicles sometimes the wait might be longer than normal, however they manage to provide services in a proper way to the customers waiting in the line.

Its a good petrol pump with about eight pumps for different grades of fuel.

Quality / quantity of petrol is really good here (Trust me. I have checked comparing with some others). Petrol pump outlet is quite spacious with facility of nitrogen air pump.

Avoid like plague.. They mix water i guess.. After filling up.. Bike was not starting.. Had to do whole service just to remove water..

Staffs are well behaved. The pump operates in a transparent manner.

For 3 years visoting this petrol pump as the staff here are very good

Pump boys are not customer friendly except 1-2. Dont expect immediate attention of the pump boys as they are busy in gossiping. Most of the time there is no decipline to maintain queue for refuelling. Though the fuel quality is excellent as far as my experience. Basic amenities are very poor. Toilet is not usuable.

Notorious for defective POS machines for card transaction.Faced major problem here when my card was debited two times for a single transaction, and IOL denied to refund after verifying my transaction sms and bank statement.Still not resolved.Also check the quantity of fuel when refilling here.

Keep your mobile phone silent inside the petrol pump, dont use cellphone at this place, you need to have a helmet for getting petrol from here, youll get free air if you need.

Easily accessible from the main road, with air and maintenance facility. Complementary windshield cleaning guys seldom do their job, and overall staff behavior could improve. Anyways, compared to the other pumps in this part of the city, this one remains relatively less crowdy and can be a good option to fill up the gas, in case youre on the Bypass!

Not recommended. You will be cheated on here. All pumps here are rigged. Same amount of petrol this pump delivered 14 litres. When taken from a different pump delivered 11 litres. Be careful.

Ill managed pump. Not much people to handle customers. They were filling 2 wheelers and cars from the same station. Which created a long queue and a long time to complete everything. Not a place to be in when in hurry

This where I fill my vehicle normally. Their measurements seem gr8. The waiting is very minimum as they always use atleast 2 filling point with ample service required. In addition I purchase other car oils from there in good price.

This fuel station is situated in Baishnabghata Patuli. I have been using this fuel pump for quite some time. The staffs are good and they accept online payment like Paytm, etc.

Funny side is that i have never filled car or bike tank here. But i can tell you that this campus has utilities such as HDFC bank ATM (which serves great), Car or bike Polution check station, Car or bike servicing counter. Overall its a good campus with multiple functionalities...
