Good staff and mechanics knew what they were doing. The only problem is, the road in front of assertive station is too narrow for a four wheeler so you cant take the tow truck till the gate, only until main road.

They literally harras people...Before going to service centre when they call you to deliver your bike comletely service,please make sure that they are saying truth or not...Just ask them about every problem you had with your bike and do clear all matters...Otherwise youll be harrassed without any reason and you dont even get your bike....
Worst experience I have ever had..Gave my accident bike to chinnar park service station, only leaguard was damaged badly, and gear lever was twisted. The gave me with even the worst condition.The change my cluctch and fired with an old 350cc and said that we are very sorry we misplaced it, and requested me not to register d complain. They fitted my new legguard but started moving and fell of as soon as I started the engine. The self start was completely destroyed by them. Had worst experience ever..I vowed never to gave my bike to chinnar park service station

I have Royal Enfield Meteor 350 I think my bike is now rough after service and the service guy was forced me to rate the service center 5 star on their review link. Royal Enfield should provide them good training. And one thing Rs 1180 was the total amount
Nice peoples including the management the manager and whole service crew no overcharging and they really treat their customers as a company s son-in-law.
Very poor service quality. I have done the 1st service of my meteor from here. After serving Im facing engine tapping noise, but the service center person denying it and and said its normal. I have complaint to RE care lets see what happens. Please think carefully before servicing your motor cycle.

I blv Pan India service centre of Royal Enfield is horrible... I got my himalayan serviced in multiple cities across India...the problem wth RE is1. The mechanic doesnt have sound technical knowledge to be able to understand the problem of bike.. If you make them understand they will come with solution which ia totally irrelevant... (being a marine chf engineer I could easily rate them 1 out 10 when it comes to troubleshooting)2. The service centre supervisors... I dont understand why RE employ them without seeing the expertise of their job profile...3. The labour cost of RE and substandard spare quality..(I paid 1500 as a labour charge during my last service in pune. They charge separately for every job.. What the hell is this.. Labour charge should be collectively... I dont think my car service labour charge is as pathetic as RE)UNDOUBTEDLY my Himalayan is a phenomenal bike but the dark side of Royal Enfield service has taken the essence of enjoyment..Wake up RE.. Nothing in life is permanent.. Neither Good ads nor sales chart will help until and unless customers are happy and satisfied...
Need good machanics
The story of same for every service centre. You need to followup every thing, every part of the service and most important thing do your home work, read the user manual and try to learn as many parts and workinv of your bike only then you can understand your machine. Dont leave everything on to the service personal and dont believe blindly.

I had witnessed worst servicing over here in my entire life. I have 2 cars and 1 bike (royal enfield classic 350) Never going to recommend this service center to anyone. Yes worst servicing ever and the reason is that I have never took my bike to any local shop for any sort of service related issue and chooses Royal Enfield service center over all other thereafter the problem starts when I had to take my bike for repeat servicing again and again still they were not able to fix my problems and wasted my time and money thereof. This service center employees are even closing my complaint (without any communication) regarding my bike not getting turn on and I had made the complainant in the month of November 2020 and now it is 12th January 2021 still no response from the service center. Even after spending high rates on servicing, there employees are not properly trained enough to fix a common problem thereafter I have to fixed it from a local shops and now my bike is running flawlessly without any sort of problem.

Cheap service, i missed my second service date so they refused me! then i tell them i just wanna make an conversation with you service center manager they again and again refused me and insult me so bad ..after all this happen the manger (5.5 hight wearing glasses)came and told me do you know my power and came on my face hypocrite people and threatening me misbehave with me.

Worst service center.
Cooperative and cool service guys. They treat customers good. They have a small air-conditioned room for waiting with a tv and sitting capacity of 12-14 riders. Service quality is good, if your problem isnt solved one can revisit and get it rectified. It would take 3-5hr depending on the service, if you have time crunch you can request pickup and drop(ofcourse chargeable).

Excellent service and polite professional behaviour.Staff is well trained and well aware of the nitty-gritty of Royal Enfield bikes.The service center is well equipped with all the required tools for the trade and the technicians does an excellent job on servicing your beloved REs.Service is prompt and completed well within the estimated delivery time....Customer waiting lounge is a little bit cramped but enough place for around 7-8 persons.But its clean with all the basic facilities including good quality coffee/tea vending machines among others.Both filtered water and bottled mineral water is provided for the customers.

The place is excellent for serving your Enfield. I visited this for getting the clutch wire changed for my Electra 2006 model. Before visiting this place I had checked with local garage and they had refused since they didnt know to work on this model. Fortunately one of mechanics of this service center agreed and visited my place and completed the job.

Very bad behaviour upon the telephonic conversation. They hanged me for the Silencer pipe for my Thunderbird 350 since 1 months. When I asked them they told me that they dont know when it will come. As a service provider they dont have any responsibilities for the customers.

Absolutely fantastic service centre. I was worried when i first gave my brand new bike for servicing here with a full tank. I rode a decent 430km after i recieved it after servicing. Ever since they gained my trust.Debmalya is a sweetheart. He knows his stuff.Washing and polishing is cheap and worth it. They make your baby literally shine once you take it out of there. They put extra stuff too if you dont have them, e.g. i didnt have a shoe protector at the gear pedal. They put a rubber cap on it. They added an extra indicator for high beam which didnt come with delivery.I could go on praising them but i think i made my point. Fantastic service centre and fantastic ppl. God bless 👍
The bunch of idiots trying to do the job they arent supposed to. They are working like sarkari office, they dont care about customers, they will take their usual time and even more than that to service your bike.They damaged my during service and asked me to prove that its damaged in the service centre and when i proved, they simply gave a color patch to the bike bike which is not even the same color.

Very bad service we only went for tank replacement coz of scratch marks for a new tank but they broke off many parts in that process which costed me extra 20k and still my bike is having problems.....worst place!!! U have made my good bike a worst one.

Some machanic are very much efficient but nowadays some people who sit in counter/desk to prepare the job card acts like a sells man and they are trying to push selling the royal Enfield parts. be careful In job card they always mention unnecessary works like change something or check something, please dont entertained the job card maker. I have a Royal Enfield and i gave 3 star rating only for the machanic. Be careful RE woners they always try to push selling.

Good service centre but you have to make sure that you stand in front and you see in the worker working there are very few workers who are skilled enough other workers just dont do the work in a professional manner the manager previously was good but nowadays the new manager is a very weird person and if you go to claim warranty they will just say that its your fault and they will try to pursue of but dont worry go to the Royal Enfield helpline or email company directly in case you want to claim warranty and they will call you up so the service centre people will get the warranty claim done for you when they are pressurized by the company directly
After having tried many RE service centers in Kolkata, I can sat with confidance that, this is the best. I get my Bullet 500 as well as Himalayan serviced here. #redpandaadventures certified. Definitely recommend this place.
