I want to buy a dominar and went her for a quote and to understand the bike. No one cared. Neither the manager of the store, nor any staff. Even though this store is the nearest to my home Im buying the same bike from osl Bajaj Garia instead. I already booked my bike the very same day I went here.Bajaj needs to look into this and change the management in this place

Very unprofessional stuff, I called them for a test ride dominor 400. First they said yes sir please come and when I reached they said lunch time is going on you have to wait.Then aftr 15 minutes they came to me and said test ride is not possible.They need to understand that time is very important for everyone.

I will not say much, but they lack basic customer service etiquette and always ready to reciprocate shortcut methods and cutting corners with their service, which applies to all of their service like before and after sales and whatever more you can think of. If you are looking forward to purchase a bajaj vehicle, then I will strongly recommend you to stay away from this place.

They are least bothered .Dont buy Bajaj bikes in Kolkata .Everywhere they have OSL Bajaj .Same owner & very rude staff .Located on Prince Anwar Shah Road .I bought a new bike . They didnt even washed the bike on delivery and I was asked to purchase Teflon polish for Rs.300/- which I did on being a new bike .

The representative attended all my questions amiably and tried to give every details about the specs , pros and cons of the bikes I intended to compare before buying. The person looking after the finance scheme section also very politely attended me and gave me a suitable quote...I will strongly recommend this outlet if one wants to buy bajaj bikes...

This is to inform you that I have purchased Avenger 220 Street , bearing vehicle Regn No - WB20BA2244 on dated 23.05.2018 from OSL Bajaj Prince Anwar Shah Road.But this is rather disappointing that before 1st servicing only I am facing problem related to Fuel pump. Then after visiting for 1st Serving on dated 23.06.2018 at B.L.Saha Road workshop they have changed the fuel pump. But the same problem persists. They also misguided that it is digital so it is not showing.Then again visited and informed Workshop Manager as told by him that the same problem will persist because it is digital.Today when I was riding with one of my family members suddenly the bikes display, horn, indicator stopped working and I have to return home without horn, display & indicator. This is a shear issue of our SAFETY.

A BIG FRAUD !! Do not buy from this Showroom ...They will push sell several add-on products with the two-wheeler and charge you right away. But after taking the money, they will never get them fitted in your vehicle.You need to call them up several times, but they will keep on delaying. After sales service is a total nightmare... They treat their customers very rudely !

There sales representative are bullshit ... i and my friend went to buy a bajaj discover 125 in finance on 7-03-2016 due to urgency we need the delivery of the bike by that day the loan was approved every thing was going perfect a tall thick head customer representative is not willing to ready the bike due to 6pm last hour and more over giving us dishonest excuse......this unexpected from osl bajaj customer representative is just intolerable he is a thick head fellow puting a scar in ur crm

I wanted to buy a car but was unsure about the make and model. Initially Id thought about Mahindra but later I switched to Maruti, because of its famed after sales services. OSL Maruti showroom at V.I.P. Road happened to be the nearest Maruti dealer from my home. I went there and was immediately welcomed by a nice charming lady sales consultant named Sriya. She listened to what I had in mind and suggested WagonR because of its spacious interiors and budget. Later on I wanted to change the model to the new Swift Dzire and Ms Sriya helped me change the booking in every possible way, including a last moment change in color. OSL also managed all the paperworks regarding registration, road tax and license. They are very accommodating, friendly and always ready to help in every way a customer demands. Excellent service. Really happy!
