Getting worse day by day, I was the regular customer for them. They are decreasing their quality of products, they are selling soon to be expired products and also the dealing with customers while billing is not professional at all. They do mishave with their customers atleast, I noticed it many times

Good place .Some product price are excellent.Product collection is good .1 problem was there ......up to 5-6 cash counter over there but always 1or 2 counter open at a time .its the huge problem for the people.

Its Ok type of mall, where you can find clothes, footwear for men, women, kids and it has 2 floors. The ground floor have snack, beauty care and children toys whereas in upper floor you can find t-shirts, shirts for men and some house use products. The prices are less and not that high. This mall doesnt have escalator or lift.

Pos connection is very very weak.Amount deducted but bill didnt process.This place need improvement. None of the employee wear uniforms or tags, hardly 1 person ull find in layout who works there.Not at all satisfied.

Poor customer management. Overcrowdrd billing counters with a few employees over burdened with load. Maximum products were without labels and tags leading to rejection during billing. Store management should focus on recruiting more people to smoothly manage store operations.

Too hot there. No ac on. Exhausting atmosphere. Collections are getting bad day by day. Spice segment is near about empty.

Not having much options for gift items and pet indegriants, cheaper collection and best for the midle class

The place has good clothes for a decent low amount...however do not expect Shopper Stop level of service. Everything is basically self service and expect delay in billing.

Very good location and they provide very good qualities of items in very reasonable prices. Staffs are also very good. Almost everything are available here. Daily groceries, household items, electronic devices, garments for jents, ladies and kids are available. Toys are available. Wheelchair accessible and parking lot for free. You can reach there by auto or buses.

No Parking Area, Bike and Car required to park beside BT Road on your own risk2. No Lift3. Less number of Trial room, thus long queue happens.4. Executives are less active in helping customers on their own. You need to find executive and ask for help, at some department you may not see Executives to help.But, I recommend Vishal Mall for shopping.

Its fine for food items and all but not a right place for garments

I visited the supermarket recently to avail some of my everyday requirements. I can say that it is well stocked especially in the clothing section on the top floor but it is not well stocked in the food and cereal section. I was not impressed by the customer service as only two billing counters were open leading to backlog of customers.

The store at Agarpara, WB is specious. The quality of the product are not as per the the standards maintained by other store.Also find expired cosmetics and food items on sale with huge discount.

They dont pick up ph. If you have ever tired to reach their by ph they will not pick up your call....and very much mismanagement...need to appoint more manpower...

A cost optimized shopping mall in north Kolkata sodepur, agarpara, khardaha, belgharia area. Quality of products is very good within budget. Not costly after all. All kind of House hold items available. Fashionable items also available in low price. Everything is available as per your budget. So enjoy the shopping in Vishal Mega Mart.

Store is good but definitely need more staff and maintenance

Not so good but price is reasonable.

Inspite of the fact that there were so many things to buy at throwaway prices but there was no air conditioning in the entire store, no water to purchase, we were parched and extremely dehydrated after sweating so much. There are hardly any personnel to help you with anything and lot of stuff were extremely dirty particularly the clothes.

It was quite good because there is no Ac and the employee are very harsh ,there is no access to trial room and it was very good but now there are only some people.Thats why I left that mall and went to Spencer (there was ac and every thing)

Products are good ..with cheap rates and good quality but the air conditioning inside is very bad, felt so suffocating due to the congestion of customers

I bought many things from since last 3 years but recently I have faced some issue ...there are some things basically in garments section in the price tag there are showing a amount which is different from billing amount ...I mean I bought a jeans for sister in the price tag price showing 219 but in bill there were showing 299 ...also the amount fraud was happening with me that I bought a jeans when I came home they just change the item when packing and the length of the jeans is different ..left side length is short from right side .theypacked a defective product ..

Vishal mega mart is good option for shoping at reasonable cost. One can find lot of variety of cloth, and the same time you can get most of the day to day household things with lower cost. Only concerned is payment counter because you need to be stand in queue for making payment. Overall good mall for local people.

1 - In groceries many common spices not found..2 - In household i didnt get same window curtain with door curtains3 - In garments i didnt found XXL and XXXL Shirts or T Shirt and in pant not found 38 waist...This was the 3 object which I went there to buy, I didnt observe other sections.Otherside, entrance and exit security service was good, but billing counter staff was less and worst....The Vishal Mega Marts managment need to learn first meaning of Mega Mart...And please dont give excuses of coronavirus pandemic...

A large and beautiful shopping mall beside Barrackpore trunk main road.From Dunlop it takes 10 min to reach this mall by bus/auto.There was a time when I used to buy my all necessary clothing items from here.It was cheap;colorful and are of different trendy typs.The quality of the products were superb too.But now my feeling is completely different.There are not so variety of clothes;poor quality and aboveall high price tag of the products.Yes; grocery and cosmetic items are still cheap and good .Authorities must look into this matter and do the needful action as soon as possible .

Bitter experience. Dont go Huge Mall and inside is no ac & fan. Cant breathe properly. Inside is too much hot that is not toleratd. Very very disappointed.

Place is good for shopping cheap home furnishings articals. Most of them are export from China. We often buy these from online market. But clothing section is not up to the market.
