I purchased a sofa set and centre table . Im highly pleased with their design and quality. They have wonderful furniture.

I bought a sofa set in March 2019. Right from the beginning the wood quality was very bad and started cracking in different places. I got them serviced once after many follow ups but didnt help much.Within 3-4 months the seat / cushion sagged. I tried to raise a service request but they didnt accept it. I tried telephone calls, emails but without any response.Very bad quality products and service even worse.

I have brought customised center table and sofa from estillo baguihati bhanch. they took 3 month to deliver and they started calling me for full payment within 7 days of booking sayingthe products are complete. But when I asked for delivery after payment they fooled me,did not delivered even after commitments. when it finally arrived , i regret, the uae poor quality sanmaica and the finishing is horrible, edges are broken and dirty. sofa was so hard that my back started paining. I understand what service they ll provide afterwards. i suggest never go to their shop. more over behaviour is so horrible when i called and asked for the delay the lady replied so rudely it is not at all their fault, i am noy suppose to call her. DO NOT GO TO BAGUIHATI BRANCH.

My name is Sourav Ghosh. I brought a dinning set and center table from Mani square estillo. First they told there was free delivery then they charged 300 rs delivery charges. Then they took 1 wk time to deliver it and then installed it. I found they sent a dinning set which I have not chosen store manager started arguing with me saying that is the right product. I told ok fine I have go to consumer Court then they acknowledged their mistake and promised to send the right one. Till now they have not sent itI will wait till this weekend then I have to take a strong action against them they are cheat and unprofessional.

I PURCHASED A SOFA ON 01.11.2016 WHEN SOME DEFECTS CROP UP AND REGISTERED A COMPLAINT VIDE DOCKET NO 6015 DT 14.04.2017. BUT TILL DATE DESPITE MY SEVERAL REMINDERS THEY HAVE NOT RECTIFY THE EVEN AFTER ALMOST ONE MONTH. EVEN I SENT E.MAIL TO COMPANY BUT THEY EVEN NOT ACKNOWLEDGED MY MAIL.
