It is a good small cake shop. There are various cake items. The pocket pinch is a bit high though than other cake shops and joints in the city. Although the cost is a bit high, the quality of the items is not comptomised.

I had ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and they had written the name wrongly. When I asked to correct, the staff behaved very rudely and not supportive. He says, it can be given in this condition only. Worst experience at kalikapur branch.spoiled the bday mood.

The pastries are really delicious but I would like share my experience in this platform. I have been charged GST when I visited your Kalikapur store as on June 2, 2017. They have charged GST but did not provide any invoice for the same. Therefore, it might be the case I have been charged gst tax but it turned out to be your profit since no official invoice was generated and shared with me. I can really understand that the new format of the invoice might not have arrived but now but would like to understand how are you charging GST rate and declaring it to the government?

Very sorry to say person handling with customer was very poor. Iam really disappointed by here he didnt know how to behave with customer
