Very bad after sales service. They tend to forget customers after they have completed the sale. I am from Agartala, Tripura. I purchased their kitchen chimney a couple of years back. Now suddenly, it stopped working. I lodged a complain on 3rd July 2021 with their local officials. Still now no one has cared to visit my flat. Imagine how tough it is to carry on cooking in a closed flat even for a day without a kitchen chimney. But they seem to have no concern/sympathy for customers. I have decided to dump Shakers appliances.

I am very happy with the service and product I have received from Shakers truely recommended.

Full Fraud company.dont buy there any product.no customer service and after sales service also full zero.never ever buy theres products other than your lost your money only.better go for reputed company.

One of the worst experience I have had till date. There chimney broke down regularly after one year of usage. Then they opened the chimney and took the motor for cleaning. Have not heard back from them since even after regularly following up with them on their customer care number.Edited: Finally they have been able to reaasemble my chimney once more, after 2 months and that too after posting this feedback online. Lets hope it runs without any problem for now.

Never go for Shakers...They will never come for servicing...Also lot of false promises...They gives lifetime warranty on motor...But when you will call them, they will say it was just a sticker used for promotion...I had to quarrel so much for for it that I think the new motor could have been installed with the phone bill incurred...After my threat that I will go to consumer complaint forum, they replaced it but with a bad motor which runs at much lower speed than the original...They will call you for renewing the service contract...But when you will call them at their designated number, you will feel yourself Neil Armstrong if they pick your phone...Even if they pick up their phone, all that they will give you is a docket number...If you ask them when service personnel will come...They will say there will be call from service center very soon...When their so called very soon doesnt happens even after a month and you call them back for your docket status, they will say that it is in process and since a trade fair was going on, all their men were involved in that; service personnel will visit you this week...Its now 2.5 months passed and I am still waiting for their this week...Also another advice...While selling the product, they will show you new technologies apart from what a normal chimney does...Like in my case, it was ORCA GS where GS stands for gas chamber...I feel I am cheated because, there is no gas sensor in it...I realized it when one fine day, my nose smelt something wrong but the GS didnt...I realized that it was also a marketing gimmick just like lifetime warranty on motor...I am thinking of replacing my chimney with a new one...

Nerver go for shakers. I have very bad experience with shakers.My chimney was stop working in under warranty condition but they charged me for repairing. So I called National Consumer Helpline and book a complaint against them then they will give me free service after 3 month.

Experience very bad. I have one year serving contract. but they dont send any service man..but charges are high... if you change any small part of chimney. Very very poor after sales sevice
