I had gone to this place with a lot of hope and they ruined my skin before my wedding. Keratin Treatment was also sub standard didnt even last for 2 weeks properly leave alone 6 months. They will charge you hefty price and the results will not be half as decent as expected. This is for the Outlet in KAnkurgachi specifically.

I want to share my experience with VLCC. Its one of the best ways to maintain yourself. The beauticians and hairdressers are very experienced. The slimming centre is also very reliable. They are really helpful and cooperative. O ho.... I forgot to say something. The makeup artist Im a big fan of their makeover. Its just excellent. The staff are very friendly. After spending many years with this centre I feel its like one of my own place....

I did a hair spa from here which was very rejuvenating. I love my hair more now. This is the centre which you should visit must.

Had a very bad experience. The staffs are not skilled enough to handle many customers. They can only handle 1 or 2 people. Moreover they think they are the busiest persons in the world, and are least cared for customers. They just care for the number of customers.I visited other VLCCs multiple times in other states too. But I never had such an experience anywhere else. Really disgusting and not expected from VLCC.

Vlcc is a great place indeed. I am satisfied with their services but they need to improve upon their punctuality. Despite getting an appointment before hand I end up waiting for 30 min on an average. Ranjana is in the beauty section and she is very perfect about timing.

Its a high quality salon, though expensive, but service is great..it is very neat and clean..Men n women work here have a great patience, of warm behaviour,highly professional. Equipment used in this salon are of high quality, modern n hygienic.The chair used for pedicure is highly modern,there is another room for pedicure n manicure.There is also special room for waxing n facial.All the works done with playing special music according to the nature of work.All the works are done with perfect time n patience.Hair spa n Head massage is awesome.Most of d work done with vlcc product.Rica Waxing is done here, it is less painful than normal waxing.They do it with great care.Its also works great as anti tan.Facial is done on bed, its very refreshing.It is done playing soft music, great ambiance.The dress provide to Wear during service is also good n clean.Its need a prior appointment atleast one week ago.

Initially I liked the service.. but when I started coming back for my hair removal laser sessions.. Im so disappointed that even 1star is a lot. The results of the laser treatment was completely unsatisfactory regarding hair growth.. but they burned my face over and over

Firstly they push customer to buy packages or family card, and once you buy them they will not give you the proper service..Its like once they get the money, they forget the promises..Pros: its clean, it has Vlcc authentication, though they uses products from different brands, such as vedic line.Cons:rude management,not customer friendly,they dont even have a rate chart, they always changes their service rate as per their choice. Not so trust worthy.Quality and cost of the service are not up to the mark compared to other vlcc parlour.I dont recommend this Kakurgachhi VLCC.

The therapists i.e. asha, samapti etc are good. They treat you well. But I had a horrible experience with a new therapist, whose name i dont want to mention publicly. Other than this, during the time of admission they will promise to provide you with a complimentary service which in a way is no service actually. They had given me a complimentary body massage therapy in which they had only applied oil all over and thats it. No therapy nothing. The physiotherapist to me was rude during the treadmill sessions. I will suggest to better the public relation section, otherwise therapists are good. Also they should not appoint any naive therapists like the one i have mentioned, because we pay a lot of money for the services.Result : I have reduced few cms from both my tummy and thigh.
