Like most big bazaars this place is quite crowded even in times of Covid and there are hardly any salesmen around trying to sell or even help you .. the guys in the checked shirts are the staff you can reach out to...Staff also was seen with masks down..Long queues at billing counters like all big bazaars...Women seem to be happy shopping for clothes here, men may not be that happy withthe variety. Visited big bazaar for buying birthday clothes for myself. Unfortunately I didnt find any. They have abit out dated style in womens section plus it was too costly. The mall is very neat and organized.

Located near Raghunathpur VIP Road. The shop is spread across ground and first floor. Has stock of food items, clothing, utility items , room furnishings , cosmetics and many more. There are some offer items at all times. Billing queues are problematic. Good for one stop shop. Item display needs to be better.

It used to be a place with good service bt this time when visited it was a disaster. The garment floor staff were not interested at all to help & neither were polite. Horrendous experience

A few weeks back, there was a less stock of products. Now its filled with new stock of products. The staffs were helpful and well-behaved. If you feel like buying a lot of products including grocery, then carry a bag/ bags with you. They charge 19 bucks for a carry bag. This is way too much. In a nutshell, the experience was quite good.

Nice place. There are several shopping malls. Bigbazar, bazar kolkata, metro bazar and vishal mega mart. One of most busiest areas near baguihati. Posh area. Transportation also available. You can take bus towards Uldodanga amd Airport from this place.

I wanted a job here they said recruitment has been closed.then i visited again i can see many of them new employees are working i felt so bad of myself. I tried again i asked one of them manager they gave me a number i felt so happy for my first job i m 18..i traveled 20km from my home i reached then i gotta know its for credit card selling company the HR i was totally busted they sent me i need bb job they make me fool they said the number giver didnt tell u its cc selling company job..😞😞😞😞😞 heartbreaking..Its happened to me 3 days agoThank you🙏

Arguably one of the biggest Big Bazar around. Massive floor area and varieties of collections. Got 21 kgs of sugar free. Well behaving helpful staff. Parking available in front of the store. And great location on VIP road. Happy with my experience. Wish them good luck.

At present all product of this place is expensive and the product value is not justified with its quality. I think Vishal is little bit better from Big Bazar

The place is very well located with wheel chair access... Youll get almost everything.. Only problem is space its a bit congested.....

Big Bazaar located on VIP Road. FBB and food Bazaar are there with 2 floor. 4min Walking distance from Baguihati Zoramandir and 3min from RaghunathPur more. Senco gold jewelry shop is just 1min from it.

The behaviour of billing staff is very rude....... if you are not used to rude behaviour try visiting other big bazzar.....and avoid this one.....

U will get a lot of things here but they do not do dusting properly.. The clothes and other things are dusty and hence I feel lack of hygiene..

One of the best shopping places in this area.Has virtually everything that one can wish under one roof.It is near to Vishal Mega Mart .The are is little crowded and communication is heavily dependent on bus and Auto.Otherwise shopping experience is great.

The best shopping plaza where we get all types of products at a price which sometimes lower or equal to the market price. Here many discount offers going on throughout the seasons. Many coupons distributed to the customers who purchases goods in a bulk quantity.The staffs are cooperative and CSD department solves the problem quickly.On the other hand the coupons distributed here are of no use sometimes...coz they provide coupons to those goods which are not in demand nd full of T&C.

Pathetic experience. I would not like to visit this Big Bazaar again. No other Big Bazaar has any such conditions that this one has. Total Time Waste. Issues with Clothes Trial and Payment. The card which all other Big Bazaar accepts, this Big Bazaar will not accept, it has its own special rules.

Poor quality products and printed MRP of the food products is 5-10 Rs. more than normal retail market. Price doesnt worth product at all.

I ordered a t-shirt and some grocery items yesterday but they just delivered only one grocery items which cost around 400 but i pay them 1100rs online payment so i called there customer care they said sorry we wont be able to delver your items because we dont have in stock and the would not refund my money. It was the 1st ever Big bazar of Eastern India.But, now its situation is just like the situation of their parent company ie Future Group..... Just waiting for the final call of shut down.

This is oldest mall in Kolkata. But somewhere the old BB is missing. Current employees here is not expert in customer handling. Customer Seva Desk is worst in their behaviour. You can experience little stock in current scenario if you are a Good Shopper.

As far I know, it is the oldest big bazaar at Kolkata. I always love to visit this place.Today I found that clothing section is full with good collection. Utensils, trolley section is also have a good collection. Offer is going on if you purchased trolley and luggage. But grocery section disappointed me. Today I went there to buy groceries and spices. But I found only little items available. Sugar is not available, oil is not available. Biscuits and snacks section have a good collection. Next time onward before going for groceries, I will call the shop, confirm availability and then I will go (until this Corona situation go away). Staffs are well trained, and very very helpful. They will assist you and guide you choose the right product. Presently no exchange and trial available for cloth items.

I love big bazaar but this particular outlet has always something or the other unavailable when it comes to groceries, also their range of varieties in clothing are less compared to big bazaar, Sreebhumi. I always visit that outlet for clothes.

All because of the bad behaviour of the people working there. They dont even have any manners how to speak to the customer. They are not even letting us to see the apparel we went to buy there.

It has variety of items but not much option for a specific one item. They only keep some specific brands .. if you do not have any brand fascination then it will be okay for you. But if you do have any specific brand in mind then you may not find it here.

Good shopping place for daily essentials.

Earlier it was nice. But today when I visited the store, came to know that this brand was taken by Reliance and the takeover is under process. May be due to this reason, the stock is very less and I have to return almost empty handed. Lets hope after this takeover we can get the things we need.

Extremely poor standard of staffs/cashiers knows nothing about customer service. They are only best at shouting they are not getting salary in fb post. The cashiers have show much attitude they wont listen to your problems & above all Store Manager consider himself more superior that they wont even talk with customers for issue. Where Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle SMs are easily approacble. Fact is that their DMs have better standard than FBBs Store Manager. Same disgraceful customer care number.
