If you want to go this service center then-1.from gariahut u will get direct auto.2.you can go from tollygung via auto or metro...If you go via auto u have to Get down rani kuti then you will get derict auto.or metro you have to get down garia then auto.3.you also go from jadavpur by auto.But before go there read my real sad story-Worst company and worst service center...and the behaviour of staff also not good.I brought yu unicorn rupees 11099/-...After 2 month problem start.Charging problem and 2-6 mounth i went there 7 time for service every time my phone work 2 day properly then it did not work... Phone did not charging again and again I told manager replace my phone if u could not repair but he did not do this...Pathetic service if u gave them phone the repair and give you phone after 8-9 days.another main thing they take extra charge then other service centers than lake or chowrasta.It located in baghajatin.If anyone want to go i will tell them go with your own risk and plan for buy a new phone.cause every day many people come for repair there phone again and again.I sold my 11099 phone only 2500.I hate micromax company and I hate this service center.For help i will tell everyone dont go to this service center.Thank you

If any one visit this Micromax service center with one prblm and will return back with another problem. unprofessional employees.They also lost my battery which was working good and replaced it with an old battery.

The most worst services center nearby. Rahul Gupta and other employed are extremely unprofessionals. No timeline maintained. Very rude behavior. I guess micromax should teach these people how to handle customers since the shop has been opened for customers not for their whimsical behaviour.

Never ever and ever go for repairing because they steal the real spares from good phones and put back defective spares in them. Stealing, misbehaviour, Charging money which has no ceiling height and no value for money. Organized group of extortionists. They must be banned.

I went to this service center with slow charging issue and they told me it will take them 7-8 days just to find the issue .If you just go to a random mobile repairing shop they will hardly take 1-2 hours time to solve the issu iam just wondering why the hell does this service center running for ,is it just for showing and not serviceIf it just for show then just close it

Worst Service Centre....They refused to service

First off all this service centers staff have to bad behaviour. They take 1 month for water & display damage. Then they recognized that the problem is in the motherboard. Fu*king service center. Worst service center ever I seen.

Micromax Service Centre at Baghajatin.The service center is not up to the mark.They did not able.to rectified my mobile which I repaired by a small technician Joy Saha at Kapibagan Dhakuria.with minimum cost.

Actually Ive not visited this place. Went to somewhere nearby.

This is the one of the worst service centre in India my friends father has a micromax phone thay repair it after 1 month

Firstly, id like to mention that dont give your phone to this service centre. You may not get back it. Theyve kept my phone for almost a month and avoiding me. Im going to lodge complaint against them.Directions:- You need to get upstairs after entering into a building. U need to look at the Signboard outside the concerned building. After getting down at Baghajatin More (from Jadavpur To Garia), you need to pick the left (Baghajatin Station road), & the building will appear after 4-5 minutes on the left side of the road.

Very very bad place. I visited here because my mobile was getting hanged again and again. So I went there and they uploaded a software to avoid the matter but after some time I saw that my all contacts were deleted. Some how I managed it but I hated the place.

Micromax is a fool indians brand. It simply rejects call of warranty by finding some trivial excuses e.g. using mobile in moist conditions, rough uses of mobile, dropped mobile, water damage, etc. without any proper proof.

Toilet & drinking water provisions to be maintained properly. Sitting arrangements to be better.

Worst servicing centre ...... almost 1 month ... they have took my ph... .. one day i got a call frm thm that my set is ready.... bt i was unable to visit that day.... so i informed them that i will recieve my hand set on nxt day... bt they now are saying my ph is not ready yet..... ghatea service ...... guys dnt give your hand set to ths centre .... all of them r are big liars....

Really very Bad servicing...kept me waiting for a week for a work of half an hour...took my sim card with my mobile;when I went to take my mobile back, they SAY that they HAD NOT taken any SIM of mine...I am FRUSTRATED with these people. They even say LIES. I asked something about a new change in my mobile to 2 of the repairmen and got completely different answers.

Had to visit for a battery replacement. Service was reasonably quick enough. Staff didnt appear very professional but were friendly enough.

Micromaxs after sale service is very poor. And although this service centre is located at a prime location its difficult to locate because there are too many hoardings around. It cant be easily located from the road.
