Lovely place with a good arrangement. They are well equipped and well trained. Good service within a very reasonable charge. I am happy with their services.

Decent experience. I have not got any issues till now after servicing. But need a stricter covid related precautions from the management. I see many service representatives and customers walking around without masks. Specially customers waiting in AC waiting room without masks that is a concern.

Good service center for Hyundai car. Very good staffs and follow ups... Yes as authorised service centre of Hyundai so service charges bit high compared to local roadside garage. But how trained the local guys are thats doubtful. So go to authorised service centre for all major works.One problem for this service centre is the road just in front is having, overflowing drainage water and in rainy season guess ll be more problem. But thats hardly 50 mtrs...

His suggestion was extremely helpful and I appreciate his efforts in getting the issues with my car resolved.

Good efficient and fast service at the workshop, the staff are courteous. Overall the experience had been good. But the road leading to the workshop is very bad. There are many workshops in the area: Maruti, KIA etc, and all of them suffer from this road problem. Maybe all of the workshops can take a pledge together to improve the road condition for better passage for the cars visiting the workshops.

20/7/2021:Saini Hyundai Kalikapur Management Team,The below comment I shared on 17/7/2021 during the car delivery / handover process.One miss was there from me that day, I did not check all the car parts individually as I had full trust on this workshop where I had done servicing just a fortnight ago. On 18/7/2021, the first time I drove the car and reached Behala. My wife pulled the left side front handle to take our staff after getting down and the handle just fall off on the ground. I immediately reported this to Sourav Dam [Supervisor of Saini Hyundai Workshop] and he assured me that he would check this on my return. On 20/7/2021, Saini Hyundai kalikapur technician inspected the car handle and told me that it needs to replaces with new handle part. Talked with Sourav Dam and Bijoy Das explaining that the handle had no issue whatsoever earlier to the bodywork done at their workshop. So in that case it should be fixed by workshop without imposing any charge to me.I am hopeful on this. All fine..Saini Hyundai Kalikapur team extended fantastic service... I personally liked their behaviour and servicing skills. I wish them all success.

My ac was serviced for better cooling but now the ac is performing worse with 15 minutes of alternate on and off periods. The service person Sanjay Haldar was very courteous but my job was not done properly although the billed amount was more than 50k. This was my first visit to the workshop. I may not visit it again.
