Poor services. Just a good looking infrastructure with bad services. I had been a sincere longtime customer for its stadel branch, and on the same goodwill I went for a hair cut for the 1st time here and it had been a disappointing experience. They charged me 850 and trust me it wasnt worth even a rs 150. My hair cut if it can at all be called so took less than 10 mins will no set. Just a razor cut which xan easily be done by running the scissors across the length. Surprisingly the stadel branch is equally very good. They ensure customer satisfaction unlike this silver spring branch who even didnt tried to understand reason for my disappointment even after receiving my poor feedback on customer front desk. Overall, not recommended. Better choose stadel branch for value to your hard earned money.

I was made at home by the staff and I had my hair washed upstairs in the most comfortable washing chairs! Everyone was very welcoming. Subir took his time to explain to me what my hair needs, he trimmed my hair and did my brushing. He did a very good job and the brushing with waviness was perfect.I was so happy with the end results and they are best hair salon in kolkata.
