I dont received a fresh condition product. Full of scratches from the day it was delivered. The installation of side arms are not perfect.

We had visited Damro Hiland Park Showroom few days ago and we had ordered 2 bedroom set, one dining set and one sofa set. Executives there were very good in briefing us about the product details. Delivered on time and we were really happy with the product, service and staff behavior at the time of delivery and installation.We are really impressed by the quality and it is worth for price and these furnitures give a classic look to our appartment. Were planning to purchase more furniture for our newly constructed apartment and even I will recommend to friends and relatives.❤️

There was some technical fault after purchase of one Executive Chair but I appreciate their service. They sent their technicians twice or thrice and replaced the part(Seat) immediately.

Very bad experience regarding delivery of items.Delivery person just makes us confused about the time of delivery. Its really very annoying for working couple as we are not always at home. I have wasted one of my leave for such nuisanse but till not getting the items.

The furnitures are good. Have bought a few. Beautiful design. Only downside is they dont have a parking space. So if you have a car then finding a parking on that busy road would be a big challenge for you as there are rickshaw stand wholl not let you park your car at any cost. So careful.

Last 5years from damro I am using different furnitures like bedroom suite, sofa sets, dinning table. Few days back during 20years celebration again booked furniture. From Highland Park showroom both the fellow Mr Sanjoy & Debarata always keep in touch during booking, delivery, installation. They always sent product on time, Also they are communicate with customer right way. Their support very much usefull for us. Delivery & installation always on time.Apart from other class of wooden item if we choose engineering wood. No other company we compare with damro, because it totally different & best in West Bengal, I think all should go for it.

Product is high price compare to market. Misguided by sales person just to sell product, next day only requested for replacement with other product as its not serve my purpose. Refused to take any replacement request in next day. My first experience is very poor.

This showroom has an extensive collection of modern furniture . Most staff out there are pretty service oriented and seems well trained to cater to your furnishing requirements. The showroom itself is located conveniently off EM Byepass and quite visible from the Byepass. They can also customize the furniture as per your unique request based on room size,etc.

Bought my study table, computer table and shoe rack from there. Works like a charm. Good looks too.

I had purchased one single seater sofa n a coffee table on 28th September this year...The coffee table is not yet ready for use..I am continuously calling the Damro Highland Park showroom authorities for fixing a date....till today after one month of delivery the coffee table remains uninstalled

Worst store management.1.ordered item on 10th October proposed delivery date 6th November2. Enquired about status after 15days3. No information of order on call4. No call back received5. On 1st November still asking 14more days 20th November. No customer service.6. Poor store management

Very limited collection, I went there couple of weeks ago for a center table, and they have very few items like that and whenever I asked them about more they said i should look at their website. So whoever want to visit there, first visit their website and finalize from there, otherwise it will be just waste of time

Defective furniture delivered and no replacement or no refund yet.I have purchased five furniture items on 18-Jun-2015 from DAMRO Furniture Pvt Ltd. Billing amount: Rs. 85K Among all items one sofa set and one 6 seater dining set have manufacturing defects. I contacted several times with the sales persons and managers of the showroom. They replaced the sofa after 2 months but still new delivered sofa has manufacturing defects.THEY ARE FAMOUS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DELIVERY. STRONGLY RECOMMANDED NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Booked a service to assemble the furniture, the owner/manager was very rude and needed pictures of furniture as I was claiming the service for free (which I was not)Later I cancelled the service (for which I had already paid 350/-) but now they are not ready to refund it. Shameful !
