Good spacious OnePlus showroom with Service center on 1st floor... Went there to replace my Bullets Wireless Z earphones... It wasnt much crowded but people there were slow... They were nearly 15 people before me in queue... But it took almost 1.5-2hrs to just talk to the customer care staff... I went in at 12:30PM and came out at 3PM, So you can get the idea of how much time they take.... In the end I got my earphones replaced with a brand new earphones and it was a nice experience... The staff was also talking nicely... Just keep in mind if you are going there, you need to have some free time or your work might not be done

The worst customer care Ive ever witnessed.The person in charge Mr. Sanjiv Roy was not even answering to the problems neither he took an initiative to reply.They had a very lame excuse for shutting down the customer desk, on a first day of the week, they have been using an excuse of rain as an example to shut their store till Wednesday.No prior information was mentioned on the website neither they were picking up the phone. Ive called them so many times since Saturday but had no response.The sales department was open all day, but due to rain service center should remain close.This is what the Head Incharge Mr. Biswajit Sharma has asked there employees to answer.

The service was really good. I got my product replaced without any hassle. It took some time, but as I understand, there was a inventory shortage. The staff members are very courteous and polite. Writing this review after approximately 3 weeks.I am very much DISSATISFIED with their service. Never had such a NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE with any brand or service centre previously.GOOD --- Replaced screen and back panel within warranty (no charges and no annoying questions asked.), some of their employees are co-operative and even delivered my phone to my home after repair.BAD --- unprofessional, irresponsible technicians, technicians/engineers misbehaves when their mistakes are pointed out, they took 1 month to repair my phone. The service centre never picks up their landline phone. Technicians do not care about your phone or your experience they just want to get the job done as quickly as possible.MY EXPERIENCE IN DETAILS ---My Device: OnePlus Nord, Grey Onyx, 8GB RAM. Purchased on 30/10/2020.First problem faced on 25th July, 2021: the screen went black, but, haptics, sounds and vibration were working.Submitted my phone to Park Street service centre, Kolkata. They mentioned in job sheet, the repair would take 10/15 days, but they repaired my device after exactly 21 days. I visited the service centre for device pickup on 17th August, 2021. When they handed me over my device, I noticed that the Rear Camera Module is not in its place, all the 4 lenses are slightly shifted to one side of the phone. They looked into the matter and tried to repair it, but failed to do so, I also pointed out that the wide angle lens was unable to focus. So, they replaced the rear camera module entirely. Then they glued the Back Glass in place after 2 to 3 trials, after that I pointed out that there are lots of dust and dirt inside the rear camera module and the rear flash. So, they said they had to change the entire back glass to get rid of the issue. I told them that I have already wasted more than 3 hours at their service centre only to point out their series of mistakes, and I couldnt wait any longer. So, they told me that they will deliver my device at my home next day. They delivered my device at my home next day on 18th August. The phone seemed all right at the time of delivery. But, within about 12 hours I realised there are several issues with the device; as follows: there is a black spot on the inside surface of the back glass (picture attached), the alert slider seems really tight and jammed, battery drain has increased significantly compared to before repair.I again contacted a person in the service centre via whatsapp on 19th August 2021, shared images of the black spot and described other issues. That person requested me again submit my phone to their service centre. I submitted phone again to them on 20th August. They have told me that they will change the battery and the back cover. And they will deliver it to me after 2 to 3 days.The phone was delivered to me after 3 days, seems to work properly till now, battery backup seems to have increased a lot, also there are no black spots on the back glass. HOWEVER, there were few minor scratches on the screen on the day of delivery itself, I repeatedly asked them to take care of the screen, so that it does not get scratched, but, it seems THEY DID NOT LISTED TO ME EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS. By the time (approx. after 1 month) I was too tired to again send my phone to service centre, because I had no faith in them, I had to digest those few scratches anyway.OVERALL, I am extremely dissatisfied with oneplus and their services.

Worst service they are not even helpful security was trying to manipulate not to get a token no when I reached there at 4 pm although service center opens till 7:30 pm and he said come tomorrow 11 there will be no token and no waiting time ...I go there after 3 days for replacement of my headphones from the day of submission they said no one called you come later.in other earphone service center they give you immediately then I argue with them then they gave me...the fact is they dont want to give or replace so easily trying to harass in every possible way...

Terribly disappointed with the customer service. the guy didnt even looked at the phone and said Screen change korte hobe, kal aana. Coming from Bangalore, there is a very noticeable difference in how people operate here and slow things down which doesnt even require much time. I am not sure if its the culture or people are downright lazy. Wherever you go, the general tendency is to delay or defer things. Thats our dude, behind the counter. Wish his efforts were as shiny as the wall behind him reflecting me in the background!!

The staff is not bothered as much into serving you with minimal social distancing norms followed. Time to replace a screen or for any minor fixes is 25 days minimum as of 19th August

Situated on the main road of park street, its a bit tough to get a parking if you have a self driven car. Its better to take a cab and go. Its open from 10:30 a.m-6 p.m.These service center is situated on the first floor and is a bit short on space.They are maintaining all precautions during this pandemic. Temperature check on entry and hand sanitizer is provided. The ground floor has all their products on display.

The phone number mentioned on the Google page came engaged throughout the day. And the timing mentioned is till 7.30However I reached there by around 6:50 and was told that the last coupons given are by 5pm. No mention of this anywhere. When enquired about the phone number, they said the landline number doesnt work anymore and its a mobile number. And they said they cant help me today, Ill have to come another day, submit my phone for 10 days and collect later.Absolute pathetic service.

The worst customer care service experience. All the customer care representative are irresponsible and very much unprofessional. They always shows a negative attitude to the customers. I wish one plus should open some more customer care center in west Bengal. Anyhow, i am done with oneplus. at the time of buying their product they shows so much supportive attitude but in case of services (when its in warranty) they come up with their real faces. The only reason one plus cannot beat Samsung is for their customer care services,

Excellent store with very helpful and cordial staff. Special mention goes to Mr. Prosenjit & Mr. Soumyajit who were very helpful to get the right Oneplus for myself. They were able to answer all my queries. It is a highly recommended Oneplus store.

My 9R back pannel is broken & I went there to replace it .One of the security at the Mobile Servicing area trying to misleading me saying that it will take atleast 15-20 days and also there is no assurance. Although I change my back pannel within that day by other staff. I think they need to develop the policy for coustomer handling. Otherwise experience is good.

One of the worst service centre and store.I went for a replacement of my earphones which was under warranty...they asked me to cone next day and pick up my replacement...but they denied when i reached the next day and asked ne to come when they will call....they never pick up calls and giving late replies in whatsapp its the 5th day of waiting for my replacement...still they are out of stock and when asked they said our stock is out for delivery dont know when it will reach us...The staffs are very immature and unproffesional just harass the customers coming for service...

Toady I visited this Centre and one lady staff was there who is operating a counter she don’t have a knowledge how to speak with a customer as I have also faced this issue also I saw she talks very in very rude behavior. Please try to rectify your staffs behavior.

Hi Team,The OnePlus store in Park Street, Kolkata is not really good enough.Reason-1. Wait time is too long, I came at 1:30 and I had to wait until 4:20 PM to get my chance to show problem.2. There is no sitting arrangements, I was just standing in the waiting area from 1:30 to 4 PM and then I got a chance to sit in the waiting area.3. The agents in OnePlus are not professional. As a customer I went there, was sitting in waiting area. The guy in counter number 3 is asking from his seat that what is the issue and the way of the things like, I am his friend or someone from his house. I went there to get help, not make relationship.4. Security guard was not professional as well. The sitting area near counters, there is no place. Still he wants me to sit there, where I told him, its crowded and in this COVID situation, I dont want to stand here in crowd, still he was telling - I told you na to seat here.5. Also, the OnePlus stuffs are not wearing mask properly. Sometimes, they are wearing sometime removing. No social distancing is maintained by OnePlus stuffs.I have been to other service center in Bangalore, those are not like this. They are pretty good. I wish, I could give 0.@OnePlus Team,Please take care of these things for OnePlus Service Center ParkStreet, Kolkata.

I went to the service center a week ago...I was late and had to wait ..but thats ok even after standing for an hour without having a place to sit,I went upstairs and told about my oneplus 7ts problem..My camera was blurred due to dust particles accomodated inside the camera lens ..since I am not good in such things I visited the service center just to be safe,my phone was out of warranty, yes but that doesnt mean they will make pathetic excuses sayingSir your phones battery is swollen and he said I had to change the backplate including the battery bcoz the dust were were accomodating inside the camera lens bcoz of the battery..I am even not from kolkata I visited there just to fix my phone and other work as well ...Finally I decided to clean it myself despite of the bigger risks I opened it and found that there is no swelling in the battery..Really cant expect this from oneplus ! Really bad service (The guy who told me had fluffy hair and he sits at the left side and he actually went to the guy who fixes phones and he sits at the right end) I am sure they were talking about that we shouldnt fix this as this is out of warranty..Really oneplus cant expect this ..worst service center all they care is how to make money and fool people..

Very poor service, they make you stand for long long hours only to get your phone submit for at least 15 to 20 days, after that they will call you and explain huge damaged in your phone and asked for near about original phone cost.

Its been more than 18 days they are still repairing one plus 8t . Only back glass has been broken and they dont even pickup the calls also . Very bad service and very unprofessional staffs specially the one who submit everyones phone and accessories.@oneplusindia you really need to look after your service centers in kolkata and need to train your staffs.

The worst service center they doesnt pick up the call and I applied for a door step repair service but I havent received my product yet and when I call this service center, no one receives the phone and no one connects the phone. I applied for door step repair service on 19th July and took the product from me that day butt today is 20th august yet and I have not received my product yet.its Running 32 days...

Visited this place yesterday and I hate the experience. I recently got One Plus Nord CE, but the Alexa Hands free option was not working properly, so went there to check the feature.But, surprisingly they informed me to use Alexa Hands free, I need have another Alexa device in my home, then my phone will take the command for Alexa and my phone only have Google Assistant and not in-built Alexa.After returning I again checked the features for this phone,which clearly mentions that the Nord CE has in-built Alexa for hands free experience.Now my question is what kind of staff One Plus store is having who them selves doesnt know the features of thier products and that too of such a simple feature of their latest launch.And they are also misguiding the customer.So, before going to the store kindly get to know ur phones all the features by yourself.

The worst service center I have ever visited. They have no time sence. its open for only one hour in the morning and they mentioned the time 11-02 which is totally wrong.

I raised a service request and booked an appointment with OnePlus service center park street. I came to the kolkata park street Service Center at 1.45, the app said come between 12-2 and generate a token when you get there. The executive was super rude and said we accept only 30 customers a day, and token generation is manual not online. Not expected from a tech company like OnePlus

Absolutely pleased with the service. Very fast service with good communication. The staffs are so nice as theyre ready to help you every time you have any issues. The behaviour of the staff is very polite and they speak in a well manner with the customer. And one more thing you will get every oneplus device OnePlus TV and other OnePlus assesories(original) here.
