This review is not about the quality of tests/diagnostics services provided by Thyrocare, but about the quality of the home testing service. I had booked an appointment for full body testing at 10am in the morning and was fasting for the same, however, the company staff who was supposed to be coming on time came in 30 mins late. All this while, he kept saying “i will be there in 5 mins” in multiple instances. Its not about coming in late, but about conveying the right message to customer about the delay. If you are coming in 30 mins late, you should say so. 5min commitments becoming 30 min is absolutely frustrating. Such a service from a famed brand!
