Decent hospitality, comfortable rooms, excellent food is how I would sum up the experience.The food ordered in suite was excellent; the Breakfast Menu seemed to be lacking in variety but whatever was there & of which whatever we did partake was definitely good. Staff at Blue Lotus deserve a special mention for their service.

Food is super delicious and tasty... Breakfast has wide variety, thank you Blue Lotus, my favourite are muffins and chicken sausage... 1) They throw too many policies at you.But when there is a politicians event or lodging at the hotel.....all their policies, rules and regulations go directly out of the window. So basically, policies and rules are for the hardworking, hard-earned moneyed people.2) The staff is not trained to be intuitive enough to understand guests. They dont understand how to treat a senior citizen and how to handle a teenager. And I am not mentioning about talking to then. Am talking about their actions that they need to have.3) Inspite of charging high, they are misers in giving basic facilities.

Awesome hotel as per amenities, I faced little issue regarding service I need to go in person down to reception for placing my Dinner order, at 8.55 PM no one answers my call including Duty manager and emergency too. As 9 PM is the deadline for Dinner order.Overall I am enjoying my stay. Sayaji I expect the service and standards what I get from their flagship property in Indore. Its cool .

Laundry service was excellent and on time. . The House keeping service was awesome .service of Nagesh from house keeping was really impressive. I will give six star to his service. Sahil also did a good job.

This is second time in last 2 years i have stayed in this hotel. The property is neat, clean and professionally well maintained. The rooms and ambjence is excellent. I am a fan of Sayaji hotels for their excellent service and high class facilities, and stayed at Sayaji in almost all locations where they have a hotel. Overall experience was geeat as usual. Enjoyed roof top restaurant - Barbeque Nation. The food and service was awsome.Only one area of concern was the morning breakfast, although the spread was reasonable, the taste was pretty average. Nice safe and hygenic place and great ambience particularly roof top restaurant.

Well maintained even during covid time. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Hotel premises and rooms are very well maintained. Plenty of parking available. Food at the restaurant is also excellent. Breakfast spreads are decent and there is enough space to keep distance from other customers. Also has an attached pvr and shoppers Stop which should be functional after the lockdown.

This place have very nice ambience and very qualified staff with great service. Were here for having barbeque food. And the food was just awesome. It costs ₹1000 per person for non vegetarian and ₹800 for vegetarian. And also they give some special discounts on specific days and timings. Make advance bookings so that it would be helpful to get offers , etc.

Visited barbeque nation it was good but just like one time visit place.

The ambiance was so good and the services,rooms,food quality is so good.The Victoria banquets is so big where you can plan wedding, conference and so many big event.There are more than 100+ lavish rooms in the entire hotel. It has also guest room for drivers. And the parking lot is huge.

Decent place. It seems to be coming of age though. The campus is great, nice place to take a stroll. Plus the mall nearby with a food court helps with meal options. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of options.

One of the premium ones in Kolhapur it seems. Ordinary breakfast. Cordial staff. Bed was clean but not comfy, like you could feel the spring of the mattress hitting your body. Toilet was smelling bad though cleaned. And the parking is not covered. Overall an ok experience. Value for money- :(

A lovely hotel with very good amenities, helpful staff and hygienic and spacious rooms.The food in Moon Cafe is really good. We tried the local chicken masala thali as well some continental food like pasta and salad. Both were really well done.They have many options of the crafted beer they serve.Kolhapur as a city seems to have changed a lot in the last 15-20 years.The evening eating out, meetings friends for drinks has become a very common scene.The hotel seems to have planned and taken up on that wave.The breakfast was a ok spread. The toaster isnt working for a few days. No other arrangements have been made.I would not eat in, if there were plans to eat local food outside.

The rooms were good but not great , like yeah if you wanna enjoy the view of city lights & the hills around the city kinda view .... Go ahead , but at the same or even slightly cheaper price you get a better ambiance & eminities at some of the other hotels at kolhapur , the breakfast buffet did cheer me up though , the food available at the room service was decent & a tad bit expensive , hotel does offer pool & gym fecilities , those are real good but shut down coz of covid .

Was alloted a smoking room without asking while travelling with family and Bed n cushions were smelling of cigarettes even in a non smoking room. Very dissappointed. The room was however spacious and well laid out for business travel.

Stayed here for 3 Noghts, The experience was just outstanding.1) Very Well connected to Pune Bangalore Highway and close to city center.2) Staff is Extremely good and courteous Special Mention about the crew of team who are gems of this hotel Bapu, Nitesh from front office, Both Vishal and Aniket and Pravin from the restaurant.3) Buffet is just fantastic with large varieties and good taste.4) Rooms are extremely spacious and superb view of the entire city from the rooms.5) Swimming pool, Gym and Steam Bath every thing is very very well.maintained.Would love to stay here again and again

Went here for breakfast buffet and it was nice. Good spread and good quality. Friendly staff though quite chaotic, maybe due to short manpower (as communicated by the attendent). Asked for a masala dosa which they forgot. Rest was a good experience.

Deserved 4 star for a 4 star hotel. I will explain it point wise. So lets start.The entrance from the public road to the drop off, the hotel makes a grand impression and 10 on 10 for that. You are well received and you really feel like you have arrived. You are offered valet parking. Once in, there was this first problem you dont know where is the reception. I had to ask the lady at the Moon Tree restaurant to guide me to the reception. The check in process was smooth and quick.Once up on the 5th floor, the interiors are easy on the eyes and with nicely complemented vibrant floor carpet.The executive room were right sized. Large toilet area, good shower area. Our room was facing the city which gave a nice view of the city skyline and greens.Along with big soft king sized bed, they provided a small sitting area. A ‘L’ shaped desk for working. TV, wardrobes, side tables were part of the furniture and entertainment factor.Beware while ordering food in the room. Its just too costly. TEA is the worst thing at Sayaji Kolhapur. They dont know how to prepare a nice simple cup of tea.
