It was nice all the people there were friendly.But it can still develop. The parking area of employs shoud be proper and there should be a shade for parking cars n bikes of customers n employs. The area inside is clean but with that the surrounding should be clean n theri should be a lawn in front of showroom n different show plants etc.

I am sharing the showroom review only. I am not aware about the Service center.I had been here to see the RediGO car. The test drive car is nice in condition and they took us even off-road to take the test drive. The sales person was also descent and explained features really nice.

Shocked after visit. Was not expected such a poor service from Nissan. Very disappointed. Have to serious to give service as expected from big Nissan. Cant expect any changes as seen before. Wat to say more god bless Nissan.

BAD..BAD, very bad services by SMG Nissan Kolhapur. Yesterday on 25th March 2019, I was went to SMG Nissan Kolhapur, for oil changing and other suspension work. But they couldnt address my problems, due to unavailabilty of workshop technician. you can think, the car is coming for services 150 km away form Kolhapur, and the officer saying that we dont have man power to work on your car. This is really shameful and worst thing about their services and management skill. Even the trial officer had a trail of my car and said one sentence that your car work is not possible. Its his responsibility that make customer understand why work is not possible and all that. Nissan brand is world class brand. I really appreciate the quality of Nissan. But this poor management by workshop staff, will lead to shutdown the Nissan outlet at Kolhapur just like Sangli outlet. Really I am leading now to sell my Nissan car. Hats off Nissan management Kolhapur.

Become close service centre of SMG Nissan. Please clarify where we can get service.

Everyone i visited the showroom for service i had complaints.. everyone i visit there is some new guy whose handling my car. So he doesnt know how much time i have visited the showroom for same problem .. But the problem is not solved even after paying them.So totally worst showroom service is this...I dont like i can say boldly...but i love nissan brand

Nissan showroom has moved from this place but there is one other Mahindra care center which will do servicing of all types of car
