Location was very serene and gives a unique experience staying in middle of lush green farm. People were very warm and friendly. Took utmost care and precaution considering COVID situation. Very good place to go with family. Food was great too.Anyone seeking a quite time away from city and crowd, this a very good option to rejuvenate!

One of the cosiest places ive ever visited. I visited this place during the pandemic, this place takes all the precautions and safety measures. The food is very delicious. Highly recommended for Family outings. The service provided is top class. A constant connection with Nature. Would love to visit this place again.

We were visiting India from USA and stayed twice at the Heritage Resort. Nice cottages with lush green surroudings. Rooms were very clean, food was fresh and delicious, and staff is very warm and friendly. Mornings were beautiful to walk among fruit trees, and we even got to see peacocks. Will certainly visit again.

Personalised service in a five star ambience. Had the most serene and peaceful stay. Lots of activities and action also there for those interested. Abs loved the food too.

Its a home away from home. Warm and friendly people, delicious kolhapuri food and warm cosy rooms. We visited in Nov 2020 during the ongoing pandemic. Extreme care and precautions taken for the guests as well as their staff. A must visit place for a weekend getaway or a small diversion on your way to further south.

Food, house keeping, ambience, hospitality everything is excellent. Its in natures lap and you get mental peace and total satisfaction here. Its value for money. Must visit place.

A chance visit to Heritage Resort Kolhapur en route to Goa. Stopped there for a break and had the most yummy traditional cuisine of jhunka Bhakar, bhareli vangi , dal and rice accompanied by thecha n fried chillies n buttermilk and on our return too gorged on awesome Missal pav .Its an Absolutely lush green n serene space where one can find solace and peace amongst the lovely plantations of fruits and veges.Would love to come back for a couple of days stay and just sit back and enjoy leisure time amidst the flora and fauna and make the most of the peace and tranquility there.PS : an added bonus is that its Pet friendly too😇

Heritage Resort is a lush green, pet friendly resort. The place is around 1.2 Kms off Kolhapur-Mumbai Highway which makes it a perfect stopover for people on long road trips.We checked in Heritage Resort on 17th Oct 2020 with our Husky who was overjoyed to see the open spaces and gardens for him to run around. The place is surrounded by Sugarcane fields and has beautiful landscape including Chiku trees across the property.The rooms were neat and clean with extremely responsive and efficient room service. Entire property has a very earthy look from the outside because of the use of red stone and comfortable cane furniture inside the cottages. Every cottage has a sit out area for the guests to enjoy their evening tea or coffee.The place was closed because of pandemic from March 2020 and has been opened for gusts recently because of which their restaurant is not functional. The food was prepared separately for us as per our order and was delicious. Overall a wonderful place to visit with family and your furry companion.

The place is just on the border of Maharashtra and Karnataka. The resort has been planned well but the rooms are not up to the mark and the bathrooms were not that clean. They have lots of greanery all around with lots of trees and plants. The best part is that they allow pets. The breakfast buffet was mediocre.

Beautiful place located àmidst fields yet close to highway. Rooms/Cottages are spacious with traditional touch. Property is well maintained with lawns and gardens. Each cottage has private sit out for spending leisure time. Restaurant is also good. Has separate big multi-purpose hall as well as small conference rooms. Good venue for weekend family getaway as well as corporate getaways.

Had a super time at heritage, as cottages are socially distanced our fear of Covid was no more, staff also followed guidelines of safety measures and food is awesome , will definitely recommend and come back as easy access to highway too 👍🏻

A nice place on the Border of Karnataka Maharashtra, Nr Nipani.Isolated Place , nicely done with natural set up, with lots of fruit bearing trees, surrounded by sugarcane farms.Cottages are nice, need extra mantainace.With Good service.Rates are on quite higher side, as compared to facilitate and complementary breakfast served.Good food is served in the restaurantOver all like the abeyance.Quite place to relax.

A quiet place, away from the rush of city, you can relax and unwind amidst the calm and cool ambience. You get very close to nature and that itself is very relaxing and rejuvenating. A number of activities to do, and simple yet delicious food, great taste and you feel like home away from home.

One of the most beautiful resort I have ever visited. Ambiance environment food everything is just great here. Talking about Ambience entire resort is made from the red rock which gives any unique feel well having food. It is a Veg Non Veg Restaurant serving both the food at the best quality. My personal favourite non veg dish here chicken crispy we almost ordered 5 to 6 plates of chicken crispy because it was so delicious. Morning breakfast is also good. There is also a resort facility that is you can stay here by renting cottages and also a swimming pool is available for the residents. Resort have a huge parking space where you can park your vehicles and they are always under surveillance. Talking about cost that will cost you failure medium range. Its not actually too high or too low. And yes also provides some extra features like conference rooms etc. The table arrangement is made from a round Rock table surrounded by rocks chairs.

The Heritage Resort on the highway to Mumbai will automatically put you at ease with its well maintained grounds and warm red stoned cottages with verandahs. A pet friendly resort the cottage had AC, Mini fridge, hot water, tea/coffee, fan, double bed, a closet, TV, centre table, towels, soap, shampoo, mosquito repellent, study table and chair. The verandah has seating for 2 people. The resort has a swimming pool, badminton court, childrens play area, bar, restaurant. It has a bunglow also for large group staying together. The food menu is extensive with local delicacies, north Indian, Chinese and continental cuisines. Room service is available. Its a good choice for those who enjoy greenery, like to watch birds and just unwind.

The place is nice but rooms and cottages are very basic and price is high as compared to rooms they provide. They have swimming pool and restaurant facility. Cleanliness is all around the place but the blankets and bedsheets are too old and some of them were damaged. The sleeping mattress are not that comfortable. The place is full of peace and greenery. Food quality is fine.

Decent place made up of famous Chira bricks. The place has a gim and swimming pool. The nearest city’s are kolhapur(bigger one) and Nipani. It could have been more cleaner.

The only decent pet friendly place we could find on our way to Mangalore

This resort far exceeded our expectations. We had an awesome experience. Right from the rooms to the resort staff, there is nothing I would want to complain about. We highly recommend this place! Definitely thumps to this holiday space :)

Extremely well managed hotel.Best If you stay for one day. Swimming pool,gym,play zone which contains table tennis carrom board and chess board. Also a multipurpose court on which you can play cricket lawn tennis and badminton.
