Fast service and reasonable Vhehical loan interest

What can you expect from SBI.- Bunch of rude people who work in slow motion.- People take leaves to come here just to deposit cash as there are queues longer than 500m.- Some poor people from village who do not have any idea that this is a bad service stand in queue for whole day sometimes.- I had been charge 1000rs once for printing 6 months account statement from them. I followed up till higher management in Mumbai for more than 6 months, then I got the refund.

Worst customer service... when you call no one picks the phone... ridiculous people... dnt know why they are doing this job... this is the reason why India is lagging behind....

There is a very poor quality of service. And customer service does not provide good service. No doubt you will not be terminated at this bank

Always have to wait a lot for banking service but nice arrangement of seating, with cushion chair and AC.

Good Service

The customer service team doesnt even receive calls. Banking is such an important factor of ones life. If the banks wont be responsible and at least answer the customers calls, its more pissing off. Also, the employees make false commitments. They should know that its real money and not monopoly where we can afford to give up on timelines.

Very slow

Fully air conditioned. You will not feel tired while waiting.No line for transactions, you have to take token & wait for your turn.
