Not very good. Ok for couple of hours

A total waste of money. The hotel is stated as business hotel, however should be graded below than a street lodge. A cup of tea takes about 30 mins to get to you. This is not all, my booking included breakfast plan with it, however, in the morning when I enquired about the breakfast, the man at the reception said, it will be chargeable. I said it has been included in my plan, he said just give few minutes, will get back to you. But he didnt get back to me even after an hour. I had to catch my bus, so I just took my bag and went to reception for check out. The man at the reception just took the key and not even uttered a single word and I simply just came out.

A good place to stay in Kolhapur which is just a 9 min walk from the Kolhapur Central Bus Stand. Their Deluxe Non AC are charged at ₹1000 if you book on the spot. But an online booking from goibibo or any other website will cost you around 800-850. Their rooms are cozy. Interiors are classy. Comfortable beds. They also have a closet and a table in each room. Unmarried couples and bachelors are allowed only if they provide valid ID proofs.

It was a good experience for a night. good staff, good food recommendations. service was excellent. interior was also good. didnt provide sufficient blankets.

It is a Business Hotel but lacks amenities for a Business Travel.Rooms are literally too small. Washroom upkeep not upto the mark. Beds, pillows shabby, even free to air channel were not available on the TV, breakfast was available in our plan and we were served breakfast which was brought from a nearby restaurant and that too with only a couple of options, hotel had prompted for a web checkin however inspite of completing this web checkin formality well in advance reception didnt had any details of the booking, behaviour of Manager who was available at the reception was very pathetic. Not recommended for corporate bookings.

The hotel is at a Central location. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. The parking is also ample. They also provide buffet breakfast. The staff also was helpful and cooperative. Really a good hotel that is up to the mark as its Name. It is indeed a good business hotel. And is really value for money.

Good if you get cheaper deal around 1000/night. Which I got from MMT App.Hotel & rooms are neat and clean. Hotel is slightly inside from main road. Breakfast starts from 8 am. I personally recommend it should start from 7 am. Staff if polite and helpful.

Continue leakage in washroom, room was ok, bed was uncomfortable, two lights were not working. I booked it for 800 per day for two days 1600, so its not worth more than that.

Ive been to many hotels within and outside India, but considering the price, this hotel takes the cake. Super low price and amazing service, add to it a decent breakfast and tasty dinner this ones simply awesome. Super careless staff ive seen ever. The room was dirty.. the sheets were rearranged after the previous guests check out.. the hair on pillows and dirt all over the sheets, floor, cupboards, windows and curtains. AC was not working at all.. Once we switched on the fan, the dust was floating all over the room. No towels were provided, no eater was provided. When we asked to change the sheets and clean the room, they simple denied and were rude. No hospitality etiquette at all.. overall had a very bad experience. Pls dont go here!

Very Good Property but pathetic service.I asked for drinking water at 7am but got it at almost 9 am.. That too after various follow up.. Staff is not that coordinating... Various facilities was not available such as tea making machine etc...Food too is not that testy... Everything served is cold.. Tea coffee too are not hot....

Lack of cleanliness. Dirty bed linen. When asked to replace they replaced it with another torned and dirty linen. Dirty washroom. Atleast staff was polite. Location is good. Room windows opened easily and didnt have any safety grill. Its quite unsafe for child specially on 3rd floor.

The hotels location and rooms are very nice, but the service quality and amenities provided are the worst. I had booked a room  which was 180 sqft but I was allotted a smaller room (smallest I could say) which was around 120sqft.  Later when I entered the room the room was untidy (not properly cleaned) also they had not provided Bath towel, soaps, and even I had to ask for the bathroom mat to wipe my feet, seriously ??? The wifi was not working, the speed was so slow that it coludnt even load a video. Wow ! and they call themselves a business hotel, Excellent !!!!! The hotel manager was not willing to provide any good service to the customers. They didnt even moved an inch to sort the things out. I suppose this was my worst experience ever with any Hotel.

The hotel has a sleek appearance and initial impression, but eventually gives of the vibe of being insufficiently maintained, having lack of staff and sluggish room service. The rooms were not broomed enough and finally, the A/C failed during midnight and all the staff could do was to replace the remote with another one.The reception was cooperative however, and the free breakfast, although not varied, was decent. Giving it 3 stars since I got it at a steal price.

Worst hotel i stayed for a long long time. I ordered Curd rice for that they have charged 170Rs and i am not able to eat it is not in an eatble condition and 2nd day they have not give towel only for bathing such kind of service they are giving and Employees over there beg to give fivestar rating to get Customers. Bathroom were smelly and did not even have soap, or towel to dry your hands. Toilet paper ws missing.6. Rooms are painted dark grey and black. Extremely gloomy. Lenin was not clean. Remotes were missing.7. Morning breakfast is avoidable.8. Staff is helpful.9. Ambabai mandir is close by. Rickshaw ride to mandir is 60rs.10. Food preparation is very slow, in fact you might be told by staff to walk to nearby restaurants to get food.

Bed sheets and blankets had red spots, the room was stinking and in 30 minutes after entering the room water got logged in the room. The pillow covers had turned yellow and the whole room was stinking and on top of that the floor was sticky. The Bathroom - there were lots of yellow spots had occurred on both toilets and sink.On top of this the service and behavior of the staff was pathetic and had to call them several times and even after that they only managed to change the blanket cover.Dont let the look of this place fool you. The establishment is good but they have not maintained it at all leading to all the above stuff.
