Staying is very good and comfortable. Rooms are lavish. Restaurant and bar also available. Food taste is good and quantity also ample. Common space or corridor is smelling a lot in 5th floor. Food price is high. Otherwise nice place to stay..

Third class rooms, service and charging exorbitantly. Room was ill maintained, lacks basic amenities, unclean. No buffet breakfast, just give some snacks like item in room. Gave lower type room than what I booked online.

- Room is good and value for money- Open parking only available- I chose this hotel because it was offering gym. But I was shocked to see its condition in real. None of the equipments were working. Perfect place to stay in Kolhapur.About 10 mins walk from the railway station and 2 mins drive, Citrus lives up to its standard.Rooms were spacious and clean.Food was finger licking good, buffet offered a variety of cuisines to choose from.Staff was courteous and prompt with all our requests.Would recommend to anyone visiting Kolhapur.

They can make some do-over on the interiors, for example installing a bigger TV and hosting matches footbal/cricket. Its an old hotel which was previously run by Rayson group and by Citrus group. Rooms are small and food is just average, there is lot of area from improvement like beds are old and not of great quality. Food quality also needs to be improved. Service is good. Above all they should work on the above mentioned areas for a better stay experience.

This is actually a post-lockdown review. Unfortunately they havent taken efforts to stand up after the seven months lockdown , property and all might look clean but actually is not ! Very less number of staff , less variety for breakfast , and the most disturbing - unclean, muddy water for shower ! This literally spoils your day ! Intercom was non functional.Cable TV, has very limited channels, also it was not functional during my stay on the second day.very costly hotel but food is excellent although costly.Breakfast is excellent.

Citrus has Perished.Took a stopover at Kolhapur after a good trip from Dandeli and didnt wanted to spoil good mood so relied on a brand, CITRUS.Firstly at Goibibo Website, Premier Room Showed room size as 400 sqft and Deluxe Room showed 196 sqft. Being a group of 3 we choosed Premier Room by paying more. To our surprise the room alloted was not more than 225 sqft when asked front desk guy he blamed it to sales team. Later manager offered us another room at 10:30 pm but again it was not more than 250 sqft so we refused to change.Additional bed provided seems to be very old and lined provided was torn. Even the mattress was very bad due to which i was not able to sleep.Service during the breakfast was even bad, when asked to pass on mileshake while having breakfast, was told to take by myself.They had card placed on table saying call 111 for all your request centrally, when called say say it’s only for Kitchen, call reception for house keeping request.Never had such a pathetic expereince

Had visited Kolhapur for the first time some time ago and stayed at this hotel as part of a group. I have to say that it was a very pleasant experience.The rooms were clean and well maintained, very comfortable actually. More than I would have expected. The food was good and the service, especially for the hall we used for our function, was exemplary.It has been after quite some time that I am writing this review, but it really serves to illustrate the good impression that the hotel left on me. Very nice property at a very good location. Staffs are very polite and professional.The cleanliness is very good. The experience right from checking in till Check out was very good. I liked the taste of the food in their restaurant. Good breakfast spread. I would like to thank Prakash at restaurant who really made our stay very pleasant by his suggestions and taking great care. He arranged food for my mother as she was having fast. I will recommend this property if you are in Kohlapur. Hospitality is awesome.

Perfectly hospitable staff. Arrived at well past mid-night and they were able to help us check in briskly and serve a good meal within no time. The rooms were cosy and spacious, the staff courteous and food flavourful. All in all had a pretty good experience through my fly by night stay with them.

This stay was at RK premium lodge just opposite Hotel New Uday Bhavan in Belgaum. It is at present on the ground floor of an under construction site but the lodge is well serviced. Value for money at a very economical rate.

Hotel is nice .. the room is clean and the restaurant serves good food .. i was on my way from Kerala to Mumbai and had to stop over at Kolhapur.. so after searching on Google i decided to check this place out before confirming.. thankfully the place is good.

Room was small ( Deluxe room), bathroom was slippery. Bed linen was old n smelly. Teapot kept was a broken one. Nothing good to say about the hotel nor the stay, only positivity was the location. They should do a annual maintenance of the rooms.

We two couples stayed in the hotel Citrus,Shahupuri,near Tararani Statue,Kolhapur on 21st December 2019 night.The overall stay,comfort,breakfast are very good and value for money.The service was prompt.Though the maintenance in the room and washroom was not to the mark.It needs to be upgraded..On arriving to hotel and during checkout,we were charged Rs.1100/- + taxes each for second person.This seems to be weird.The double bed room means the accommodation for two adults ! At the most they could have charged Rs.250/-extra towards breakfast each.Will somebody throws a light on these policy please....

The hotel is quite good. It always has some or the other good festival going on every couple of weeks which makes it a treat to have different cuisines. There is a nice lounge bar with a great selection too. The restaurant punch in is an all time favorite for punjabi or Chinese food with a unique interior which is quite simple and appealing.

Very good place to stay in Kolhapur or to have lunch or dinner. The menu here contains all varieties of food with a good taste. One must try deserts if having food here. The rates for rooms of fine according to the service they provide. Mahalaxmi mandir is just few minutes away from here.

Room Service was poor.

I was here for a training session. The hotel is walkable distance from the place I got down from the bus. The rooms are well kept and neat. The checking process was easy. The bathrooms are clean and toiletries are available in bulk as they are in dispensers. The breakfast spead was very nice and lot of variety to choose from. Staff is very polite and courteous.Mahalaxmi temple is around 15 minutes by auto and fare charges are max 50-60 bucks. You can also take a sharing auto and reach the shrine.

Pathetic experience.Yes better than a lodge of Rs.500 pet night.Rooms & specially bathroom & toiletries are like you would prefer not using them.Restaurant food & staff all are enough to give you feel that you are unwanted.I had taken alloo peratha in breakfast which was literally off perhaps 2 days old stuffing.So take this option on your own risk.

One of the few hotels in kolhapur, actually upgraded to latest facility, minimum expected. Unlike most hotels around, it has theme open restaurant, with excellent food options. Closed indoor food facility is also available with bar. Reasonable price around Rs 2200 to 2500. Prebooking preferred as no of rooms are limited. Car parking is open and not controlled by hotel

Good stay at hotel citrus. Specially I liked their room service food and complimentary breakfast menu. I saw lot of varieties like a five stay hotel to choice from. There is also a good gym facility which you anybody can try. Wifi wasnt working. Water expect a warm than hot. Overall room is very clean and cozy. Reception desk is good to help you. Expect bath tub in deluxe room at this price as we pay more price than any other hotel so.

Pathetic! Me and partner were travelling back from Bangalore to Pune.Considering it was getting late we decided to stop over at Kolhapur, we chose Citrus as it is a reputed chain of hotels.But to our suprise though being adults and not denying to provide ID cards wasnt enough for Citrus , they completely refused to accommodate us after reaching their place.They didnt consider informing us about this when we called them up as well.Message to Citrus:There is no law that prohibits unmarried couples from staying together in hotels. Choosing to stay together is a personal choice and falls under freedom of movement, says lawyers and officials of Hotel Association of India

Good food. nice ambience. great service. it was a little disappointing to note that most of the items in the menu were not available. especially it needs to focus on sea food availability. by the way cold coffee was perfect. too little choice in the bakasur buffet. it was surprisingly limited.

Biso is one of the two restaurants they have. It has great ambience and service, but thats where it ends. The taste is not at all good. Every non veg dish you order here tastes almost same and it isnt that good either. Veg was actually better. Starters were OK but still not good. Overall experience, not good. Also Id like to mention that the service was also too slow. They take atleast 20 mims to even attain you.
