Worth the price. Breakfast was simple and good. AC worked well in the delux room facing the Street one side of that room had full length glass windows . No great views. good for the stop over while driving from Goa to Mumbai . Solar heater also worked well though it took some time to heat up. Cleanliness wise they were best and tidy but could do better.

Very good hotel with neat & clean rooms. We had booked super deluxe room which is sufficient for a family of 3, rooms are not big but comfortable. All toiletries are included in rooms along with a small refrigerator. For food they have pure veg restaurant and for non veg there are couple of restaurants & hotels nearby. Location is just 15min from national highway and opposite naivedya restaurant. Parking is adequate for 8-10 cars in the basement. Overall a good hotel for travellers👍

Nice and clean hotel. It is not very far from pune -Bangalore highway, so if you want to just stop there for a night then it is very nice choice to take. The rooms are small but clean ,the bathroom were also neat and clean. The hotel is not very far from bus stand and railway station. They have a restaurant which is located right behind the reception. The parking is in the basement and seems to get full soon. The area seemed to good. The staff was also good and courteous. Since we reached late and checked out early could not eat there. Over all it is a good hotel to stay, easily accessible from the main highway.

It was our second time of residing in this chaitali hotel while going back to our Home city Mumbai. The Chaitali Restaurant manager needs to be trained properly regarding etiquette and manners. He was quite unprofessional. Me and my old aged mother were having dinner in their restaurant and while having main course of the food he was insisting us to shift on another table which I have refused to do so. Because he wanted to accommodate a big group. He would have ask them to wait for some time instead of disturbing and bothering us. Hence quite disappointed and will rethink again before visiting their again. But the Bhari wangi receipe which is Kolhapur special was not up to the mark. The wangi were almost uncooked.

Stayed here for a night while en route Goa. Underground Parking is available for about 10 visitors, rest must park in front of hotel. Nice and cozy, well equipped rooms for the price you pay. What bothers me is electric point is only on the either side of the bed. Inconvenient for 2 people if they want to charge mobiles at the same time. So carry your powerbanks. Service is courteous. However had to ask a few things to get right (toiletries werent replenished, water bottles in the room were not provided initially). Staff was quick to address the concerns and fulfill the requirements. Also visited their in-house restaurant. Pure Veg, the menu is varied but the staff tried to push items which can be quickly serve. Breakfast had only a couple of options, some variety could do on that front.

It is very thing you expect in a good hotel and more. The staff is fantastic anything you need they will turn up within 2 minutes. The rooms are adequate and tastefully done. Food is average but ok. But best thing is staff everyone from security to reception to housekeeping to restaurant are customer oriented. Kudos to the management

Bathroom is clean and well decked up with toiletries. Hotel service staff are very polite and courteous in their approach. Inhouse restaurant serves authentic kolhapuri vegetarian cuisine. Over all a pleasing experience. Recommended.

Overall a good hotel to spend a night. Room was clean and well lit. Check in / Check Out was also seam less. The location of the Hotel is a plus as Sree Mahalakshmi temple is only 3 km away. Very limited options in the breakfast but thats OK considering the price. The only issue was the checkout time. The hotel booking** mentioned two checkout times i.e. 11 am and 12 pm however, the actual checkout time is 10 am.

Stayed there for two nights 17th & 18th nov 2017. Room was a decent size ,not very clean , housekeeping is kinda lacking .The bathroom needs a good cleaning. The water force in the showerIs good . Food is good, nothing fantabulous. 3 km from city centreThe wifi is a big iffy a cheap quality modem set the connection off.They did fix it but it took a good 3 hrs . Well that’s that !!!! .

First of all, the check-in process was smooth and heselfree with quick and efficient. Room is excellent. washroom is maintained neatly and tidy. Room service is quick and efficient. Complimentary buffet breakfast has very limited items.

Stayed for the second time due to flood but this time experience was less than average especially in the service department. The attitude of the restaurant and house keeping staff was arrogant. Even simple requests were not entertained. Hope the hotel management takes the feedback positively and address the concerns by loyal guests.
