Very polite and cooperative staff. But lacks in terms of amenities. Its a stay for family and not a business hotel. Complementary breakfast costing Rs 200/- gives you only a plate of Upma that too limited (1 plate), no other option to choose from. Not a single water bottle in the room offered. But in terms of cleanliness and service, its good.

I had such a horrible experience here. I booked my room (pre paid) and when I went there they said No room is available. and did not co operated. I requested them to shift me somewhere else but they said 2400/- will be charged Extra. eventually they gave me the Worst room they had. with all the dust and loose fitting. AC WAS NOT WORKING. HOT WATER WAS NOT THERE. ALL Seepage room. Completely Wet walls.

One of the best place to stay at Kolhapur. Proximity to ST bus stand and railway station is just an birds eye view. Everything feels clean and perfect for a stay of day or two. An added advantage is that it is isolated from citys hussle which makes it a quieter place. The food was good with local taste emanating from dishes that they prepared and its rightly priced.

Budget hotel near Kolhapur railway station. The rooms are clean n tidy. The railway noise and no lift are the main drawbacks of this hotel. The buffet breakfast is tasty but limited in quantity. We have to ask for butter bread as it was not on the counter. The surrounding area is nice as there are nice restaurants n shops nearby. Good for short stay.

Thanks for giving me first floor rooms considering senior citizens with me. The rooms were clean, except the chairs has nail coming from rear side which hurt me. I have been staying in this hotel for more than 10 years now whenever I visit Kolhapur. Simply because of convenient location, good breakfast and food. Also, staff and owners are very friendly and gives home like experience. When I visited it last week after a gap of almost 2 years, I found it more cleaner and that was the only difference I could notice as everything else was as good as I had expected. A must stay hotel in Kolhapur. Only problem is that if are in the rooms closer to rail tracks, sometime the noise bother a person with light sleeping habit:)

Location is no doubt but hotel has no lift. They are charging the same as other hotel but looks more like lower category. Room was clean. Food was good. One more minus point if your room is station side whole day and night you will heared whistle of train

Good bang for the buck. Clean toilet and mattress are things that I am really particular about. This hotel had both and is affordable. Had very good kolhapuri mutton meals for lunch in the attached restaurant.

The room was big enough for 3 guests. The location is walkable from the ST stand. Railway station is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. The check in experience was not great. I dont know why the reception desk asks the guests to write down all the details when its their job to do it, especially when they took our ID to take a photocopy. Complimentary Breakfast was decent for a budget hotel. There was no wifi in some of the rooms. Given an option I may not want to visit again. They provided me a room with 2beds even though I booked a room for 3adults. After much request they said they will give me a room with 3 beds after 9 pm. Which was not ready even after 9 pm when we returned to the hotel .

Overall it is ok for a night, not for a longer stay. Reception person was stringent. No lifts in the hotel. Painting needs to be done. Bedsheets n pillow covers were clean. Close to railway track, railway horns n sound was disturbing over the whole night.

This is decent place to rest. Its just 350 meters from the station. If youre looking for a place to crash overnight then go for it. Their food isnt that great.

Rooms and toilet are clean but not exactly as shown on Oyo app. Check in time is 12 and Checkout time is 11. Hotel is located next to railway station and can be noisy 24*7. All sightseeing places are nearby including the market, ST Stand and Bus Stand. They said hot water is 24*7 but thats not the case as hot water was not available after 11.30PM . Should had a hot geaser.

There is no lift in the Hotel, difficult for aged person. Hotel provides breakfast after 8am this is very late if we take the breakfast we are getting delayed. Hot water not fully hot.

The hotel has very hospitable staff.....the food is good but little too spicy and oily for me......there could be some niggling issues but they try hard and sincerely to solve them.....I will certainly stay there again and also recommend it....our room was over looking railway line......I rather enjoyed the sights and sounds made by the train but some may not like them.....there is no lift in the hotel....we did not mind it

The booking and cancellation via online process was not good, Issue not resolved, Call was put on hold for long, Call not answered on time. Sometimes call disconnected, Customer Support had provide wrong information due that extra amount. Customer Support should be improved

5mins Walking Distance from Kolhapur CBS and Railway Station. I prefer Rooms facing the road and as the track is just beside the road, I love watching the trains as well as the Engine sounds.
