Property is very well maintained. Food served is very good. Lawn, pool and the childrens play area is nice. Backwater view from the lawn is excellent. The backwater itself was clean.Sea view from the balcony, offered by the front facing rooms, does not offer beach view but you do get to see and hear the waves though.Only complaint i had was with the bed. Queen size bed offered is fine for a singles/couples but not for someone travelling with a baby or child. Room is spacious enough to accommodate a king size bed.

We are 4 couples on our honeymoon. From checking in to checking out everything was perfect. Loved our stay. Very clean and well maintained property. Staff was very polite and humble, Vary supportive and helpful. Chef was also very helpful provide best quality food as per our requirements.front desk staff was also very attentive and soft spoken. Overall an excellent stay. Must go for renai blue waters resort. Will refer to all.

We just stayed for 1 night...less than 12 hours.Staff was very friendly and welcoming. But our room 104 was old(walls have cracks) and the floor was full of dust. The rest furniture in the room looks good but old. It has a color TV, mini fridge, AC and balcony was ok.Washroom was good. Breakfast is decent. Room service is good.Note: My review was solely for my experience of stay in room 104 for 1 night.

Good feel, front side sea and backside Lake

Good and calm place, good hospitality, garden and small play area with surrounding back waters, room okay, side balcony with sea view, TV channels very few and not working most of the time, currently pool was also under maintenance. good parking space, provision of bicycle for ride usually some charge now it was complimentary. Now complimentary three hours early check in and late check out each also provided. Food is average. overall good experience and average service.

Nice.property just opposite the beach and backwaters at the back !! We used to visit their restaurant when we visited the beach but due to the current situation, the restaurant is open.only to in house guests. Overall, its a nice 3 star property !!

Better place for team outing

The hotel was good and the room service was excellent. The only reason we are giving it 3 stars is because we found a used mask in our room which we had to ask to be cleaned. This is unacceptable in the times of a pandemic. It was good.

PATHETIC!!! Absolutely pathetic.. dirty, filthy, unclean, unhygienic and smelly rooms.. None of the rooms have got a view of either the sea or the backwaters... I have attached the pics of the rooms.. The rooms were smelly, the staffs are rude and mannerless.. We were feeling so suffocated that we vacated the room in 1 hr after checkin!!! I have attached my review form which I filled in the hotel itself in front of front desk staff alongwith the roomkey.. Front office staff is very rude and extremely unsympathetic. Basically their answer is - Sir, please dont expect a business class room in here.

Services are good. Great hospitality and prompt responses from the staff for any concern and query. The hotel also offers you the great views of Cherai beach. With Cherai beach on the opposite side of the road, the location of the hotel becomes prime. Only issue I faced was with housekeeping to get the channels working on tata sky.Overall a great place to stay.

Really good experience friendly staff and great service a must try of their Ayurveda Massages feels rejuvenated. Good food and guys keep up the good and great work. Thank You for making our stay comfortable from smooth check in and check out and yes the car park is great and spacious. 👌👍🏻

This is well maintained resort. The staff is also polite and supportive. The location of this hotel is very prime. You will be able to get very nice background for each of your clicks. Cherai beach is just opposite to this hotel. You can hangout on the beach at night as well.

Super Ambience

My experience with this hotel was very poor. The Staff is not cooperative, the Rooms are not value for money. Their Bed are too small for a couple our 3year old could not even fit in with us. And they charge extra for bedding for a 3year old. The walls paint is coming off from some places. The WiFi is dead. Phone network is a problem in few rooms.Only the location is good.

Beautiful place with calm ambience

Definitely not a resort but a decent hotel. Although food was fine and tastes good but bufet had very limited items. No coordination between restaurant and room service whatsoever. Pool is only 4ft. Wifi is very slow (2mbps). For the amount they charge the experience you get is pretty moderate. Overall average experience and nothing to write home about. The only selling point is the location of the hotel which is surrounded by water on both sides

Best hotel in cherai infront of beach

We stay at Blue Water Resort at Cherai Beach. It is really beautiful resort. Resort has Ayurvedic massage and spa which is known by Ayurgreen Holistic Spa. Me, my husband, my mother in law, and maansi use the spa services.We like the spa, they have many types of massages. I highly recommend the Ayurgreen Holistic Spa.

Restaurant service could be faster

We conducted a Office day out here. Facilities included is good. We could use the premises till the evening.We played Cricket and football, but the playing ground is not so big to play these sports. Some of us were in swimming pool most of the time. There is well maintained refresh room nearby the Pool.Lunch was good. We got a room for keeping the laggage. Entire package was good.

U can enjoy here a lot on the beach

The loaction was nice. The food was also good. The hospitality was good. We used the swimming pool and it was well maintained. The wifi was a little slow. It was safe place to stay. Overall it was good to stay.

Excellent place to enjoy a day, especially if you are many ppl together (which was for me).Very warm hospitality by staff. Great food, Kerala dishes tickled my tastebuds ! Satisfied with the facilities offered at the price point (visited in monsoon which is off season) : indoor and outdoor party area. Outdoor offers a splendid view into the backwaters. Also the backyard has a good lawn area where u can play soccer. The play area has also got options for table tennis, carrom, badminton, chess etc. Theres a mini gym by the small swimming pool.All I cud say is, its not a bad deal. Cute cozy n warm n relaxing. Thats to sum up my experience.

A very decent resort with all facilities.You just cross the road in front of the resort and you would be in the beach. Thrilling and great.The resort has a swimming pool also but its common for kids and adults. Good.Good restaurant.It has an ayurvedic centre too.Very very cooperative members of staff and I really admire their system of functioning and kudos to the management.Renai Blue Waters Resort is just an ideal place for stay at Cherai Beach.

A good place with close proximity to both lake and beach. As a Hotel it is no where near Renai in Cochin. With a little effort it can be made a premium beach resort. Spruce up the garden, more items for kids play area, A modern pool etc., can make a great difference. Very cordial and helpful staff. Restaurant was good and food was tasty.

Overall above average stay.. reception staff behaviour could be better, asking for booking voucher copy, havent encountered anywhere else.Rooms are neat.. bathrooms first class and most modern..Restaurant is good.. but costly.. advance order mandatory..

It was nice experience staying at blue water, staff is exceptionally professional, rooms are not that high quality I got 101 which is sea facing & was good, you open the balcony door and can see ocean.Back has swimming pool is nicely maintained, had activities like badminton and small area to play football.. good time spend of 5 days.. restaurant is good except service is slow..Overall the deal I of 1800 inr is great

We hardly stayed a morning /afternoon, but both my wife and I found the place to be neat, and well organized. The lunch spread in the buffet was excellent. The choice of items, the preparation, taste - exceptional. The service was quietly efficient. Would love to come back for a longer while .....

A good hotel adjacent to Cherai beach but far from Cochin city. Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom was also good and well equipped. Food was very good and rates were also reasonable. You may also find many other options outside the hotel for dinner/lunch. Complimentary breakfast was just OK. Not much varieties. Ayurvedic massage was very good. Located on the roof, it had big and clean rooms. The good thing was the rooms were not smelly as we found at other places and just left those places. The experience of massage was also very good and relaxing. It also offers shower facility attached with the massage rooms. So no need to worry about your clothes getting oily.Swimming pool has a great backwater view. But the pool was not very clean. Since, the beach is just 2 mins away from the hotel, you always have the option to take a bath there :). The hotel also has a big Yoga centre and offers bicycle on rent. All in all, it was good one day stay.

Its a nice experience to stay here..It covers both the back waters n Beach in one shot.. Attached Ayurgreen SPA gave a wonderful relaxation.. n my famil vacation trip is fulfilled now.. :)

Best place to stay in Cherai. Beach on the front side and backwaters on the backside. Very good view facing rooms with great interiors. Absolutely delicious Food served there. The hotel also let us order in advance so that we could reach and have a dinner without any problem. Courteous staff employed who make our stay great and memorable. This place always makes us come back there for the next vacation

The loaction was good. The small swimming pool was available I think it was only for children. The food was good. The staff was supportive. Wifi was available at the reception area. It was a safe place to stay.

Its really beautiful place exactly front of Cherai Beach/Ocean.Beautiful view of the backwaters and easy access to the beach, just by crossing the road we can reach the beautiful Cherai Beach. . Decent food and courteous staff rooms are well maintained.

Food is good. Pool is very good. Theres space available for some outdoor games and activities. Table tennis and some other games are available. Lake on one side and beach across the road. Parking is available.

Supposed to be 4 star hotel. Dont expect a 4 Star experience though. Towels with holes, dysfunctional showers, menu with items not served, undertrained staff, list goes on. Too pricey with 4 Star claim. At best a 3 star if not 2. Avoid...

Its a good place who are planning to visit cherai beach with family. Need to have prior booking, they have different opinions like evening arrival with welcome drink and Dinner. Pool area can be also included. Will get enough privacy, who are coming with family. No need to take room for this short visit, we can access all the other facilities there.

Facilities are available for spending the vacation with familiy or other small gatherings like for 25 people in their ac banquet hall and 150-200 people in their open air auditorium.

Staff is Good.Buffet Breakfast was Poor (Limited Choice to Eat).Swimming in the Swimming Pool was Fun.Beach was other side of the Road. Cherai Beach is a Rocky Beach.You cant play at the Beach.

Excellent location but below average service. The whole Cherai area is not North Indian friendly. North Indian food is nowhere to find, in no Hotel here you will find Roti and parantha. Blue waters is not a resort but a kind of old Hotel but since it is comparatively cheaper one can go for it and enjoy Cherai beach

Went for a day outing with friends and family. The rate was reasonable... 700 per adult and 350 per kid... Property was clean, food was good (out of the 2 non veg items for lunch buffet, the fish was not good) .. Overall value for money, though the ambience isnt great. Goog resort very near to the beach. They have good clean rooms having good amenities. They pool size is comparatively small. Food quality at their restaurant is also nice and they prepare all the famous dishes of Kerala as well as North india.

Room is small. but almost good. toilet is also almost ok. balcony door to bedroom has no lock even our room was at first floor. So feels unsecure. i will rate as three.

I was confused between Cherai Beach resort and Blue waters Cherai after thinking and collecting information from various travel sites like TripAdvisor Make My Trip HolidayIq I decided to book Blue waters Cherai over Cherai beach resort and it turns out to be the wise decision. It was completely luxurious stay with good environment just infront of the beach. The best room is 101 whose balcony and room window open in front the sea where u I can enjoy high tides from your bed. Staff was good with smiling face and very helpful especially the receptionist Mrs. Liza who alloted us the best room of the resort. Their is small play area for kids, Gym and swimming pool in front of Backwater.The only negative about this place is food is very spicy and full of whole masala...otherwise it good place to stay in Cochin away from hustle and bustle of Cochin city.

I have often visited Renai Blue Waters along with my family members and have had dinner. The food served here is found to be very good.Except during holidays there may not be much rush here.Once our old students association of Cusat legal School conducted the annual meeting here and my batchmates were happy with the arrangements made here.This is a good place.

We had spent 4 days in Kerala for our vacation and we spent our 2nd last day here. I must say among all our stay this was the best. the hotel was clean, location was awesome. Food was slightly not as er expectation, but its okay.

Here We had an bike ride along with 20+ bikers and they served a great breakfast session and we are happily enjoyed the platform which they provided kanal side and activities, especially we wish to tell the ambiance and service are pretty good

Good resort with ok kinda facilities. The best thing is the proximity to Cherai beach. Its right opposite to the resort. They have a pool and some facilities for team events.

A moderate hotel , clean and neat on the shores of Arabian sea rooms are sea facing. Quality and taste food has to improve.

I stayed just for a night as I got good discounts on staffs v idnt have a proper sea view, the staffs were polite and courteous. The beach is a couple of mins walk do is the excellent restaurant chill out cafe. Do not expect a resort style stay like in kumarakum and you will be satisfied with the stay.

I would like to thank you to all renai blue water staff for their support who helped us to make our trip memorable. The hotel staff is very cooperative and rooms are also very clean. I reached to hotel at around 8 am in the morning and the hotel check in timing is 12 pm but any how they arranged the room for us and give us at 9.30 am I m really very impressed with their service and food. Location is also very good its just opposite to beach. Thanks again to all staff members
