Our trip was too awesome. As far as hotels are concerned they were very good. Food was also good in the hotels. For the drivers, both of them were good. Management by Global Visions looked great. On later stages, the trip went as per the plan. The management done was really good. Your support in the trip was also very good.The surprise gift too is very beautiful.Thank you. I travelled twice to kerala with Global Vision - every time its wonderful, all arrangements were perfect and sometimes its better than the expectations, car was upgraded to swift desire from Indica. Houseboat was very good, single room with large terrace, hotels with best views. I had also recommended this to my brother in law and he was also very much satisfied with the services.

I have not had the experience of staying in a houseboat in Kerala. However I had to organize houseboat stay for my guests from the USA.Of all the contact numbers that I tried from Mumbai, it was only from Mr. Wilson of Global Vision Tours, New Delhi who responded immediately. Suddenly all my worries vanished. Mr. Wilson advised, planned everything meticulously from arrival to departure to ensure that my guests had a very memorable holiday. Mr.Wilson not only very courteous but he also goes out of the way to help.

We had checked in on 7th November 2015 & we were supposed to check out on 9th November 2015We had a very bad experience :-(1) No proper lights(2) No fan in the sitting area(3) found lizards & cockroaches lurking around in the sitting area.After going thru this harrowing experience we didnot feel like having dinner and we checked out on the same day.Inspite of informing this whole issue on mail, they didnot have the courtesy to call back.

We, family of five, had wonderful experience. This was form initially contact with Wilson, tour manager, for tour planning, until the driver dropped us at the Airport.Planning well advance is important to get the best out of the tour. We could not get the hotel we wanted at Thekady as we were late in making decision.Our tour Driver has been out standing. We developed warm relation the driver.People who helped us and served us were just superb.This was and joyous experience and tour for us.My recommendations to Kerala Government/City councils and concerned officials to improve cleanliness on beaches and in and around cities/villages for every one to enjoy the beautiful Kerala to fullest extent.Rajnikant Vyas and Family
